Persaingan antar bisnis semakin ketat saat ini. Oleh karena itu, para pelaku bisnis harus mengatur manajamen pemasarannya tepat. Demi dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan usahanya tetap berjalan dengan baik maka dengan bersaing dengan bisnis lainnya perlu melakukan stategi yang tepat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1). Apakah promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada toko MRS. Sheshop Tulungagung?, 2) Apakah harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada toko MRS. Sheshop Tulungagung?, 3) Apakah citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada toko MRS. Sheshop Tulungagung?. 4) promosi, harga dan citra merek secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada toko MRS. Sheshop Tulungagung?Jenis dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui suatu hubungan diantara dua variabel/lebih. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak kurang lebih 100-200 pelanggan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu 1) Ada Pengaruh Promosi terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan, dibuktikan dengan penghitungan uji T Parsial berdasarkan t hitung dan t tabel dengan nilai 3,324 > 1,292 maka dinyatakan diterima. 2) Ada Pengaruh Harga terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan, dibuktikan dengan uji T Parsial berdasarkan t hitung dan t tabel dengan nilai 3,651 > 1,292 maka dinyatakan diterima. 3) Ada Pengaruh Citra merk terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan, dibuktikan dengan penghitungan uji T Parsial berdasarkan t hitung dan t tabel, dengan hasil nilai 3,241 > 1,292 maka dinyatakan diterima. 4) Ada Pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel promosi, harga, dan Citra merk berpengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan Pada toko MRS. Sheshop Tulungagung, dibuktikan dengan perhitungan f simultan sig. < 0,05 maka variabel X berpengaruh terhadap Y. Maka dapat diketahui 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga dari perbandingan pada uji signifikansi dapat dinyatakan hipotesa diterima.

This study aims to determine the implementation of Mas Kuning-Kuning market segmentation during the pandemic and to find out the Mas Kuning-Kuning market segmentation strategy during the Pandemic. The type of survey used in this survey is a qualitative descriptive method. A qualitative method is a research method that uses a natural data collection system to interpret the phenomena that occur when the researcher is the main tool. Sampling of permanent sources, combining sources from populations and collection techniques, information analysis tends to be descriptive and uses qualitative analysis, and the results of qualitative analysis are more meaningful than generalizations. Emphasize. Data collection technology through activities: documentation, interviews, observation. The data processing and analysis techniques that will be used in this study are started by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from the research show that the implementation of market segmentation was carried out by Mas Kuning-Kuning where he divided consumers into 4 types of market segmentation. Where the 4 types of segmentation are behavioral segmentation, psychographic segmentation, demographic segmentation and geographic segmentation. The market segments chosen by Mas Kuning-Kuning during the Covid-19 pandemic were behavioral segmentation, psychographic segmentation, demographic segmentation and geographical segmentation. The purpose of this study is to determine public knowledge about the shopping movement at neighboring stalls. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive statistical analysis approach. This research was conducted in Pong Samelung village by taking the population of Pong Samelung villagers. The sample to be used in this study amounted to 30 sources. The data collection technique was done by interview. The data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, display, and verification. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) 24% of the respondents did not know about the shopping movement at the neighboring stalls, and 76% of the respondents knew of the movement; 2) Benefits when shopping at neighboring stalls: a) saving 14% more expenses; b) friendship and closer relationship 67%; and c) assisting the economic circulation of 19% neighbors.

Pemanfaatan potensi sagu yang begitu besar di Kabupaten Luwu Utara Akan menguntungkan secara ekonomi, karena sagu sebagai produsen pati memiliki daya hasil pati tertinggi per satuan luas per satuan waktu sebesar 25 ton/hektar/tahun. Pemanfaatan pati kering sagu dengan luas komoditi tanaman sagu yang berproduksi mencapai 1.380 Ha apabilah dimaksimalkan dapat menghasilkan 34.500 ton/hektar/tahun dengan kisaran harga pati kering sagu sebesar Rp.2.400/kg. Banyaknya potensi yang dimiliki sagu tidaklah membuat sebagian besar para petani sagu di zaman sekarang memperthankan pekerjaan dibidang ini, kini di Kabupaten Luwu Utara banyak petani yang mengalih fungsikan lahan sagu yang dimiliki ke lahan pertanian lainnya. hal ini terjadi dikarenakan masa panen sagu dianggap cukup lama jika dibandingkan dengan pertanian lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha sagu yang di jalakan oleh bapak subadir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus (case study). Responden dalam penelitian ini diproleh dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh (sensus). Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 1 orang pengusaha sagu basah. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Pendapatan dari usaha sagu pak subadir di daerah penelitian rata-rata sebesar Rp. 13,997.120 dalam satu bulan dengan rata-rata biaya produksi sebesar 5.850.800 dan memproduksi sagu sebanyak 5.312 kg kg setiap bulannya. Analisis kelayakan usaha sagu basah dihitung dengan metode R/C Ratio dengan nilai 2,3 > 1 dengan kesimpulan setiap biaya 1 rupiah yang dikeluarkan memberikan penerimaan sebesar 2,3.

This study aims to determine and analyze financial ratios (liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios) in the Drinking Water Company (PAM) Tirta Mangkaluku) Palopo City. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, where the data relates to the financial reports obtained from the Drinking Water Company (PAM) Tirta Mangkaluku Jalan Pongsimpin, Murante Village, Mungkajang District, Palopo City for the period 2014 – 2016. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Current The ratio cannot increase the added value of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku, Palopo City, but because the Current ratio (CR) is more than 100%. Thus, the company can pay off its current debt when billed. The Quick Ratio (QR) cannot increase the added value of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo and the results of current assets minus inventory are higher than current liabilities so that the company is able to pay off its current debts when billed. The debt to total asset ratio (DR) can increase the added value of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku, Palopo City, because the total assets are more than the total debt, so the company can pay off its total debt. The COVID-19 pandemic has made UMKM activists at Gus Dur's grave experience very minimal income due to the lack of visitors. In November 2021, the religious tourism area of Gus Dur's tomb was reopened, and the situation of micro, small and medium enterprises there was not very normal, where traders needed capital to restart their businesses and save for urgent needs. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the situation of micro, small and medium enterprises during the recovery period from the COVID-19 pandemic and the role of financial institutions. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach adapted from Robert K. Yin. The results of this study indicate that although the situation there is not normal and financial institutions function as fund collectors and fund distribution.

This study aims to describe the local government's role and determine the factors driving and inhibiting SMEs' empowerment in the North Luwu Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research obtained are that the efforts of the Regional Government in empowering SMEs in North Luwu Regency have been guided by national laws and regulations, namely Law Number 20 of 2008. , facilities and infrastructure, business information, partnerships, business licensing, business opportunities, trade promotions, and institutional support. The government's efforts to strengthen business potential are carried out in several fields: production and processing, marketing, human resources, design and technology. The government's efforts in business protection are to suppress business competition, build the quality of MSMEs both in terms of products through the provision of facilities and infrastructure as well as grant assistance and increase the ability of human resources through entrepreneurship training programs and provide opportunities for MSME actors to enter retail- modern retail in North Luwu Regency. Several factors support the empowerment of SMEs in North Luwu Regency, namely human resources, capital and equipment assistance, natural resource wealth, and government policies. Apart from that, several factors inhibit empowerment in North Luwu Regency, namely budget constraints, human resources, the Covid-19 pandemic and the difficulty of road access to remote locations.

This study discusses how the Marketing Mix Strategy in Increasing Customer Loyalty at CV. Elmira Productions. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy implemented by CV Elmira Production through marketing mix and SWOT analysis in increasing consumer loyalty. The subject of this research is the owner of CV Elmira Production. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers were interviews and documentation directly to the business owner. Besides that, there is additional data from reading books and also other sources related to the research title. The data obtained from the results of data collection are then analyzed using SWOT analysis to find out what are the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, as well as threats from the marketing strategy undertaken by the company. In addition, the results of the SWOT analysis research are shown by the Cartesian diagram calculation results that CV. Elmira Production is in quadrant I, which is aggressive with the implementation of a Growth Oriented Strategy which is a very profitable situation for the company. Where, the company has the power so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities.

The Covid-19 pandemic, which has been going on for more than 2 years, has hurt people's welfare. The family economy, which is decreasing day by day, encourages women who are in East Wiwitan Village, Lamasi District, Luwu Regency, to work as a form of support to meet the economic needs of the family. The purpose of this research is to answer the problems of 1) the phenomenon of entrepreneurial women in the village of Wiwitan Timur Kec. Lamasi Kab. Luwu 2) the effect of income on women entrepreneurs 3) the effect of independence on women entrepreneurs 4) the influence of the husband's role on women entrepreneurs. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative and quantitative Mix Methods research. Qualitative data collection was carried out through interviews with 5 informants, while quantitative data was through distributing questionnaires to 57 samples of female entrepreneurs in the East Wiwitan Village, Kec. Lamasi Kab, Luwu. The results showed that 1) on average, women who are self-employed in East Wiwitan Village, Lamasi District, Luwu Regency are now willing to increase their role by working to help their husbands/families by means of entrepreneurship, such as snack businesses, culinary, mixed stalls. 2) the income variable (X1) has a significant effect on women who are entrepreneurs, the independent variable (X2) has a significant effect on women who are entrepreneurs, and the husband's role variable (X3) has a significant effect on women who are entrepreneurs in the village of East Wiwitan.
