Reward is a form of appreciation received by an individual for the achievement of a work performance that aims to motivate the individual to have high productivity. In managerial terms, giving a warning is a good and reasonable thing to do by the leader to his subordinates. Likewise with the Private Vocational School 1 HKBP Pematangsiantar. This research was conducted to provide solutions to problems that occur through the design of a decision support system software for giving the best teacher reward with the Technique for Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method with assessment components including (1) discipline, (2) involvement, (3 ) attendance, (4) leadership, (5) training and (6) social. The Decision Support System for providing teacher rewards is able to accommodate subjective problems, lack of transparency, and doubts about its accuracy and the output is very credible. Thus the decision-making process for giving the best teacher reward is efficient, effective and objective and can be used as a recommendation for school principals in determining which teachers deserve rewards. From the 10 data samples used, the results of the analysis using the Decision Support System show that the highest recommendation value is 0.7149 on behalf of A8, while the lowest recommendation value is 0.2851 on behalf of A10. CV.Bus Chandra Bagan batu, is a service company engaged in the transportation sector. The method used by CV.Bus Chandra Bagan batu to order tickets, customers must come to the counter to order tickets. This makes it difficult for people to order tickets, especially if the weather is not supportive. So this bus ticket booking information system was created which aims to make it easier for customers to order bus tickets at CV.Bus Chandra. This information system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database and is supported by the local Xampp server. Along with the development of the times, the development of technology has also developed rapidly. The development in the field of information and communication technology at this time has brought very important benefits for the advancement of human life. Various business programs can be developed into a system whose performance uses a computer or mobile device, and one of these programs is that it can publish information on an item that is sold via the internet or using a web-based system. Many housewives find it difficult or lazy to shop for vegetables because of the full queues to shop at the local vegetable shop, busy with office matters or taking care of children and other activities. Therefore an application was made that can help save time and can also help small vegetable and fruit entrepreneurs to sell their products in applications that have been made. In the application that has been made, a buyer can buy a variety of fresh vegetables andfruit of guaranteed quality and for the admin section. The development of technology is increasingly fast and developing, so the need for a technology is one of the webs-based software technology, with this web being used to make difficultwork easy, the purpose of this research is to design and build an inventory application for Islamic boarding schools Miftahul Jannad. in the survey village by applying the Nielsen modeling. The research method used is the method of observation, interviewsand literature studies, the approach method is the Nielsen modeling method, where Nielsen's modeling consists of learnability, efficiency, memorability, few errors, satisfaction, the results of Nielsen's modeling are obtained to test the validity of learnability with counted r counts. 0.868, 0.845, 0.736, 0.619, Efficiency with r count 0.813, 0.461.0.636, 0.557, for Memorability is 0.773, 0.830, 0.814, 0.578 for memorability with the calculated r value of 0.773, 0.830, 0.814, 0.578, then for few errors obtained a value of 0.621, 0.765, 0.704, 0.653, then for satisfaction with a value of 0.732, 0.559, 0.662, 0.652, which means that with the calculated r value is more r table, where the r table is obtained 0.320, the data in the Nielsen modeling is valid, while for the reliability test it is stated that the results of the Nielsen modeling test are reliable.Keywords :learnability, efficiency, memorability, few errors, satisfaction

Edge detection is one of the algorithms used in Digital Image Processing. This algorithm serves to identify the line/edge of the image object to highlight the boundary lines of the image information. Edge is a set of connected pixels (connected pixels) that restricts the objects contained in the image. This study aims to determine the inventory control carried out by CV. Pematangsiantar Shining Steel Partners. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from company records for the last 3 months. The data analysis method used in this study is the Decision Mining Data Tree method with ID3 algorithm. Through the application of data mining CV. Cemerlang Steel Partners will know more about the items that are of interest to consumers and items that are not in demand, so there will be no more stockpiles that accumulate in the warehouse. The results of this study found that the Root Node in determining which items are in demand and not in demand is the Size attribute. Rule obtained as many as 14 rules, which consists of 7 rules that are worth yes and 7 rules that have no value.

An expert system for diagnosing the cause of miscarriage in pregnant women is an expert system designed as a tool to diagnose the type of food that causes miscarriage. Computer programs intended as providers of assistive devices in solving problems in certain areas of specialization such as miscarriage problems in pregnant women. This knowledge is obtained from various sources including books and the internet that are related to the causes of miscarriages. Knowledge base arranged in such a way into a database with several tables of food types and effect tables to facilitate system performance in drawing conclusions in this expert system using the Bayes theorem. This expert system will display the choice of symptoms that can be chosen by the user, where each choice of effects will read the user to the next selection of effects until they get the final result. At the end of the expert system will display the choice of user effects, types of food causes of miscarriages, and solutions.

In everyday life sometimes many people leave the lights at home alive even though they are empty. As it is known that lights are lighting devices that are very important for any activity, but often there are difficulties in controlling lights because they are still done manually, so there is often negligence in their use. Current control conditions still use the principle of controlling lights at close range. This of course results in excessive waste of electricity when traveling a considerable distance. By using a mobile home-based light control system and Blynk server, it aims to save electricity usage and make it easier to control lights from a certain distance. This system is created by using wifi technology that receives messages from clients that will be processed with the Blynk application that allows users to control home lights using Android. NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller, and the output is a relay to control the system to be on / off position. By controlling using Blynk, this tool can be operated with an Android smartphone that the majority of its users are supported by equipment that is easily available so that the house looks inhabited even though it is empty. So using the tools we make makes it easier for users to control it without having to be afraid of excessive electricity use.

Daily Activity is an application developed by BPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Tenggara Province. The application is then also applied in BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Utara Province. In Daily Activity, employees report their daily activities, including the outputs. The list of activities is then manually summarized every month to form an Employee Performance Achievement Report (CKP). Because the process is still manual, the preparation of CKP reports has become less effective and efficient. The development uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall approach. With this menu, now the list of activities can be summarized automatically by activity categories. The application has been tested with black-box testing to determine its functionality. The test results show that the application meets user needs in forming CKP reports.
