Tokopedia.com as known as Tokopedia is one of the biggest online marketplace in Indonesia. As one of the biggest online marketplace, Tokopedia has many end user as a seller and buyer. That conditions encourage to measure how Tokopedia's end-user satisfaction levels against website and mobile application's quality. This study uses End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Model by Doll and Torkzadeh to measure Tokopedia's end-user satisfaction. We spread the questionnaires to 100 end-users of Tokopedia.com who divided into two respondents groups they are 50 users as buyer and 50 users as seller on Tokopedia.com. After that, the data is analyzed using linear regression with SPSS. We build five hypothesis to be tested through this research. The results of this study is 5 variables tested are Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use and Timeliness, found all variables had significant influence to end-user satisfaction level of Tokopedia.com users. So, all hypotheses accepted.

The growth of information technology systems caused changes in the role of information technology systems. Now, the role of information technology system is not only for efficiency and effectiveness, but also for the strategy to win the competition. Good design of information system planning development strategy will help The XYZ Credit Union to survive and to compete with competitors, both of the provinces in Indonesia as well as from Southeast Asia. A proposed design of information system planning development strategy that will be discussed in this research is using the BSC analysis method, with CSFs to analyze strategy objective and Critical Factors Influence Of Organizational Strategic Goals, along with gap analysis and Mc Farlan to measure the current information system and the new information system planning that proposed. Results of this research is design of information system planning development strategy to help The XYZ Credit Union business process forward.

The concept of Supply Chain Management (SCM) has significant potential for added value which can be utilized with the concepts of innovative economy. One of the added value in SCM is the supplier selection process. This research is model in SCM Agribusiness supplier selection using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The criteria used in this model is the price, past performance, delivery time, professionalism, quality, locations, responsive, and guarantee. The value of criteria entered by suppliers assessed with weights determined by the agro-industrial company by using AHP. Based on experiments with the value of each supplier, then processed using the AHP generated ranking of suppliers. The first ranking generated is the first option to supply the raw material in which the supplier register.

Communication in a faster moving vehicle under Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET) is widespread for disseminating packet priority. The dissemination of priority packet data is very important because packet with the higher priority can also be categorized as emergency messages. Message dissemination with priority packet has been researched by many researchers with determining message priority in MAC Layer or when the process of the data dissemination. The standard protocol IEEE 802.11p has supported priority levels that are divided into four access categories. This paper is focused on determine packet priority on MAC layers, then Priority Packet Data Dissemination Scheduling Mechanism is proposed. Packet priority is estimated based on vehicle location and traffic to access the channel. Then, for the effective data dissemination of packet priority, AODV protocol is used. Finally, the results of the experiment show better performances in terms of throughput, PDR and delay even with the higher node density.

Trans Jogja is a public transportation for traffic's problem solution. The fact, trans jogja have many problem for balancing supply and demand. These problems have impact at reducing public interest. optimizing the operational cost of the fleet is one method to solve this problem. Linear programming is a method for optimalization in riset operation. The steps in this method are determining the function objectives, variables, parameters and constraints, then making the structure models for procurement decision makers operational of the bus using linier programming. Variables, parameters and constraints are Obtained from bus service indicators in one route base on World Bank 1986 and Land Transport Department indicators. The output of this research is the decision support system for operational optimize procurement of buses for Route 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B to help the distribution amount of buses in each route Effectively, efficiently and can reduce operational cost. These features system are of the fleet amount, bus capacity, load factor, the bus interval, average speed, reserve buses, passenger number, operational cost Whose value can be changed According to the current situation then there is distribution feature amount of buses in each route.

Energy conservation in building especially for electricity energy can be conducted by implementing energy audit. Energy audit has objective not only for saving energy use but also reducing CO2 emission. Energy audit also can analyze energy consumption intensity and identify energy saving opportunities. However process of energy audit does not take a short time, because initially it must be done by some procedures e.g. survey of energy management and detail survey of energy. The process time can be minimalized by utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) to collect data of energy use in every electric appliances and integrating the information system of electronic energy audit to analyze energy use of building. This paper proposes the preliminary study of IoT combined with Wireless Sensor Network to support traditional energy audit process. Energy use data is monitored and collected in real time by IoT. Generally electronic appliances are located in several places, thus the data transmission from energy monitoring system uses wireless communication instead of wire communication. Every wireless IoT is sensor node in wireless sensor network that sends data to gateway/broker then finally send to server. The electronic energy audit is installed in this server to record data from every sensor node in real time and analyze energy saving opportunity.

The use of a Convolutional Neural Network based method for object detection increases the accuracy that surpasses human visual system. Because it requires considerable computational capability, its use in embedded devices that place constraints in terms of power consumption as well as computational capability has thus far been limited. However, with the recent development of GPU for use in embedded devices and open-source software library for machine learning, it has become viable to utilize CNN in an energy-efficient embedded computing environment. In this study, CPU and GPU performance and energy efficiency of CNN-based object detection inference on an embedded platform is investigated through comparison with a traditional PC-based platform. Two publicly available hardware platforms are empirically evaluated; in one of them — NVIDIA Jetson TX-1 — the results demonstrate image processing performance of 65% of that of the PC, while the embedded device consumes 2.6% of power consumed by the PC.

Data mining in educational field has been commonly used to analyzed pattern in academic databases that hard to analyze manually. The main objective of this paper is to compare the performance of data mining algorithms to predicting students' learning result based on student academic data set from inside the academic databases nor outside the academic databases using two data mining algorithms (Naïve Bayes Classifier and Tree C4.5) based on the accuracy and precision percentage for both algorithms. The result for data set that has been given to build the models shows that Naïve Bayes Classifier and Tree C4.5 averages accuracy is above 60% just like the precision averages of Naïve Bayes Classifier, the precision averages of Tree C4.5 only gain 58.82% but have a lower average of precision distinction. This study can be extended by using other data mining algorithm like association rule or expanded data set to increase the algorithm performance.

Customer loyalty and long term profitability are organizational goals to maintain their existence in uncertain business environment. In order to achieve the goal, knowing and understanding customers play a crucial part in the phase of product arrangement and development. By appropriately segmenting markets as well as applying different relationship management strategies, business organization can manage potential value of each identified segments. This research aims to cluster customer based on product beneficial expectancy using biclustering method named BCBimax algorithm. While hierarchical clustering and k-means clustering can only cope with one data source and demand similar data behavior over all phase of experiment, Bimax algorithm offers a new approach in processing both internal and external data source associated as united rows and columns. The approach does not require to reduce variables, instead it creates matrix and divide the matrix into sub-matrices. As a result, customer characteristics with high number of matched criteria are effectively obtained.
