This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, job satisfaction and job insecurity on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Delta Dunia Clothing Textiles Demak . Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Demak with a sample of 290 employees. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires through the media google form and manual paper to all employees of PT. Delta Dunia Clothing Textile Demak. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection method used a simple sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using statistical test tools. The data processing of this research uses the IBM SPSS 24 tool. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between job stress on turnover intention, and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress, job satisfaction and job insecurity together have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The regression equation obtained is Y = 12,523. Job stress has a positive effect of 0,353 on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative effect of -0,087 and job insecurity has a positive effect of 0,239. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.819 or 82.9%. This shows that the variable turnover intention can be explained by the variables of job stress, job satisfaction and job insecurity, which is 82.9%, while the remaining 0.181 or 18.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Respondents in the study were all employees of PNM Mekaar Area Batang 2 involving 100 employees. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model). The data processing of this research uses the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. This study shows that workload has an effect on employee job satisfaction with a P-Value value of (0.029) and a Path Coefficient value of (0.296). Job stress has an effect on employee job satisfaction with a P-Value value of (0.010) and a Path Coefficient value of (0.358). Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance with a P-Value value of (0.001) and a Path Coefficient value of (0.334). The workload has no effect on employee performance with a P-Value value of (0.361) and a Path Coefficient value of (0.150). Job stress has no effect on employee performance with a P-Value value of (0.103) and a Path Coefficient value of (0.290). This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operating Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) on Profitability of Commercial Banks. Persero period 2016-2020. The data used in this study were obtained from the published financial statements of Persero Commercial Banks issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). After doing the purpose sampling stage, 4 banks were obtained that were suitable for use. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, but before testing the hypothesis, the classical assumption test was first carried out. The test results using the t test showed that the variables CAR, NPL, LDR had no effect on bank profitability, NIM had a positive and significant effect on bank profitability, and BOPO had a negative and significant effect on bank profitability.

This study aims to determine the effect of students 'knowledge, perceptions and environment on students' interest in becoming the BEM FEB UPGRIS management. Respondents in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of PGRI Semarang with a sample of 267 students. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form media to all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business from class 2017-2020. This research is using quantitative methods. Methods of data collection using stratified random sampling technique using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using statistical test tools. The data processing of this study used IBM SPSS 22 tools. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between knowledge on student interest, and perceptions do not have a positive and significant effect on student interest, and the student environment has a positive and significant effect on student interest. Knowledge, perceptions, and the student environment together have an effect on student interest. knowledge has an effect of 63% on student interest, perception of 0.29% and student environment by 31%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Altman Z-score, Zmijewski, Gscore on stock prices. The samples used in this study were propertyand real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period with a sample of 35 companies obtained using purposive sampling. The analysis used is multiple linear regression and classical assumption test. The results show that the Altman Z-score model has a significant effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0,000. Zmijewski model has a significant effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0,005. The G-score model also has a significant effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0,000. There is a simultaneous influence between independent variables namely Altman Z-score, Zmijewski dan G-score with the dependent variable namely Stock Prices

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect financial literacy by using the variablesof class, Grade Point Average (GPA) and parents' income. Respondents from this studywere Management Students class 2017, 2018 and 2019 PGRI Semarang University witha total sample of 238 students. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative and insignificant effect betweenthe variable force and financial literacy with an effect of 07.6%, there is a positive andsignificant influence between the Cumulative Achievement Index (GPA) variable andfinancial literacy with an effect of 1.01%, there is a significant and significant effectbetween the variables income of parents with financial literacy with an effect of 1.41%.Based on the results of the research that has been done, the value of Adjusted R Squareis 0.032 which can be concluded that the Force, GPA and Parents' Opinionsimultaneously affect financial literacy by 3.2%. While the remaining 96.8% is explainedby variables outside this research model.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and locus of control on the behavior of management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI University Semarang. This type of research is quantitative, the population of this study are students of Management. This study used a stratified random sampling technique with a sample size of 239 people. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between financial knowledge on financial management behavior with an influence level of 37.6%, there is a positive and significant influence between financial attitudes on financial management behavior with an influence level of 35%, there is a positive and significant influence. between locus of control on financial management behavior with a level of influence of 52%, financial knowledge, financial attitudes and locus of control have a simultaneous effect on financial management behavior. The results of testing the coefficient of determination obtained a value of the Adjusted R Square of 0.577 which can be concluded that financial knowledge, financial attitudes and locus of control simultaneously affect the financial management behavior of Management students of the Faculty of Economics and Business by 57.7% while the remaining 41.7% is influenced by other variables not studied.

This study aims to analyze the effect of time management on student academic success, analyze learning motivation on student academic success, analyze procrastination behavior on student academic success, and analyze time management, learning motivation, and procrastination behavior on student academic success. The research unit is student employee class semester III and V FEB PGRI University of Semarang academic year 2020/2021. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form, with a total of 80 students as respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that time management on student academic success had a positive and significant effect. Learning motivation on student academic success shows a negative and insignificant effect. Procrastination behavior on student academic success shows a negative and insignificant effect. Then simultaneously time management, learning motivation, and procrastination behavior on student academic success have a positive and significant effect of 15.6%.)

This study aims to analyze the effect of celebgram and lifestyle on student buying interest. Respondents in this study were management students at the University of PGRI Semarang with a total of 100 respondents. The data process is carried out by collecting data online by distributing questionnaires via Google Drive. This study uses quantitative methods with data techniques through questionnaires and observations. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between celebgrams on purchase intention and a positive and significant influence between lifestyle on purchase intention. Celebgram and lifestyle simultaneously influence buying interest. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that the R Square value was 0.386 or 38.6%. While the remaining 0.614 or 61.4% was found by other variables not examined in this study.
