The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze partially and simultaneously the independent variables of compensation and placement on the dependent variable of employee job satisfaction at PT. Batam Aero Technic. The method of analysis uses: multiple linear regression analysis, 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. Research results: 1) Compensation has a significance value of 0.010 1.694 it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. This means that compensation has a positive and significant effect partially on employee job satisfaction at PT. Batam Aero Technic. 2) Placement has a significance value of 0.019 1.694 it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. This means that placement has a positive and significant effect partially on employee job satisfaction at PT. This study aims to compare the level of efficiency of OPZ before and during the pandemic. This research is a quantitative research with the output-oriented Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The DEA approach used is the production approach. The input variables used include the total cost of amil salaries, total socialization costs and total operational costs. While the output variables include the amount of funds collected and the amount of funds channeled. The type of data used is secondary data originating from financial reports in 2019 and 2020. The sampling technique that the author uses is Purposive Sampling, which takes 9 national-level OPZs consisting of BAZNAS, LMI, Dompet Dhuafa, Rumah Zakat, Orphanage and Zakat. , Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Council, Arrahman Indonesia Orphanage House, Darul Qur'an Nusantara and LAZISNU. The results show that on average, the OPZ efficiency value in 2019 was 0.74 and in 2020 it was 0.70. This trend indicates that there is a decrease in efficiency in the OPZ. it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in the results of OPZ efficiency before the pandemic and during the pandemic. There are 4 OPZs that experience continuous efficiency in 2019 and 2020. Meanwhile, the other five OPZs have yet to experience efficiency. The purpose of this study is first to find out the description of determining marital status as a standard for employee recruitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, second to find out the reasons for implementing standardization of marriage at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, and third to find out the relationship between marital status in increasing employee work productivity at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar. The research method used is a type of qualitative research, using a descriptive approach and an associative approach. The results of this study indicate that the determination of marital status as a standardization of recruitment at Bank Muamalat focuses on the Frontliners because Frontliners are the front guard who are the key to the good name and image of the company through excellent service. Excellent service is produced through employees who really focus on customer satisfaction and are not divided by personal problems, especially for people who are already married, where the problem level is considered to be far more complex than those who are not married.

Paper ini tentang Pengaruh Iklan Dan Aplikasi Tik Tok Terhadap Minat Beli Mahasiswa IAIN Palopo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh iklan terhadap minat beli mahasiswa, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi Tik Tok terhadap minat beli mahasiswa, (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan dan aplikasi Tik Tok terhadap minat beli mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah program studi manajemen bisnis syariah IAIN Palopo sebanyak 63 orang responden ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji instrument, uji persyaratan analisis, uji hipotesis, serta metode dari analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli mahasiswa, dengan nilai t tabel 1,295 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Aplikasi Tik Tok berpengaruh terhadap minat beli beli mahasiswa, dengan nilai t tabel 1,295 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (3) Iklan dan aplikasi Tik Tok secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli mahasiswa, dengan nilai F hitung 47,386 > F Tabel 2,39 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh iklan dan aplikasi Tik Tok terhadap minat beli mahasiswa sebesar 61,2%.

There are many brands of laptop, such as Acer, Toshiba, HP, Apple, Dell, Asus and Lenovo, etc which each has advantage and disadvantage also has its own enthusiasts. Based on market share in 2014-2016, all brands are fluctuating, but Apple, during the period 2014-2016 continues to decline from 7.4% in 2014 to 5.2% in 2015 even lower and lower it's 3.3% in 2016. That shows the consumers awarenes on Apple is also low. Many factors can influence on purchasing decisions of Apple Laptops, such as product quality, brand awareness, brand image and trust. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of product quality, brand awareness, brand image and trust toward purchasing decision of Apple Brand Laptops in Semarang. The population in this study were consumers who purchased Apple's brand laptop in Semarang city by 100 respondents as sample. The type of data used the primary data. Sampling techique used non-random type of purposive sampling. The data method collection using questionnaires and analysis techniques used multiple regression. The result shows that product quality, brand awareness, brand image, consumer trust has a positive and significant influence simultantly on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine and analyze the ratio of liquidity and activity ratios in increasing profit growth at PT Siantar Top Tbk. during 2015-2017. The data collection method used is the method of documentation and literature study. In analyzing the data the author uses quantitative analysis techniques in the form of financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which can be accessed through the official website www.idx.co.id and qualitative techniques. The data processing method used in this study is a non-statistical method, namely by using financial ratio formulas. The results of the analysis of the liquidity ratio and activity ratio of PT Siantar Top Tbk, show that the liquidity ratio for the current ratio in 2015 was 1.58 times, in 2016 it was 1.65 times, in 2017 it was 2.64 times, for the quick ratio in 2015 it was 1 .04 times, in 2016 it was 1.14 times, in 2017 it was 1.81 times. Meanwhile, the cash ratio in 2015 was 1.77%, in 2016 it was 4.44%, in 2017 it was 19.48%. Then the receivable turnover in 2015 was 19.70 times, in 2016 it was 15.84 times, in 2017 it was 28.05 times, for inventory turnover, in 2015 it was 8.52 times, in 2016 it was 9.39 times, in 2017 it was 9 .44 times, for working capital turnover in 2015 it was 2.90 times, in 2016 it was 2.86 times, in 2017 it was 2.98, for fixed asset turnover in 2015 it was 2.53 times, in 2016 it was 2.37, for 2017 was 2.51 times, and total asset turnover in 2015 was 1.32 times, in 2016 was 1.12 times, in 2017 was 1.20 times.

This study discusses the Analysis of Customer Satisfaction with the Courier Service Business in Palopo City. This study aims: To find out how much the level of customer satisfaction has used package delivery services at Jne Ekspress, PT. Pos Indonesia, Jnt Ekspress in Palopo City, To find out whether there are differences in customer satisfaction at Jne Ekspress, Jnt Ekspress, PT. Indonesian Post in Palopo City. This type of research is quantitative research, which is comparative. The population is the courier service business customers Jne Express, Jnt Ekspress and PT. Indonesian Post in Palopo City. Taking a sample of 50 respondents from the three courier businesses using Roscoe's theory, as well as using accidental sampling. Data obtained through a questionnaire. Furthermore, this data was analyzed using Kruskal Wallis. The results of this study indicate that: Calculation of the level of customer satisfaction in the courier business where Jne Express Palopo City has a satisfaction level value of 81.1%, the satisfaction level value of Jnt Ekspress Palopo City is 88.7%, and at PT. This study aims to analyze the mosque congregation's decision to use QRIS against ZIS and to find out which variable influences the decision to use QRIS against ZIS. The research method used is quantitative. Respondents in this study were mosque congregations in the Gondokusuman sub-district. The population in this study were all mosques in Gondokusuman District. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed to mosque congregations carrying out non-cash transactions in the form of QRIS. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t-test and F test), and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously, the convenience variable and the benefits variable have a positive and significant effect on the decision of the congregation of mosques in the Gondokusuman sub-district to use QRIS as a ZIS transaction tool. Simultaneously, the convenience variable and benefits variable influence the decisions of mosque congregations in the Gondokusuman sub-district using QRIS as a tool for ZIS transactions with an effect size of 26.6%.

The research in this thesis aims to find out the process of developing plastic waste products into paving blocks, to find out the business prospects of paving blocks from plastic waste in the city of Palopo and to find out the business implications of paving blocks from plastic waste in the city of Palopo. The type of research data uses research and development methods and descriptive quantitative methods. This research was conducted by conducting product-making experiments and interviews. The development techniques used by researchers are the previous research stage, the initial product development stage, the expert validation stage, and the compressive strength test stage. Analysis of the data used by the author is an analysis of the compressive strength of paving blocks, analysis of economic value, and analysis of contribution to the environment. The results showed that Sample B with a composition of 1.5 kg of plastic waste and 1.5 kg of sand, sample C with a composition of 2.25 kg of plastic waste and 0.79 kg of sand, sample D with a composition of 1.5 kg of plastic waste and 1 .9 kg meets the eligibility standard for paving block quality based on SNI 030691 1996 quality standard. Paving block products made from plastic waste have the potential to be developed into a business with a Break Event Point occurring in the 1st month. The profit by producing 1,500 paving blocks has already benefited from the business with the first month's R/C Ratio of 1.1 and the first year's R/C Ratio of 1.4. This study aims to test and find out the effect of service and product quality on the purchase decision of purebred chicken eggs. In addition, the purpose of this study is to determine the influence of moderation in education levels on the influence of service and product quality on the purchasing decision of purebred chicken eggs. This research uses a quantitative approach with the method of distributing questionnaires. The population of this study was consumers of purebred chicken eggs in Ringinanyar village with a sample of 320 respondents. Data analysis was performed in this study using the SPSS 23.0 application for windows. The results of the analysis showed that the service had a significant effect on the decision to purchase purebred chicken eggs. Product quality has a significant effect on the decision to purchase purebred chicken eggs. Service and product quality simultaneously affect the purchasing decision of purebred chicken eggs. The level of education does not moderate the effect of service on purchasing decisions. The level of education does not moderate the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions. With the results of this study, it is hoped that it can be an input and evaluation material for purebred chicken egg sellers, especially in Ringinanyar village so that the sale of purebred chicken eggs is more optimal.
