A Study on Effects of Job Stress of Employees in Indian Overseas Bank, Villupuram District 印度海外银行员工工作压力的影响研究

This article “A study on effects of job stress of employees in Indian Overseas Bank, Villupuram District” focused mainly on employee’s welfare and their main objective is to bring out the mental burden of employees during their work and all my following objectives are given from the original study area. To study the profile of Indian Overseas Bank in Villupuram branch. To analyze the staff stress in Indian Overseas bank in study area. To find out the finding related suggestions and conclusion. Sampling Technique The study was mainly carried out by empirical investigation through the collection of primary data from the employee at Indian overseas bank, Villupuram. There were only 50 employees at Indian overseas bank, Villupuram. Hence, the entire populations were selected as the samples for the study. A limitation of the Study The present study has a few limitations. The following are some of them. Since the study is confined to bank managers and bank staff members onlyit may not apply to other types bank staff members and managers. The findings of the study are based only on the views of the bank managers, other Staff in IOB bank in Villupuram branch at the particular period of study. The findings may not hold good forever. The questions involving the family set up and other personal details, which may have an impact on the stress level of individuals, were omitted in order to limit the size of the study.

An Empirical Study on CRM Practices and Customer Loyalty with Reference to BSNL 基于BSNL的客户关系管理实践与客户忠诚的实证研究

The customer relationship management is playing vital role in engaging the customer in a competitive world especially in service sector. The present study has made an attempt to examine the CRM practices impact on the customer loyalty. The study has considered the BSNL as the sampling telecom company. The study adopted the convenient sampling method to collect the primary data. The study framed the two objectives and applied the various statistical tools. The study has considered the bivariate correlation to know the CRM practices relationship with the customer loyalty and the result indicated significant relation exists. The structure equation model has been applied and the result reveals that the impact of CRM practices on the customer loyalty has been observed. The study indicated that the service quality and brand image are having the significant effect on the loyalty of the customer in telecom sector (BSNL). This paper is useful to the telecom companies, TRAI and academic researchers.

A Comparative Study on Gold Loan Offered by Public Sector Banks and Non-Banking Financing Companies, Madurai 公共部门银行与非银行融资公司提供黄金贷款的比较研究,马杜赖

In today’s modernized world everybody prefer to avail gold loan as it can be availed within the short duration from Banking institution and Non-Banking Financing institution where the preference to other credit was comparatively lesser as it consumes time. This research study is related to a comparative survey of the gold loan offered by Public sector Banks and Non-Banking Financing Companies in Madurai. This study is focused on the preference of the borrowers in availing the gold loan, the awareness level of borrowers about lending norms, factors influencing borrowers to avail the gold loan, problems faced by the borrowers while availing gold loan and satisfaction level of borrowers towards Public sector Banks and Non-Banking Financing Companies in availing gold loan. An attempt has been made to collect information from 107 respondents from the borrowers of gold loan from Public sector Banks and Non-Banking Financing Companies in Madurai city. The data collected using an appropriate questionnaire were analyzed and interpreted using statistical techniques, and also the testing of the hypothesis was done, and conclusions arrived at whether the theories were accepted or rejected.

Women Empowerment through Self Help Group in Velappanadaroor at Sankarankovil Taluk 在Sankarankovil Taluk的Velappanadaroor,通过自助小组赋予妇女权力

Self Help Groups are small voluntary associations of rural people, preferably womenfolk from the same socioeconomic background. They come together to solve common problems.The empowerment of women through Self Help Groups (SHGs) would lead to benefits not only to the individual women but also for the family and community as a whole through collective action for development. This paper is an attempt to analyze the women empowerment through self-help group. A simple random sampling technique is used to collect data. Both primary and secondary data were used. Fifty self-help group members’samples were collected through a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed through statistical tools such as a percentage. This study concludes that the economic activities of the Self Help Group are quite successful. In this way Self Help Group in Sankarankovil Taluk Velappanadaroor area the very successful develop women empowerment and rural areas.

A Study of Water Resource Management in Urban and Rural Areas of Jabalpur District 贾巴尔普尔区城乡水资源管理研究

India is rich in natural water resources, but because of the uneven distribution of resources and improper management, the major part of the country suffers from drought almost every year. The present study is based upon the inappropriate management of water resources in the urban and rural area of Jabalpur. The present paper intends to find out the actual condition of management of water resources by the municipal corporation of Jabalpur, whether the citizens of Jabalpur are benefitted through the policies made by the government for the equal distribution of water resources, are the policies adequately implemented and monitored once they are made?The data has been collected from secondary and primary sources, and simple percentage method has been used to analyze the collected data. The outcome of the study reveals that the government is trying to manage the water resource and is concentrated on the equal distribution of water in both urban and rural areas. Many policies have been prepared by the local government, but ineffective monitoring is the leading cause of improper management of water resources.

Industrial Potentiality and Entrepreneurial Avenues in Tamil Nadu 泰米尔纳德邦的工业潜力和创业途径

Tamil Nadu has a diversified manufacturing sector and features among the leaders in several industries like automobiles and auto components, engineering, pharmaceuticals, garments, textile products, leather products, chemicals, plastics, etc. It ranks first among the states in terms of number of factories and industrial workers. Tamil Nadu has a well-developed infrastructure with an excellent road and rail network, three major ports, 15 minor ports, and seven airports across the state providing excellent connectivity. This paper highlights the Industrial Potentiality and Entrepreneurial Avenues in Tamil Nadu by taking into account Number of Registered Units, Investment, Employment, achievement of New Entrepreneur-Cum-Enterprise Development Scheme, various subsidy schemes, Amma Skill Training & Employment Scheme and Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Councils. The researcher used trend analysis, correlation analysis, t test, test of significance, Compound Annual Growth rate and exponential growth rate to measure the growth of various components. The study shows that there are positive strides in different entrepreneurial schemes which shows and paves the way for the young generation to step into entrepreneurial activities to overcome unemployment by exploiting the opportunities of entrepreneurship.

Challenges in Availing Finance for MSME Entrepreneurs 中小微企业融资面临的挑战

In India’s socio-economic development, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises play an important role. The agricultural sector is the first in employing the majority of the people, whereas MSMEs hold second place. MSME sector provides employment opportunities at the minimum capital cost. It assures more equitable distribution of national income/wealth and reduces regional imbalances as they are widespread both in urban and rural areas. In many cases, entrepreneurs struggle to find any finance for new and uncertain businesses without collateral security. In recent years, spectrums of new Government programs are available to start-ups and growing businesses. This paper attempts to provide a view of those financial needs of Entrepreneurs, various Government schemes, challenges faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises while availing the loans.

SWOC Analysis of Kirana Shops 基拉纳商店的SWOC分析

The private village shops are the backbone of rural retail marketing. Private retail shops are ideal agencies for village distribution. There are around 2 million sales outlets at the retail level in rural India. One retail shop is serving around 600 families in the rural retail marketing. The retailer to consumer ratio has been very low with many such shops often located close to people residence, near to home and at the corner of the street, thus making location and convenience a major factor for their popularity. Kirana shop is one of the easiest ways to generate self- employment as it requires limited investment in land, capital and human resource. Kirana shops are unique business models in India especially in rural areas which are offering personal services and quality products as per demand of customers. A Kirana shop normally a range from 25 to 400 square feet with a various range of products which are daily requirement of customers. The total area of Sangli district is 8,572 sq. Mt. and there are 10 talukas and 734 towns in Sangli district and registered kirana shops are 5,741. The researcher has collected required information and data from Kirana shopkeepers in Sangli district. The primary data is collected through questionnaire. Discussion, interviews, observation and necessary field work. The sample selection of kirana shops have been selected on the basis of ‘Stratified Sampling Method’. While selecting villages, factors considered are the geographical location of taluka, such as East, West, North, South and Middle, and one village from each direction has selected Therefore, researcher has used ‘ Proportionate Sampling Method’ for selecting taluka- wise kirana shops. Researcher has found that the kirana shops are competing with local bazaars which are to be started by big traders and wholesalers in the sample study area. Competition is the major factor for existence of Kirana shops. Recovery of dues from customers is another challenging problem of the existence of Kirana shops, The consumer behavior is changing because of new technology. Fashions, life styles etc. However, changing consumer behavior is affecting rural based kirana shops. So, now a day, they are suffering for their existence.

AI in Financial Sector – A Driver to Financial Literacy 金融领域的人工智能--普及金融知识的推动力

The financial set-up of a rustic plays a key role in economic development. Since independence Asian nation leaders area unit going to eradicate impoverishment and switch India into the spirited, self –reliant global economy and embedded financial literacy needs in every citizen’s life. India is historically a rustic of avid savers. A growing literature has examined the role of financial literacy in an individual’s income, saving behavior and the use of various financial products. However, so far, no one has examined the relationship between financial literacy and the awareness and adoption of financial technology (fin-tech) products, i.e., financial products provided via internet-based and mobile-based platforms. This paper examines this relationship in developing countries like India. As a part of AI- Artificial Intelligence in the financial sector, Fin-tech companies are playing a major role in rendering financial services far better and even brought it within palms of people. So in this paper, I put my effort to present inter- relation between financial services and financial intelligence.

High Quality Audit Committee-Internal Auditor Relationship – How to Establish One? 高质量审计委员会与内部审计师的关系——如何建立?

Corporate governance codes and internal auditing standards released around the globe emphasized the importance of high quality audit committee-internal auditor relationship. Accumulating academic research output (eg. Cohen, krishnamoorthy and Wright, 2007; Van-Peursem, 2005) further reinforce the benefits of such relationship towards the firm's, particularly in ensuring firm's financial reporting quality, utilizing materials grounded in auditing and organizational psychological literature, this paper attempts to (i) conceptually define the quality of audit committee-internal auditor relationships and (ii) suggests practical approaches in ensuring high quality relationship could be established in public listed companies.
