Design of Automotive Vehicle Suspension with Combined Damping 带组合阻尼的汽车悬架设计

Abstract

A new approach to the design of motor vehicle suspensions by simultaneous use of several damping devices of different types, making up a combined damping system (CDS), is presented. A rational combination of the components of the CDS and optimization of their parameters ensure an increase in the smooth running of the motor vehicle. Calculation and analysis of the damping properties of air suspension (AS) with different CDSs made it possible to determine the most effective systems.

A definition of the business process is proposed on the basis of approaches in process management. Methods of managing procurement activities at an industrial enterprise are analyzed, in tactical and strategic terms. Models in unified modeling language (UML) are developed for procurement management systems.

Improving of the Balancing Structures of In-Line Two-Cylinder Piston Engines 改进直列双缸活塞发动机的平衡结构

Abstract

Balancing of the overturning reaction torque (RT) in an in-line two-cylinder internal combustion engine with cranks oriented in one direction using centrifugal forces from two groups of counterweights located on the crankshaft and balancer shaft is considered. It is shown that there are limitations in balancing the RT associated with the layout of the balancer shaft. New schemes are proposed for placing a group of counterweights on the disks of two directly unconnected gears driven by a crankshaft and rotating at the same angular speed, but in the opposite direction, which ensures complete balancing of the first-order inertial forces of reciprocating moving masses and the optimal possible partial balancing of the RT. The balancing of the RT for internal combustion engines of this type are analyzed; and the feasibility of the proposed designs are confirmed.

Limitations of Modeling the Relationship between Financial Ratios of Mechanical Engineering Companies 机械工程公司财务比率关系模型的局限性

Abstract

On the example of data on companies of the mechanical engineering industry, an analysis of the relationship of financial ratios and their impact on the financial risk index (FRI) for self-assessment of the risk of business insolvency is performed using a linear regression model in Python. In the course of construction and quality control of the model, limitations of its practical application are revealed. Conclusions and recommendations are formulated based on analysis results.

Abstract

The dynamics of a snow particle moving over the rotor blade of a snowplow is simulated. A configuration is proposed for calculating the work of the rotor in the projection system. The Euler equations are solved for the snow mass in order to find its maximum velocity. The longitudinal cross section of the rotor blade corresponding to maximum snowplow performance is identified.

Abstract

Two-stage kinetics of moisture sorption at a temperature of 23°C and humidity of 68% in glass-fiber and basalt-fiber composites after exposure to cold climate conditions (Yakutsk, Russia) for 2 and 4 years is presented. The relaxation model of anomalous moisture diffusion at the first stage is shown to be adequate and an assessment of the increase in moisture content at the second stage is provided.

Relative Elongation of Raw Cotton Fibers as a Result of Adhesion of Fiber Bundles and Action of Tensile Forces 纤维束粘连和拉力作用下原棉纤维的相对伸长率

Abstract

The study investigates changes in relative elongation of raw cotton fibers as a result of adhesion between fiber bundles and the influence of tensile forces. A dependence of relative elongation of fibers on tensile forces, also affected by other significant factors, is obtained. A test rig for determining resistance strength values of the elastic element of raw cotton is created for experimental studies withs different varieties of cotton.
