Der Beitrag setzt sich zum Ziel lehrwerkbegleitende Online-Übungen untervier Aspekten zu analysieren: Quantitativer Aspekt, Übungsformate, Förderung der Sprachfertigkeiten und Taxonomie der Lernziele. Das Korpusbesteht aus 820 Online-Übungen, die als Zusatzmaterial zu sieben unterschiedlichen Lehrwerkpaketen auf den Stufen A1, A2, B1, insgesamt zu 21 Lehrwerken dienen. Die Analyse der Online-Übungen deutet darauf hin, dass trotz der großen Anzahl der Online-Übungen überwiegend grammatische Strukturen und Wortschatz gefördert werden, was Hand in Hand mit den niedrigsten Taxonomiestufen geht, die mit Online-Übungen erreicht werden. Lehrwerkbegleitende Online-Übungen ermöglichen bisher noch keine vielfältigen Lernwege, denn es wurden nur vier unterschiedliche Übungsformate identifiziert.

Applying the Moodle system in teaching contemporary art Moodle系统在当代艺术教学中的应用

The development of modern technologies, applying pedagogical principles,has enabled a new educational paradigm of e-learning, which rep-resentsquality support to teachers in the transfer of knowledge. This paper presents the possibilities of applying an e-learning system in teaching visual arts, precisely in teaching contemporary art. Well-designed and applied teaching content in an e-learning system enables various scenarios of learning, teaching, and testing the knowledge of contemporary art. Contemporary art thus becomes a communication within which the observer becomes an interpreter of the different levels of meaning of an artwork. This re-search, designed as an educational experiment, involved 57 students from two primary schools in Split-Dalmatia County. We found differences in the knowledge and preferences of fourth graders regarding contemporary art with respect toteaching methods. The results show increasing student preferences for contemporary art in a group using the Moodle system and in a group of students creating inspired by contemporary art-works. Students expressedsatisfaction with learning about contemporary art using Moodle. The difference between the results of the initial and final testing of knowledge showed statistical significance in the groups that had art lessons. Moodle provides opportunities to learn a variety of content, including contemporary art in primary school.

Paradigmatic reflections on media, culture and public relations 媒体、文化和公共关系的范式思考

The paper reports on some of the research results and achievements on international scientific projects: "Croatian media communication in a convergent environment" (Faculty of Graphic Arts, University of Zagreb, Zagreb, Croatia) and "Strategic Communication Management" (Alma Mater Europaea - EASA, Maribor, Slovenia). The aim of this research work is aparadigmatic presentation and publication of separately selected thematic media research paradigms in a systematic paradigmatic communication chain that affirms culture, media and public relations (Case study: "Media, Culture and Public Relations" (2012-2020)). The paper uses qualitative and quantitative paradigmatic ontological, epistemological, axiological, rhetorical and communication research methodology. Project paradigmatic research was conducted in the time limits from 2012 to 2020. The obtained research results and conducted communication analysis of the essence and form of media communication culture and public relations is a new paradigmatic scientific contribution to the culture of media communication and the advancement of the role and function of public relations in the new inclusive information society.

New journalistic genres in socialweeklies 社会周刊的新新闻体裁

The traditional system of journalistic genres requires an update, which was attempted in a relatively coherent concept by T. Rončáková. We applied her genre classification containing both new and traditional genres to a sample of Slovak social weeklies and statistically tested the presence and quantity of individual genres. At the same time, we examined the presence of the author's opinion, verbs in the 1st person singular and the hidden advertising in the texts. The presented findingson genres and the presence of opinions, subjectivity and hidden advertising were interpreted in the context of the classification of individual periodicals, either elite or lifestyle ones, which helped determine the impact of the tabloid orientation of periodicals on their content and form.

Technology in the classroom 课堂上的技术

This is a mix-method study with a sequential explanatory design aimed atinvestigating the level of technology knowledge of EFL teachers in Indonesian senior high schools. In this study, a total number of 375 teachers from public schools located in the southern part of Sumatra Island, Indonesia, were voluntarily involved in the survey. To fit the context of the study, the TPACK survey was adapted from previous literature with the overall Cronbach’s alpha ranging from .82 to .89. The adapted instruments were validated through content validity involving four experts in educational technology and one expert of English-Indonesian language translation. We also applied Cronbach’s alpha testing, the reliability of the adapted instruments (0.75 to .89).Mean and p-value were reported in the quantitative report. Afterward, we interviewed teachers using semi-structured interview which questions were based on the survey items. The data were transcribed, translated, coded, and put into themes. Findings showed that all teachers had more knowledgeable of traditional, non-technological conception of pedagogy, and content than technological pedagogy and technological content.

Finance has become an active area of the application of these technologies. As a result, the emergence of new institutions and the modernization of the existing ones, based on the new technological breakthrough of humanity, which undoubtedly affect already existing institutions, and which are subject to change under their influence. Theaim of this paper is to define the list of unresolved issues in the theory of the financial law that exist in relation to the nature of the technologies used and innovation (“fintech”) in the field of the public finance and the means of legal regulation of the public finance.

Digitization of Osijek grammar school reports at the library department of the Museum of Slavonia 斯拉沃尼亚博物馆图书馆部奥西耶克文法学校报告的数字化

In the second half of the 19th century, the preconditions for the establishment of standardized school infrastructure were created in Croatia, which also had an impact on the appearance of school libraries. Ever since the onset, the school libraries have played an enlightenment and educational role in their areas and have been maintained as such until present time. Observing the future from a past perspective, it may be noticed that cultural institutions - archives, libraries and museums – in addition to their traditional function, have been developing new types of service under the influence of global information changes that determine new ways of knowledge mediation and management. The annual school reports of end of 19th century Osijek grammar schools, owned by the Library Department of the Museum of Slavonia in Osijek, are an invaluable and indispensable resource for studying the history of schooling, as well as monitoring the development of school librarianship. In this regard, having inspected the contents of the reports of Realna gimnazija (Realgymnasium) and Kraljevska velika gimnazija (Royal Grammar School) of Osijek, it has become evident that there is a need for the creation of a digital repository with the aim of providing protection and a simplified access to and the usage of the aforementioned originals. Such an approach would at the same time enhance the research process of linking metadata from the available historical records, and putting it in the wider context of cultural and historic resources of the City of Osijek

For each pigment and dye, we associate information about their absorption of lightin the near infrared spectrum (NIR) at 1000 nm. Generally, pigments red,yellow, cyan blue, orange, white and “drap” (sandy brown) do not absorb NIRlight. The NIR camera does not distinguish, recognize or “see” them, so the NIRphoto is white. Such colors are marked with the letter "V" (visual,VIS). The area of green pigments (in our language, “zeleno” = green) is verydifferent considering the absorption properties of NIR radiation. Some greenpigments strongly absorb NIR radiation, while some green pigments absorb verylittle. That is why we have introduced the acronym Z as numerical informationon the absorption of NIR light for all colorants, with a range from zero toten. Painters are trained to mix colors with respect to their Z values. Dualimages are produced. The NIR camera separates the drawing, the image, dependingon the amount of Z color. The painter succeeds in arranging the colors sodiscreetly that two images are taken in the same place, one of which is seen bythe naked eye, while the other requires an NIR camera to be seen. The idea of aVIS / NIR painting is accepted with the realization that there are many videosurveillance (NIR) cameras around us: on the streets, in restaurants, in banks,in public entrances and entrances to private houses in general. Cross-border public administration 跨境公共管理

Institutional, teleological and consensual blockchain jurisdiction manifestations have been articulated in the activities of the public administration concerning interventional, contributory, protective, delegated, executive and efficient public administration. The authors have revealed the service format of functioning and synergy of the cross-border interaction of public administration within horizontal and vertical relations with the subjects of public and private law. Legitimacy of transformational remodelling of power, as well as the specifics of the values intercourse in information and traditional societies in the framework of implementing the powers of cross-border public administration through the simulation category. The paper highlights the functioning dynamics of cross-border public administration in the external and internal dimension in terms of using such instruments of public administration, as regulatory and administrative acts, acts-plans, acts-actions, administrative contracts. Fundamental influence of technological innovations on the public service activities of public administration has been proved in a transboundary perspective to achieve the rule of law, the maximum legal certainty of streamlining the process of public governance. Institutionalization of the synergetic paradigm has been established for using the tools of public administration within the blockchain jurisdiction to properly implement the cross-border competence of public administration, which will contribute to the adaptation of national law to the supranational legal framework. The authors have specified that, with proper implementation of the competence of cross-border public administration within the blockchain jurisdiction, there is a ‘self-propelled’ system with a measurable number of variables for institutionalization of such an organizational structure, which could be self- reproducible in the presence of corresponding internal and external links with the allocation of order parameters

European Court of Human Rights ruled in 2016 that the European Convention on Human Rights includes a right to access information held by public authorities. While according to international documents the procedures for accessing information should be ‘rapid’, the courts have yet to rule on what ‘rapid’ means and when the procedures are so long that they violate rights of those asking for information. This article analyses the length of proceedings in access to information cases in Slovenia and Croatia. It shows that these two countries do not have a system of effective protection of rights because the authorities can easily delay disclosure of information for several years. It argues that lengthy procedures violate the right to access the information and the freedom of expression. It then presents solutions for improving access to information procedures in order for them to become ‘rapid’
