At the crossroads of digital technology and healthcare, the Elios platform - accessible via Messenger - opens up new avenues for preventing suicide and facilitating access to mental health care for young people. By exploring the forms of care that are woven between technology and human presence, this initiative reveals unprecedented relational dynamics. Between tensions and complementarities, it questions how technological innovation can be linked to mental health practices, in a constant quest for accessibility and humanization.

The rise of digital technologies has profoundly transformed the mental health landscape, ushering in a new era where access to care can be extended far beyond geographical and temporal constraints. E-health tools and automated chatbots are emerging as revolutionary solutions to fill gaps in psychological care. This technological transformation raises major questions about the consequences of the "dematerialization" of care.

The recent academicization of the nursing discipline in France is promoting nursing science. However, its application and effects in care remain complex to evaluate. Through the clinical situation of Yanis, an eight-year-old child with neurodevelopmental disorders, Leininger's theory of transcultural care and Pender's theory of health promotion explore the issues involved in adapting care and transculturality.

In the context of digital technology deployment in the field of mental health, certain specific issues must be addressed, particularly the meaning of psychiatric care in terms of ethics. The aim is to promote the development of e-health that respects individuals and is useful to professionals.

In France, the transcultural approach has been developed over more than thirty years in order to better understand and care for migrants and their children. Pain, although universal, has many variations, expressions, and expectations. Based on this example of pain, which is part of any relationship between patient and caregiver, whether somatic or psychological in origin, it appears that the diversity of representations, feelings, and expectations must be taken into account in order to better understand, relieve, and help migrants and their children in a multicultural world.

From the birth of e-health in psychiatry in the 1960s to the current era marked by the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI), psychiatric practice has changed in line with the evolution of digital technologies. Appropriate tools help to broaden access to care and improve therapeutic follow-up. With the advent of AI, new opportunities are emerging, generating advances that come with challenges. Finding a balance between technology, ethics, and humanism is essential to ensure that the digital transformation in psychiatry is beneficial and inclusive, without compromising the therapeutic relationship or fragmenting care pathways.

Based on a clinical case in the context of medically assisted reproduction, this article explores spontaneous miscarriage as an experience that disrupts a developing psychological process. Between invisible grief and interrupted motherhood, it questions the mother's place in the bond with motherhood, the issues of transmission, and the need for symbolic recognition, so that the loss is not silenced.

Artificial intelligence should not only help doctors to better understand diseases and treat them more effectively. It should also enable patients to learn about themselves, make informed decisions about their own health, and integrate their illness into their daily lives. This requires clear ethical guidelines, a good understanding of the challenges of our relationship with machines, the development of caregivers' empathy skills, and the resources necessary for quality care.
