The article analyzes the problems in the light industry production network on a global scale and on the example of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The importance of the light industry network in the world, especially in the economy of Uzbekistan, and the need to develop the network have been justified. The main problems in the development of light industry, the source of their emergence are described scientifically, and a mechanism for solving them is proposed. As a result of the research, the criteria for their scientific justification and identification are researched when determining the priorities for the development of light industry in the country. In this, the prerequisites for the primary application of the need for econometric modeling to achieve efficiency in the field are based. Also, the importance of econometric modeling in the development of light industry is presented in concrete facts.

Today, increasing the level of financial literacy of the population is one of the issues of global importance. Economic experts of a number of international financial organizations are conducting research in various directions on various methodological approaches to assessing the level of financial literacy of the population. These studies focus on evaluating the ability of households, families and individuals to manage their financial resources and their effective decisions by assessing the level of financial literacy of the population. In addition, the impact of the level of financial literacy of the population on the standard of living of the population is also evaluated. This article presents an observational study aimed at understanding the complex set of factors influencing maternal mortality, the prevalence of anemia among non-pregnant women, and road traffic injuries among HIV-infected women in poor countries. Using panel data from 10 poor countries as sample observations from around the world, econometric models were developed to explore the complex relationships between maternal mortality and important health indicators.
