In many computer vision based problems, multiview 3D object retrieval is very useful with many application possibilities. Actually multiview 3D object is represented by a set of different views of 2D images. There are many hand-crafted features extraction techniques. Rather than using them, deep embedding network and autoencoder are used to extract features and calculate Euclidean distance to measure the similarity. This paper emphasizes on the process of retrieving 3D object from multi-view 2D images. Two established deep learning based solutions are used to retrieve images of multi-view 3D object. Finally different evaluation metrics are used to compare image retrieval performance accuracy & compare computation time and space complexity for both autoencoder and deep embedding network techniques. Here, dimension reduction algorithms PCA & t-SNE are also used to interpret the retrieval results. The experimented results show that deep embedding network gained 98% accuracy & autoencoder gained 97% accuracy to retrieve multi-view 2D images using RGB-D dataset.

Marriage is the state of being united to a person of the opposite sex as a pair in a legal, consensual, and contractual relationship recognized and sanctioned by law. In the law of every religion, there must be a legal and valid age-limit for marriage. Even though the law is strictly followed by government, most of the parents try to marry off their daughter at their early age. In most cases, parents hide their daughters age to the marriage register and without enough evidence, the register had to put the information in the registered documents. On the other hand, Kazi had to give revenue to the government for conducting every marriage but they are not aware of this process and hide it. There is no legalizing way to stop this circumvention. With the advancement of technology, people from both the village and cities are very concerned about their life and lifestyle. Where we live in the age of satellite but our marriage registration system is still in the old traditional form. After the marriage, couples hope for a wonderful life ahead. However, there are lots of concerns which arise in their mind regarding the conjugal life as well as issues related to before, during and after pregnancy. From our investigation, we identified stages required for mhealth adoption for married couples. Consequently, it created the opportunities to develop a smart application that can help to address the need. The aim of this paper is to analyze the primitive way marriage system and their huge impacts and effects on social life, finding the solution and generating a way to stop the delusion of the Kazi. An application will be proposed for the dynamic marriage registration and digitizing the system that will be the validation and legalization for the couple and the app can able to provide the planning of a couple for the contraceptives or to conceive, pregnancy planning and tracking with guideline needed for a pregnant woman along with the role of both husband and wife to help out and finally everything after the birth of the baby.

String matching fundamentally is a classical problem of finding occurrence(s) of a pattern string within another string or body of text. String matching problems can be traced into intrusion detection in network, detecting plagiarism, information security, pattern recognition, document matching, text mining, speech analysis, application in bioinformatics and other diversified fields. Two important factors of string matching which are also the challenges of this paper are “number of attempts” and “number of character comparisons”. With these challenges of string matching, we have proposed a hybrid algorithm which is named as MAC (Minimum number of Attempts and Character Comparisons) algorithm. We have integrated the concepts of Berry-Ravindran (BR) algorithm and index based shifting approach with our new search technique to build our MAC algorithm. We have evaluated the MAC algorithm to analyze the performance for English text alongside biological data (DNA sequence and Protein sequence). The performance of MAC algorithm has turned out to be better than Maximum-Shift (MS) algorithm and Index Based Shifting (IBS) algorithm. The performance of the MAC algorithm is proficient for exact string matching for both small and large size of pattern length comparing with some existing algorithm to solve the string matching problem.

In 21st century, diabetes has become one of the most life-threatening concerns which can affect both adults and infants. If the proper treatment is not taken and the glucose level is not kept within the normal range, it can damage vital organs of the human body. Due to this, it is important to check the blood glucose level regularly. There are different types of invasive glucometers available in the market. These invasive methods need a blood sample which causes pain, time-consuming, and higher cost. For this, a noninvasive method is badly needed. In this study, an easily usable noninvasive blood glucose monitoring device is developed that can measure glucose level continuously and eliminates the drawbacks of the invasive system. Near-infrared spectroscopy and transmission photoplethysmography (PPG) is used to estimate blood glucose concentration. 940nm wavelength light is placed on a fingertip and the output of the optical sensor is filtered, amplified and fed to Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller based on Atmega328. After regression analysis, the predicted glucose level is displayed on the LCD screen. The result of the implemented device is compared with a commercially available invasive glucometer and the average error is less than 4 % which shows that the device is reliable to estimate blood glucose concentration.

The disability to control different limbs of human body is a major obstacle in which many people suffer from. This might be inherent or occur due to an accident. Their day-to-day activities are impeded by immobility and they are segregated from various social events to an extent. For the patients suffering from quadriplegia whose entire body is paralyzed, motorized mechanical systems such as wheelchair are not sufficient enough. A simplistic approach of an automated wheelchair has been proposed here which can be operated by directional eye movement using electrooculography (EOG) signal. After proper assembly the performance appraisal justifies the proposed prototypes effectiveness.

Now we are living in digital era. Every aspect of life is becoming digital. It is true for reading books, papers, or journals also. However, our old books or journals are in analog format. To convert those papers, books, or journals in digital format, we need a scanner. Accordingly, if the scanner feed pages automatically, it will be more easier. However, in present market, auto feeding scanner is a very much costly device. In this paper, we propose a new method to build a low cost automatic document feeding scanner. We also compare the performance of our proposed scanner with other scanners available in market and found that our scanners output is similar to them. This discussion also provides a comparison table of different types of Auto Feeding Scanner.

Nowadays fire accident in buildings has become a very common incident. As the structural design of modern buildings are complex and augmented, fire accident victims often find it difficult to identify a safe path to exit the building. As a result, they panic which causes more injuries and deaths. In this paper, we have proposed an IoT based intelligent fire evacuation system that will effectively guide people along an evacuation path in case of fire accidents. A* search algorithm has been used to control the central module of the proposed model. This will help people navigate out of danger by guiding through the shortest safe path possible. It shows the next best path if the first optimal path is already crowded. A grid based floor plan simulation both in software and hardware has been designed and implemented to accomplish the desired goal. For a real time, active, intelligent guidance system, here a wireless sensor network including sensors like PIR sensors, smokes sensors and heat sensors have been combined together. The system will not only help evacuees reach the exit but also automatically notify the fire brigade for rescue operation.

In graphene honeycomb structure, the phonon particles are strongly coupled with the electrons, therefore any change in the structure of graphene changes the electron-phonon (e-ph) interaction and consequently it has an impressive effect on the electronic and vibrational properties of graphene. Here in this paper, we report the electron-phonon interaction of vacancy defected single layer graphene using first principle calculations based on density functional theory. In this paper, it has been found that vacancy defect introduces a band gap in the graphene structure. In vacancy defected graphene, the ZA phonon modes are shifted downward in the lower frequency region and the el-ph coupling coefficient increases from 0.0035 to 0.30 at Gaussian Broadening of 0.5 Ry which indicates that vacancy defect enhances a ballistic transports of the high-frequency phonons in graphene structure. Again, from Raman spectrum it has found that the G-peak shifts from the frequency of 1607 cm−1to 1704 cm 1due to the presence of vacancy defect and the vibrational modes are IR active in disordered graphene where they are not IR active in case of pristine graphene. Thus this paper gives a deep insight about the electronic and vibrational properties of vacancy induced graphene structure.

In vacancy defected graphene, the ZA phonon modes are shifted downward in the lower frequency region and the el-ph coupling coefficient increases from 0.0035 to 0.30 at Gaussian Broadening of 0.5 Ry which indicates that vacancy defect enhances a ballistic transports of the high-frequency phonons in graphene structure. Again, from Raman spectrum it has found that the G-peak shifts from the frequency of 1607 cm−1to 1704 cm 1due to the presence of vacancy defect and the vibrational modes are IR active in disordered graphene where they are not IR active in case of pristine graphene. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive performance evaluation of popular symmetric and asymmetric key encryption algorithms to selecting better utilization on resource constraint and mobile devices. We focus on AES, RC4, Blowfish, CAST, 3DES, Twofish as symmetric key encryption and DSA and ElGamal as an asymmetric encryption algorithms. The performance is compared using different parameters such as key size, data blocks, data types, and encryption/decryption speed. The experiments are performed to exploit the effectiveness of different cryptographic algorithms to use in real life applications where fast execution time and less memory usage requirement is of prime importance.

App stores or application distribution platforms allow users to present their sentiments about apps in the forms of ratings and reviews. However, selecting the “best one” from available apps that offer similar functionality is difficult task - especially, if the selection process only uses the average star rating of the apps. To address this challenge, we have introduced a trust-based selection and ranking system of similar apps by combining the programmatic view (“internal view”) and the sentiments based on users reviews (“external view”). The rankings based on the average star ratings are compared with the rankings generated by our approach. We empirically evaluate our approach by using the publically available apps from the Google Play Store. For this study, we have chosen a dataset of 250 apps with total 114,480 reviews from top 5 different categories - of which we focused our experiments on 90 apps that have at least 1000 reviews. Our experiments indicate that proposed holistic ranking that encompasses both the internal and external views is a better alternative than any ranking that focuses only on the internal or external view.
