The genogram is regularly used in transcultural consultations. These are offered as a second line of treatment to migrant families whose care is stagnant or complicated by cultural issues. The contribution of a genogram can be illustrated through the situation of Sandra, a 32-year-old patient of Cape Verdean origin with a chronic anxiety disorder. Her anxiety fixation concerns her inability to perceive the presence of the dead, unlike the rest of her family, who possess this gift. She says she feels isolated from her family, especially as she feels acculturated.

How can the free creation of a family tree be a relevant therapeutic tool in the psychotherapy of adolescents? It is possible to answer this question by presenting the work carried out by a clinical psychologist with a patient in a "maison des adolescents". The aim is to understand how this mediation tool helps to problematize transgenerational transmissions, to apprehend transcultural issues in the treatment and to invite the patient to reweave her family history, which has been damaged by individual and collective traumas.

At the Loire-Atlantique Nord psychiatric facility, which is located in a rural area, responding to life-threatening emergencies can be complex due to a lack of practice and delays in emergency response. In 2020, collaboration with care management and nurses sensitive to this issue identified a need for improvement. Emergency care training was introduced in the form of workshops to enhance caregivers' skills and guarantee patient safety. These workshops encourage inter-professional exchange and the maintenance of skills in life-saving emergency care.

A transcultural family consultation has been set up in our childcare center. A turning point of the therapy of a seven years old child suffering from selective mutism is analyzed, showing how the child makes use of one of his drawings as a transitional object to build a bridge between himself and the group, to experiment ambivalence and discover the metissage of thoughts.

Thinking about how to welcome migrant children is crucial. Tools such as the story-drawing process can be used in this context. Drawing is a mediator in the bond with the child, as shown by the case of a boy recently arrived in Brazil, whose productions underline the importance of home and the desire to unite the family. The use of themed story-drawings appears to be relevant for migrant children and their families as a means of cultural transmission.

Although Haute-Savoie has an image of being a wealthy region, precariousness is often rendered invisible. When this is combined with suffering on the streets and mental health problems, new models of support are essential. A scheme called Un chez-soi d'abord has been set up in the north of the department. Its implementation was based on a phase of experimentation and then prefiguration, during which the issue of access to care shook up working habits. The characteristics of the local area were a key factor in our thinking. In this context, the inclusion of this type of project in housing and mental health programming plans is particularly necessary. These new practices are based on recovery-oriented mental health support.

Social networks play an important role in the daily lives of adolescents, even when they are hospitalized in a child psychiatric ward. While they enable them to establish and maintain relationships, and can ease emotional tensions, they can also increase their sense of malaise. Many hospitalized young people report digital harassment, revenge porn or exposure to harmful or even dangerous content. Many hospital wards prohibit the use of cell phones and social networking sites, which nevertheless remain a key part of their care. It is important to support young patients in their use of social networks, and to teach them how to behave safely.

Young adults leaving child protection services face difficulties in accessing housing and rights, but above all social isolation, due to a lack of family resources and friendships as a result of an institutional path strewn with breakdowns. For those with mental health problems, long-term investment in psychiatric care is more than complex. Repairs! 44 strives to change mentalities by drawing on the experiential expertise of its volunteers, so that public opinion becomes aware of the multitude of obstacles these young people face throughout their lives, and aims to make their rights more accessible.
