The integration of artificial intelligence, particularly ChatGPT, in education presents both promising opportunities and notable challenges. Through a systematic review employing the PRISMA method, this article analyzed 45 references published of ChatGPTs impact on educational environments. While ChatGPT offers teachers a versatile learning tool, aiding in tasks, such as lesson planning and content generation, concerns regarding academic integrity and over-reliance on technology have emerged. Ethical considerations, including the potential for cheating in assignments and exams, highlight the need for clear guidelines and ethical frameworks to govern its use. Institutions or related organizations must address issues, such as plagiarism and data privacy, to ensure responsible integration of ChatGPT. Nurturing a growth mindset among educators and learners is crucial to effectively navigate ChatGPT integration. By aligning strategies to leverage ChatGPTs’ capabilities while mitigating risks, educators, institutions, and policymakers can enhance the quality of education in an evolving technological landscape. This article contributes to a deeper understanding of ChatGPTs’ implications in education, providing insights into its advantages and challenges. Informed decision making and proactive measures are essential to harness ChatGPTs potential for transformative impact while safeguarding educational integrity and ethics.

The Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) is a capital market regulator that relies heavily on information technology (IT) for its operational activities. The IDX faces substantial difficulties in software development due to frequent changes initiated by various divisions, resulting in extra third-party charges for each request and leading to substantial costs. This article aims to identify the factors influencing resource allocation costs and to provide recommendations for improving resource allocation in software development project management. This article used a mixed-method approach combining both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, which involves conducting interviews with multiple stakeholders and reviewing literature that employs various frameworks, such as project management body of knowledge, control objective for information technologies, and simple multiattribute rating for decision-making. The primary objective of this article is to identify and categorize the key factors influencing decisions on sourcing schemes in software development project management by examining resource allocation and prioritization, particularly in engagements with third parties. This article provides insights to enhance the efficiency of software project management practices. This article proposes company to adopt the Synergy Blend approach to improve resource allocation and project management within software development. The Synergy Blend approach combines the elements of waterfall and agile methodologies based on each software's specifics in maximizing resource allocation and aligning project goals. However, the implementation of the IT program and portfolio management has limited improvement benefits. Furthermore, this article directly supports the growth of the company by optimizing resource allocation, reducing costs, and enhancing software development processes.

The current study evaluates agility performance of information technology (IT) enabled supply chain using the lens of information security orientation (ISO). More specifically, the moderation effect of ISO on the link between IT-enablement (ITE) and supply chain agility performance is investigated. A novel measurement scale is developed to evaluate the ISO construct. The study answers two main questions: First, how does ITE affect supply chain agility performance; and second, does ISO moderate this relationship and how? An empirical analysis is conducted using data collected from IT managers, supply chain managers, plant managers, and logistics’ managers from multiple industries. After controlling for the effect of firm size, relationship age, relationship size, and industry type, the study finds that ITE is positively associated with supply chain agility performance, and ISO is a significant moderator to this relationship. Supply chain organizations that implement high levels of ISO can realize higher agility performance from ITE than their, otherwise, counterparts. The newly developed ISO scale can support managers interested in evaluating the level of ISO adopted by their organizations. The article discusses several managerial implications of our findings, including findings related to the control variables.

Roadmapping is a powerful and scalable systems-based approach for supporting strategic alignment within and between organizations. Although established practice in industry, roadmapping is seldom considered in mainstream management research, teaching, and textbooks. To address this gap, this article provides a brief overview of roadmapping practice and concept, highlighting three functions that should be more widely appreciated: Roadmapping for communication and consensus; diagnostics and learning, and prime systems integrator.
