Abstract
The generalized theory of Nth-order plates is applied to the dispersion of progressive waves in a plane heterogeneous medium with large local gradients of the density and elastic modulus, simulating a structural defect. This approach is based on the spatial reduction of a three-dimensional model of the layer and finite basis functions of the thickness corresponding to semianalytical finite elements. The dispersion problem reduces to a generalized spectral problem for a pair of symmetric matrices. The convergence of the solution in terms of locking frequencies of the wave is considered.

Abstract
An algorithm is developed to control a spherical robot with a pendulum actuator through servo constraints, generating the necessary control torque. Servo constraints set a motion program that allows the robot to pursue a moving target until it is hit. The rectilinear and curvilinear trajectories of the robot constructed on the basis of numerical integration are considered. Their length and time to hit the target are determined.

Abstract
Various types of thermal regulating coating TRP K-208 Cf are used in the systems of automatic spacecraft thermal mode provision. The elements of TRP K-208 Cf, investigated in this work, belong to the class of “solar reflector” and are designed to protect ASC from excessive solar radiation, while at the same time dissipating excessive heat into the surrounding space. The elements of the thermal control coating are plates made of radiation-resistant glass of K-208 grade with step-by-step coatings on the back side. Within the framework of the research samples with different coating thickness and material of the reflecting layer were made. The article is devoted to the study of the influence of changing the mode of coating application and the thickness of the reflecting layer of the thermoregulating coating on the thermo-optical characteristics of the elements.

Abstract
Semiconductor integrated circuits (ICs), or chips, are the component core of the digital economy. The supply of chips defines the development of such high-tech industries as computer technology, communications and telecommunications, all types of transport, mechanical engineering, defense industry, medical, government and trade services, etc. The leading economic centers of the world (United States, European Union, China) strive to create closed-loop chains (ecosystems) of chip production in order to reduce the risks of disruptions in these chains in the event of epidemiological or political global crises. A stable balance between the supply and demand of chips requires that national programs for development of chip production are coordinated with development plans of chip consumer industries. Solving the problem of “chip sovereignty” requires enormous investments not only in construction of new factories, but also in raising the level of research and education in this field.

Abstract
The numerous factors that influence the technological process and cause errors during manufacture of parts complicate the problem of ensuring the required accuracy of required dimensions. The article proposes a method for determining coefficients of simulation models using probabilistic statistical methods, the versatility of which makes them applicable to a wide range of problems.

Abstract
Imports and exports are fundamental to the economy: they permit the redistribution of resources for maximum profit, by the sale and purchase of specific materials and products. Recent events such as the special military operation, stiffening of sanctions, and the embargo on Russian oil and petroleum products—have stimulated interest in parallel (or gray) imports, which have begun to play a considerable role in Russia’s external economic policy and in the state’s overall economy. The present study analyzes the impact of parallel imports on the Russian economy, identifies the weak and strong points of the policy, and offers remedies appropriate to the current economic situation.

Abstract
The concept of innovative development allows enterprises to introduce new approaches in pursuit of competitive advantage and sustainable development. The concept of the digital factory encompasses the digitization of the whole product life cycle and the development of digital models of the products and production processes so as to improve the enterprise’s global competitiveness. The introduction of this concept at enterprises is a lengthy process and must be completed in stages. In the present research, key elements in the concept of a smart factory are identified, and the basic stages in its introduction are proposed. This schema may be adapted to the specific conditions and needs of the enterprise.
