Coconut Oil Processing Business Competitiveness Analysis In The District Of Wowonii Barat Konawe Regency Islands 沃沃尼巴拉特科纳维摄政群岛地区椰子油加工业务竞争力分析

AThe purpose of this study was to analyze the competitiveness of the coconut processing business and the factors that determine the competitiveness of the coconut oil processing business in the Wawonii sub-district, Konawe archipelago district. This research uses descriptive and qualitative data analysis methods with research variables, namely: (1) the profile of the coconut oil business, including the capital, labor, duration of business, raw materials, income, facilities, and infrastructure; (2) the state of the coconut oil business which includes: processing, production, and marketing technology; and (3) internal and external factors which are external factors originating from outside the person or company which include opportunities and threats, while internal factors are those originating from within the person or company which include weaknesses and strengths. Data collection techniques in this study are by means of interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, and this research's primary and secondary data sources. The stages of this research are the number of raw materials, capital, income, revenue, ratio, and productivity of the coconut oil processing business. The results of this test produce an average income of Rp. 2,796. 223 with an average capital of Rp. 3,746,278 and average business productivity of Rp. 1.90 per bottle and an average ratio of 1.7. with the results obtained from the coconut oil processing business in the West Wawonii District, Konawe Islands Regency.

Effect of Dose of Bokashi Kirinyuh (Chromolaena Odorata) on Growth and Production of Local Corn (Zea Mays L.) Bokashi Kirinyuh (Chromolaena Odorata)剂量对当地玉米(Zea Mays L.)生长和生产的影响

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the dose of bokashi kirinyuh fertilizer on the growth and production of local maize plants and to determine the amount of bokashi kirinyuh fertilizer, which had the best effect on the development and production of local maize (Zea mays). L.). This research was conducted in Lapolea Village, Barangka District, West Muna Regency, from August to December 2018. This research was arranged based on a one-factor randomized block design (RBD), consisting of four levels of treatment, namely without bokashi kirinyuh fertilizer as a control (K0) fertilizer. bokashi kirinyuh at a dose of 50 g tanaaman-1 (K1), ikirinyuh bokash fertilizer at a dose of 100 g plant-1 (K2) and kirinyuh bokashi at a dose of 150 g plant-1 (K3). The variables observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), stem diameter (cm), ear length (cm), and production (ton ha-1). The results showed that the application of bokashi kirinyuh fertilizer significantly affected the growth and production of local maize (Zea mays L.). Bokashi fertilizer treatment with a dose of 150 g plant-1 (K3) gave the best effect on the growth and production of local maize plants with an average production of 6.17 tonnes ha-1.

Growth and Production of Shallots (Allium Ascalonicum L.) at Various Dosages Cow Manure 不同剂量牛粪对大葱生长及产量的影响

This study aims to determine the effect of cow manure dosage on the growth and production of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.). This research was conducted in Pohorua Village, Maligano District, Muna Regency, from March to June 2020. This study used a one-factor Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of four treatment levels and repeated three times so that 12 experimental units were obtained. The factor studied was cow manure. The dose factors of cow manure tested were S0: without cow manure (control), S1: cow manure dose of 10 tons/ha, S2: cow manure dose of 20 tons/ha, S3: cow manure dose 30 tons/ha. The results showed that cow manure treatment had a significant effect on plant height growth, the number of leaves, the wet weight of tubers with stover, the dry weight of bulbs with stover, and the production of shallots. The best treatment for the dose of cow manure on the growth and production of shallots was S3 (quantity of 30 tons/ha), with an average output of 20.33 tons/ha.

Analysis of the Effect of Modification of the Semi-Mechanical Pericarp on The Quality of Nutmeg Seeds 半机械果皮改性对肉豆蔻种子品质的影响分析

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the modified semi-mechanical nutmeg pulp breaker (pericarp) on the presentation of damage to the yield of split nutmeg seeds. This research was conducted in two stages, namely the stage of making the tool and testing the device. The testing stages are as follows: In the framework, there is a place to put the nutmeg to be split, the space is shaped like a rectangular box, inside the box, space can be filled with three nutmegs. So, every time the nutmeg is split process, there is three split nutmeg. The stages observed in this study are the percentage of yield damage, the nutmeg splitter's input capacity, the nutmeg splitter's adequate capacity, yield, and uniformity of cleavage data. The testing results of this tool resulted in a reasonable degree of 512 ±162,774 pieces/hour, yield damage of 9.9 ±15.940%, and yield of 90.1 ±15.940%. This tool is more efficient because it is easier to use and does not use motor power. The working capacity of this semi-mechanical splitter is doubled when compared to manual splitters

Identification of Ripe Levels in Plantain Fruits Using Hue Saturation Intensity (HSI) Color Space Transformation Method 利用色相饱和度(HSI)色彩空间变换方法识别大蕉果实的成熟程度

The study aimed to determine the maturity level of plantain fruit using the Hue Saturation Intensity (HSI) color space transformation method. This study uses the Hue Saturation Intensity (HSI) color space transformation method to classify the level of ripeness of plantain fruit. The results showed that the Hue Saturation Intensity (HSI) color space transformation method was quite good at identifying the ripeness level of bananas based on the high accuracy of the test. Of the 20 fruit samples where ten unripe and ten ripe plantains were calculated, the maximum and minimum average values of H and S obtained conformity accuracy of 85%.

Effect of Mulch Type on Plant Growth and Production Shallots (Allium Fistulusum L.) 覆膜方式对大葱生长和生产的影响

 This research aimed to study the mulch's effect on the growth and yield of onion leaves plants. The research at held for three months, from June to September 2020. The research at Lasalepa village, Lasalepa District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The materials used in this study were scallion seeds, cow manure, rice straw mulch, reed mulch, corn litter mulch, and krinyuh mulch. The tools used consisted of a machete, hoe, tape measure, cheerful, bucket, raffia rope, scissors, sprayer, camera, digital scales, and writing instruments. The research was arranged base on randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 5 (five) treatment levels, namely without mulch as control (M0), rice straw mulch (M1), reed mulch (M2), corn litter mulch (M3) and krinyuh mulch (M4). Variable observed there was plants height (cm), number of leaves (strands), number of tillers, and production (g/ plant). All data were analyzed based on Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at a 95% confidence level. The insignificant difference, followed by the Honestly Significant Different (HSD) test at a 95% confidence level. The research showed that the treatment of different types of mulch had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, and production. Krinyuh mulch type with a rate of 90 g plant-1 or 10 t ha-1 gave the best growth and production of scallions with an average production of 131.8 g plant-1 or 32.95 ha-1.

The Effect of Various Doses of Rice Straw Mulch on the Growth and Production of Beans (Phaseolus Vulgaris L.) 不同剂量水稻秸秆覆盖对大豆生长和产量的影响

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of rice straw mulch and to determine the amount of rice straw mulch that had the best impact on the growth and production of green beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.). The research was conducted in Lamorende Village, Tongkuno District, Muna Regency, from February to April 2020. Compilation based on a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with one factor consisting of 4 (four) treatment levels, namely M0 = control (without rice straw mulch), M1 = the amount of rice straw mulch 5 tons ha-1 equivalent for 1.2 kg plots - 1, M2 = size of rice straw mulch 10 tons ha-1 is equivalent to 2.4 kg plot-1 and M3 = size of rice straw mulch 15 tons ha-1 is equivalent to 3.6 kg plot-1. From these treatments, they were divided into three groups to obtain 12 experimental units. Observation data from each parameter were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). As for the hypothesis using the F test at the 95% confidence level. The results showed that the treatment of straw mulch dose significantly affected the plants, the number of leaves, the number of pods per plant, pod weight per plant, and the productivity of green beans. Rice straw mulch treatment at a rate of 15 tonnes ha-1, gave the best growth and production.

Value Added Analysis in Small Rice Milling Industry in Kabangka District, Muna Regency 穆纳县卡邦卡区小型碾米业增加值分析

The purpose of this study was to determine the added value obtained by the owner of a small rice milling industry in Kabangka District, Muna Regency. The data is processed using quantitative data to assess the added value in the rice milling industry. Data was collected by the following methods: (a) interviews, (b) library methods, and (c) documentation. This study uses the Hayami Method analysis. The number of respondents in this study was four people. The results showed that the owner of the rice milling business in one day made two productions. The number of raw materials in the two production processes was 1,150 kg per day. Hence, the total raw materials used by the rice milling business in one month was 34,500. by producing rice in one production of 750 kg per day. The whole rice produced by the rice mill in one month is 22,500 kg. The results showed that the milling business owner got an added value of Rp. 1,415 per Kg of raw materials, with a value-added ratio of 23%.

This study aims to determine the objectives of UD's cashew marketing strategy. Azwan uses the AHP method. Determination of stakeholders from the marketing strategy using the AHP method and to determine the alternative of the marketing strategy in the cashew business using the AHP method. Data was collected using the following methods: (a) interviews, (b) questionnaire/questionnaire techniques, and (c) documentation. The results showed that the cashew marketing strategy of the importance of each goal was an increase in income with a weighted value of (0.488), an increase in demand with a weighted value of (0.292); an increase in product quality with a weighted value of (0.118), and a price increase. Competing with a weighted value of (0.102). The selection of the stakeholder with the highest weight as a reference recommendation that underlies the selection of the cashew marketing strategy of the importance of each stakeholder, namely farmers with a weight value of (0.360), the government with a weight value of (0.145), companies with a weighting value of (0.255), academics with a weighted value of (0.112), and finance with a value of (0.129). The assessment of alternative strategies resulted in the highest weighting successively for the design of increasing and utilizing existing resources with a weighted value of (0.223), product development strategies with a weighted value of (0.357), and the need for market share strategies with a weighting of (0.311).

Identification of Vaname Shrimp Marketing Strategies for Pond Farmers in Napalakura Village, Napabalano District, Muna Regency 穆纳县纳巴巴拉诺区纳帕拉库拉村池塘养殖户虾类营销策略的确定

The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the income of Vaname shrimp farmers; and (2) knowing the marketing strategy of Vaname shrimp in Napalakura Village, Napabalano District, Muna Regency. This research was conducted in July 2019 in Napalakura Village, Napabalano District, Muna Regency. The population in this study were all pond farmers in Napalakura Village, Napabalano District, Muna Regency, totaling 15 pond farmers. The sample for internal factors consisted of 15 pond farmers, the sample for external factors consisted of 3 consumers. SWOT analysis is used to determine the strategy. The results showed that vaname shrimp farmers had an average production of 1,100 kg/2 ha with a selling price of Rp 38,000 / kg. Farmers' income is IDR 41,800,000 / 2 Ha. Total fixed costs are IDR 100,000 / 2 and variable costs IDR 12,600,000 / 2 Ha, and expenses of IDR 13,020,000 / 2 Ha. The total income earned by vaname shrimp farmers is IDR 27,780,000 / 2 Ha. The analysis of internal factors resulted in an IFAS of 3.15. Vaname shrimp farmers in Napalakura Village, have very good strength in their operations. External analysis factor of 3.65 for the EFAS matrix. This indicates that the van name shrimp farmers in Napalakura Village are in a very good position to further develop the cultivation, but it does not rule out the possibility of being alert to the existing threats.
