The eradication of violence against women and children is one of the benchmarks for the success of regional development. Many cases of violence can be handled by the government, which is represented by the Integrated Service Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children (abbreviated: P2TP2A). The purpose of this study is to analyze how the tasks, functions, and obstacles faced by P2TP2A Cianjur Regency, as an institution appointed by the local government in the prevention and prosecution of women and children who are victims of violence in Cianjur Regency and the efforts made by the local government to support P2TP2A, to be used as an evaluation to be even better in its functionalization. The method in this study uses a normative juridical and sociological juridical approach with descriptive research specifications. It uses data analysis, namely qualitative normative analysis, in that the data obtained will be arranged systematically for further qualitative analysis. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there are rampant cases of violence against women and children as victims in the Cianjur Regency. To overcome this, P2TP2A Cianjur Regency provides services for victims, including prevention programs and enforcement programs (curative and rehabilitative). The enforcement program here focuses on assisting victims, where there are three types of assistance: medical help, psychological juridical aid, and service. In implementing these programs, several obstacles were found that became obstacles that must be resolved immediately. One of them is the low level of attention and commitment of the Cianjur Regency Government in supporting the implementation of P2TP2A programs both materially and immaterially.

One of the impacts is the mixing of relations between couples with different identities, including Indonesian experts and workers from various countries. Issues that mixed-identity relationship strategy are the stage of producing supporting documents from the marriage registrar and at the different stages of planning archives. The purpose of this legal research is to identify and analyse mixed marriages between Indonesia and Netherlands also the procedures under international civil law. Legal metrology tools such as measuring instruments, measurements, scales and equipment used in trade transactions must be calibrated and recalibrated within a certain period of time. The goal is the measurement results using these tools remain correct as they should be. If it is not calibrated or recalibrated, it can cause measurements to be inaccurate, so that it can be detrimental to consumers in trade. This study aims to study further on the regulation of calibration of legal metrology equipment, sanctions, mechanisms or procedures for calibration and recalibration. The research method used is a normative juridical research method. The results of the study indicate that the provisions relating to the calibration of legal metrology equipment consisting of measuring, weighing and complete instruments are regulated in Law Number 2 of 1981 concerning Legal Metrology and Government Regulation Number 2 of 1985 concerning mandatory and free to be calibrated and/or or recalibration for measuring, weighing instruments and their accessories. In this provision, it is determined that there is an obligation to calibrate and recalibrate measuring, and weighing instruments used for public purposes, business purposes, the need for delivery and receipt of goods, determination of the company's final product, mandatory calibration and recalibration. As for the sanctions for business actors who commit acts prohibited by the Legal Metrology Law, they are subject to criminal sanctions in the form of imprisonment for a maximum of 1 (one) year and a fine of a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000 (one million rupiah). Furthermore, the mechanism or procedure for calibration of legal metrology tools includes the owner or user of measuring instruments, measuring, weighing in a clean condition, registering and paying calibration fees, then employees carry out inspections and tests, then the results are posted.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the condition of the problems of public welfare in Indonesia and to determine the role of tax law as an effort to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people as a cost for national development. This paper uses a descriptive normative legal research method. The technique of tracing legal materials uses document study techniques, and analysis of studies using qualitative analysis. The result of this research is that improving people's welfare is the essence of national development. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the last two years, the level of public welfare has decreased. Seeing the condition of the community's welfare level during the pandemic, it is necessary to have an instrument to improve and restore the Indonesian economy for development and public welfare. Taxes are an instrument of the Indonesian economy and are the main contribution of government revenues used for national development and state spending. Tax receipts in a pandemic situation have a role for economic recovery. From this condition, tax instruments can be prioritized for financing state spending, so that the state can overcome the problem of budget deficits, increase state spending, national development, and efforts to improve the welfare of the people so that people can feel the benefits of tax revenues for the construction of public service facilities and infrastructure, education. affordable, affordable health, defense and security, fuel subsidies, energy, and food orderly and smoothly.

Melalui Instruksi Presiden Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 tentang Optimalisasi Pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional, Pemerintah menginstruksikan kepada 30 (tiga puluh) Kementerian/Lembaga untuk menindaklanjuti agar kepesertaan BPJS menjadi syarat wajib dalam pelayanan publik. Instruksi tersebut merupakan peraturan kebijaksanaan yang berisi diskresi dalam menafsirkan UU SJN dan UU BPJS. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui diskresi memiliki Batasan dan untuk mengetahui instruksi presiden tersebut memenuhi syarat diskresi. The management of natural resources based on local wisdom contains the understanding that natural resource management is based on local wisdom by establishing areas that are used as priotected areas and must be maintained and not exploited and as guardians of forest ecosystems. The purposes of this research were to analyze and examine the shape of Matakau in indigenous law communities in Maluku and the implications of matakau as customary law in maintaining and preserving environmental management in Maluku. This research was a normative juridical research, which conducted on the legal principles, in the sense of the value (norm) of concrete laws and legal systems. The approaches used in research were statute approach and conceptual approach. Matakau (Prohibition sign) is a customary law that applies in almost all islands in the Maluku Province. Matakau can be interpreted as a prohibition to take the results of certain natural resources as an effort to preserve the quality and population of natural biological resources (animal and plants) that should continue to be maintained and preserved as part of the local wisdom of indigenous people in Maluku.

Aceh is one of the provinces that has a high number of cases of sexual violence against women and children. The Syar'iyah Court is a court within the Religious Courts which hears cases related to sexual crimes including sexual harassment, adultery, and rape as regulated in Qanun number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law. Ideally, the punishment or 'uqubat for child sexual abuse in the jinayat law is at least the same as the child protection law or heavier with the increasing number of cases of sexual abuse of both women and children. This paper was written to find out what things are considered by the Panel of Judges of the Syar'iyah Court on cases of sexual violence against children in Aceh by analyzing decision number 8/JN/2020/MS.Ttn so that it can provide an ideal picture. Smuggling 1.2 tons of methamphetamine type narcotics in Pulo Teungoh Village, Kec. Meurebo, Kab. Aceh Barat is an international syndicate. This attempt was thwarted by a number of members of the Directorate of Drug Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police. The data collection method used is a juridical approach, such as the results of interviews and research observations. The results showed that the factors that cause drug smuggling are economic factors in the family tend to someone to commit a crime, be it stealing, murder or drug abuse. In an effort to overcome this, the West Aceh district government through Customs and Excise will more often carry out sea route operations by involving the police team in collaboration with the port and tightening the entry and exit routes via sea so that narcotics smuggling cases are less likely to occur, which are often passed by sea.

Pemasaran dan penjualan rumah yang masih dalam tahap proses pembangunan atau belum ada fisiknya tidak bisa dilakukan secara bebas, karena sudah diatur informasi yang wajib disampaikan kepada masyarakat dalam melakukan pemasaran tersebut. Diantara informasi yang wajib disampaikan tersebut, seperti alas hak tentang tanah, informasi yang jelas mengenai prasarana, sarana, dan utilitas umum yang dijanjikan, dan sebagainya. Kemudian dalam melakukan penjualan rumah yang masih dalam tahap proses pembangunan tersebut dapat dilalukan melalui sistem perjanjian pendahuluan jual beli rumah. Adapun persyaratan hal yang harus dipenuhi dalam membuat perjanjian pendahuluan jual beli setelah memenuhi persyaratan kepastian atas status pemilikan tanah, hal yang diperjanjikan, kepemilikan izin bangunan induk, ketersediaan prasarana, sarana, dan utilitas umum, dan keterbangunan perumahan paling sedikit 20%. Namun dalam praktik, pengaturan pemasaran dan penjualan rumah yang masih dalam tahap proses pembangunan tersebut tidak efektif ditaati oleh pengembang (developer). Penelitian ini bertujuan: Pertama, untuk menjelaskan pemasaran dan penjualan rumah dalam tahap pembangunan di PT Pratama Hutama Jaya. Kedua, untuk menganalisis konsekuensi hukum pemasaran dan penjualan rumah dalam tahap pembangunan bagi PT Pratama Hutama Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan kategori efektivitas hukum yang akan diuji efektivitas keberlakuannya terkait norma tentang pemasaran dan penjualan rumah dalam tahap proses pembangunan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa syarat informasi pemasaran dan penjualan rumah dalam tahap pembangunan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman tidak berjalan di PT Pratama Hutama Jaya. Untuk syarat informasi dalam pemasaran tidak semua dimuat dalam media pemasaran rumah. Kemudian untuk penjualan rumah tidak dibuat perjanjian pendahuluan jual beli rumah. Sanksi hukum yang dapat dikenakan terhadap pemasaran dan penjualan rumah dalam tahap pembangunan bagi PT Pratama Hutama Jaya berdimensi administrasi, pidana dan perdata. Dalam konteks sanksi administrasi dan pidana ada dasar hukumnya dalam Undang-Undang Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman. Untuk konteks perdata inisiatifnya datang dari pihak yang merasa dirugikan.
