papua; psikis atlet. This study aims to reveal and describe the mental toughness of adolescent athletes in Papua. The descriptive research type was chosen in this study as it was in line with the research objectives. A total of 55 Papuan elite youth athletes participated in the study. Generally, these athletes were at the junior and senior high school level of education. The instrument used to collect MT data was the Mental Toughness Index (MTI). The results showed that the "success mindset" dimension had the highest average value. The dimensions of self-belief, attention regulation, emotion regulation, context knowledge, and optimism then followed them. For the "buoyancy" dimension to be the lowest dimension. In general, athletes' mental toughness is in the moderate category.

The purpose of this study was to determine the anthropometric factor analysis of the punching abilities of boxing athletes in Bantul Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this study is the correlation method. The population of this study were boxing athletes in Bantul Regency, with a total sample of 12 athletes taken by total sampling. Data analysis used SPSS software version 25. The results showed that there was a linear relationship between hitting skills and height with a significance value of 0.847 > 0.05. There is a linear relationship between punching ability and body weight with a significance value of 0.400 > 0.05. There is a linear relationship between punching ability and arm length with a significance value of 0.123 > 0.05. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between height, weight, and arm length on the punching ability of boxing athletes. It is hoped that boxing trainers can pay attention to anthropometric factors in the search for boxing athlete seeds so that later when these athletes are trained they can develop and

Therefore, need a learning model as an innovation to make learning more interesting, effective, and efficient. Learning Model is an approach who teachers do to achieve a goals of learning its self. Where learning is a process of interaction between teacher and students. The purpose of writing this paper is to know how effective of application learning model Flipped Classroom in Physical education. Physical education tend to prioritize in learning outdoor of course it will be very effective in learning model education Flipped Classroom in Physical education, because the teacher will more focus to teach the technical movement and not much more to explain introduction to teaching material, because it has been given before. Conclusion, this learning model is effective to apply in physical education, because it is more efficient time of physical education which is physical education more focus in outdoor physical activities

Attempts to deal with problems in this world are increasingly experiencing complex symptoms, one way to prepare students is through education. Sport is a big part of humanity's cultural heritage, many people enjoy, participate, and watch it. Sport can assist in the development of the body and mind, enabling one to process information and understand the invaluable values of life. One of the physical education materials studied at the SMA/SMK level is athletics which is the oldest sport and is also considered the mother of all sports. The long jump is the movement of jumping over the tub which is done quickly and according to the repulsion path on one leg to reach the jump as far as possible. The long jump itself has four stages, namely prefix, repulsion, hovering, and landing. The teacher is a facilitator when learning takes place and must try to pay attention to the process of learning activities so that only teacher-centered learning will not occur. The application of appropriate learning methods is very helpful in implementing long jump learning including the combination of Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning methods with Inclusive learning models. The application of the integration of the two learning methods is very helpful for students in understanding the long jump material. Students can complete the project plan with the level of difficulty chosen by themselves. So that the level of critical thinking skills and long jump material learning outcomes can be achieved as expected. For teachers to continue to innovate by applying new learning methods so that in the future they are more prepared and varied in providing learning. Enthusiasm and enthusiasm of students in participating in learning is one way to improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes.

Gerak yang terdapat dalam materi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani pada jenjang sekolah dasar dan harus dikuasai oleh siswa terdiri atas tiga gerak dasar yakni; lokomotor, non lokomotor, dan manipulatif. dalam kegiatannya, gerak manipulatif yang dilakukan oleh siswa hanya berlangsung secara konservatif atau semata berpusat pada guru sehingga gerak manipulatif yang dihasilkan oleh siswa seringkali didapati keliru karena kurangnya perhatian saat guru memberikan materi serta kemampuan berfikir kritis yang kurang. dalam hal ini penggunaan model pembelajaran problem base learning (PBL) dapat dijadikan pilihan dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dengan mengorintasikan siswa dalam masalah untuk memperoleh kualitas gerak manipulatif dan mendorong kemampuan siswa untuk dapat aktif saat pembelajaran berlangsung serta mendorong siswa dalam berfikir kritis. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan model problem base learning pada proses pembelajaran gerak manipulatif.
