The article shows the relationship between the physicochemical parameters of cherry fruits, pre-treated with polysaccharide compositions, during storage by the method of correlation galaxies. Since cherry fruits spoil quickly, their quality deteriorates after harvest, which leads to microbiological spoilage, weight loss. An important factor in preventing microbiological spoilage of fruits is their proper storage and packaging. The aim of the study was to establish the relationship between the physicochemical parameters of cherry fruits, pre-treated with polysaccharide compositions, before storage by the method of correlation galaxies. The object of study were the fruits of cherries varieties Alpha and Memory Artemenko. For research, the fruits were sprayed with a solution of salicylic acid; chitosan with salicylic acid, dried, removed at the consumer stage of maturity, laid down for storage. Unprocessed fruits took control. Physico-chemical parameters of cherry fruits during storage are interconnected and form one correlation galaxy in which the main indicator is the intensity of respiration. Pre-treatment with a solution of chitosan with salicylic acid had a positive effect on maintaining the quality of cherry fruits. Significant changes during the storage of cherry fruits occurred during the treatment of chitosan fruits with salicylic acid. Strong correlations were found between the intensity of respiration and the activity of the catalase enzyme (r = −0,95 and −0,93) and the content of tannins and dyes (r = −0,94 and −0,91). The calculations made it possible to derive regression equations that allow predicting the activity of catalase and the content of tannins and dyes of cherry fruits knowing the intensity of respiration of fruits during storage.

The influence of long-term application of potassium-deficient fertilizer system in the field crop rotation (winter wheat, corn, spring barley, soybeans) on podzolic heavy loam black earth of the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine on potassium content in plants, its costs for formation of one unit of the harvest was determined; potassium balance was calculated and the effectiveness of different doses of potassium fertilizers was comprehensively assessed. It was found that the potassium content in grains and seeds of agricultural crops under the influence of potassium fertilizers varies by no more than 8%, while in straw and stalks - by 10-24% depending on the variant of the experiment. It is shown that the non-grain part of the crop contains a significant part of potassium - 50-80% of economic removal depending on the crop. It is calculated that if it is left in the field for fertilizer in the variant of the experiment Basis + K80, it compensates for the consumption of potassium by 71%. By applying K40 and K80on the basis of applying N110P60 and leaving the non-commodity part of the crop in the field for fertilizer, the balance of potassium in the soil is formed positive with intensity of 111 and 212%, respectively. According to the index of complex assessment, which takes into account seven indicators: payback of 1 kg of mineral fertilizers; additionally conditionally net profit; net energy profit; humus balance and intensity of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium balance, the best variant of the experiment is application of N110P60K40 per 1 ha of field crop rotation area. This indicates the possibility of a temporary reduction in the dose of potassium fertilizers in field crop rotation on podzolic heavyloam black earth in the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine

The article presents the results of studies the total number of bacteria, micromycetes and azotobacter in the rhizosphere of winter peas, depending on the use of different rates of herbicide MaxiMox (0,8; 0,9; 1,0 and 1,1 l / ha), separately and in tank mixes with plant growth regulator Agriflex Amino (1,0 kg/ha) on the background of bacterization seeds material with the microbial preparation Optimize Pulse (3,28 l/t) and without background. The obtained results showed the dependence of the functioning of the rhizosphere microbiota of winter peas on the application of different herbicide rates, but with the complex application of MaxiMox (0,8–1,0 l/ha) with the plant growth regulator Agriflex Amino (1,0 kg/ha) on the background of bacterization seeds material with the microbial preparation Optimize Pulse (3,28 l/t) was observed to reduce the negative impact of xenobiotics on the soil microbiota, which was manifested in an increase the total number of bacteria by an average of 3-21%, micromycetes - 42-73% and azotobacter - 2-9%
