Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Video Sparkol Dengan Menggunakan Media Internet Dalam Pembelajaran Matematika SMP Negeri 1 dan 2 Kecamatan Tanah Jawa

Keberadaan internet dan segala fasilitas yang ada dapat memberikan pengetahuan baru ataupun menelusuri bahan ajar bagi guru sehingga internet sebagai media pembelajaran yang lebih mudah dan dapat memperkaya wawasan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pemanfaatan  video  sparkol  sebagai  sumber belajar  bagi  Guru  matematika SMP Negeri Kecamatan Tanah Jawa. Media pembelajaran internet berbasis video sparkol dibuat dengan aplikasi videoscribe, sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam sekolah maupun diluar sekolah. Penelitian bermaksud mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang dapat diakses secara bebas di Internet. Model pembelajaran internet berbasis video sparkol yang digunakan adalah videoscribe yang bersifat terbuka dan massal. Kurikulum pembelajaran juga menyediakan seperangkat alat pembelajaran meliputi, berbagai soal,  kuis, dan bentuk- bentuk penugasan.   Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan penelitian mengikuti pola umum penelitian  ilmiah  dengan  pendekatan  berorientasi  obyek  dengan  tahapan  identification (identifikasi), analysis (analisis), design (perancangan), coding (pemrograman) dan testing (pengujian). Penelitian ini menghasilkan luaran yang ditargetkan pada hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa artikel yang akan dipublikasi pada Jurnal Nasional Terakreditasi. Artikel ini juga bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan hasil penelitian dan ilmu pengetahuan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menambah wawasan dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan ke depannya terutama dalam menemukan aturan asosiasi antar indikator pencapaian standar kompetensi yang diujikan pada mata pelajaran matematika.Kata Kunci : Internet, Media Pembelajaran, Sparkol, Video Scribe

Perancangan Intelligent Tutoring System Sebagai Upaya Inovatif Pada Pembelajaran Algoritma dan Struktur Data

Perkembangan teknologi komputer dan informasi ikut serta dalam membantu perkembangan dan memberikan solusi permasalahan di bidang lainnya, salah satunya di bidang pendidikan. Di bidang pendidikan, salah satu permasalahan yang diperhatikan adalah dalam hal pembelajaran. Setiap peserta didik memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda untuk memahami suatu materi yang diampuhnya. Salah satunya pada mata kuliah Algoritma dan Struktur data. Yang mana mata kuliah ini adalah salah satu materi dasar yang harus dipahami untuk mahasiswa fakultas teknik dan komputer. Didalam pelajaran Algoritma dan Struktur Data memiliki berbagai macam materi dasar pemrograman yang harus dipahami dengan jumlah pertemuan kuliah yang terbatas. Hal tersebut merupakan hambatan bagi para pengajar untuk menyampaikan seluruh materi berdasarkan kemampuan dan pemahaman peserta didiknya. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkanlah sebuah pembelajaran yang mampu membantu para peserta didik untuk belajar mandiri dengan efektif. Perkembangan IPTEK salah satu media komputer yang dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran saat ini. Karena media komputer sangat memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta didik yang ingin belajar mandiri. Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) adalah suatu program aplikasi interaktif yang menerapkan metode dalam kecerdasan buatan yang dapat digunakan sebagai media penyampai informasi maupun sebagai media evaluasi dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran, Intelligent Tutoring System, Algoritma dan Struktur Data

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Dalam Memilih Bibit Jambu Madu Terbaik Dengan Menggunakan Metode MOORA DAN SAW 采用莫拉和锯子的方法选择最好的番石榴种子的决策系统

Jambu madu merupakan jambu yang memiliki tingkat kemanisan yang luar biasa. Namun tidak mudah untuk memilih bibit jambu madu yang baik dan berkualitas. Bibit jambu yang kurang bagus dapat menyebabkan pertumbuhan yang lambat, sehingga panen jambu madu akan terhambat dan lama untuk panen. Dengan memilih bibit jambu yang baik dan berkualitas dapat menjamin hasil yang sangat memuaskan, sehingga hasil panen tidak terlalu lama dan meningkatkan keuntungan yang lebih besar. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini diharapkan dapat membantu penjual dalam menentukan bibit jambu madu yang terbaik. Pada penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Berdasarkan hasil dari pengerjaan metode MOORA dan metode SAW didapatkan hasil yang sama dimana setiap alternatif mendapatkan urutan dan rangking yang sama dengan nilai yang berbeda.

Banyaknya Perguruan Tinggi khususnya di kota Medan dengan menawarkan kelebihan masing-masing mulai dari akreditas, fasilitas dan lain sebagainya, membuat calon mahasiswa bingung untuk memilih Perguruan Tinggi terbaik di kota Medan. Untuk  dapat memilih Perguruan Tinggi calon mahasiswa melakukan survey terlebih dahulu tentang informasi masing-masing Perguruan Tinggi yang khsususnya berada di kota Medan. Dengan menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan maka sebuah permasalahan dapat mudah teratasi dengan cepat khususnya mengenai pemilihan dalam menentukan Perguruan Tinggi terbaik di kota Medan. Dalam penelitian ini Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dibuat menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting. SAW lebih efisien karena waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam perhitungan lebih singkat. Kata Kunci :Perguruan Tinggi, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Metode SAW  AbstractThe number of universities, especially in the city of Medan by offering their respective advantages ranging from accreditation, facilities, etc., makes prospective students confused to choose the best university in the city of Medan. To be able to choose a university prospective students do a survey in advance about the information of each university which is specifically located in the city of Medan. By using a Decision Support System, a problem can be easily resolved quickly, especially regarding the election in determining the best university in the city of Medan. In this study a Decision Support System was made using the Simple Additive Weighting method. SAW is more efficient because the time needed in calculations is shorter. This Online Thesis application aims to save a collection of theses at the Islamic University of North Sumatra in the form of electronic files and distributed so that they can be accessed and read online by visitors but cannot be copied files. This system has a facility to record user activities to find out visitor statistics, theses that are read frequently, browser statistics used by users and pages accessed by users, and has a fast search facility and detailed search for users. The article discusses how to design and implement Knuth Morris-Pratt String Matching Algorithm in the Online Thesis Application that is able to handle the storage of thesis files on the server in the form of Portable Document format (PDF) which is converted into Flipbook form using Turn Js as a tool in making flipbook display. This system was developed using PHP, MySql, and HTML5. The results obtained are a Web-based Online Thesis Application that features a flipbook that can help library management in managing digital theses, knowing which pages visitors are visiting, theses that are often read, and knowing visitor statistics. This system has a facility to record user activities to find out visitor statistics, theses that are read frequently, browser statistics used by users and pages accessed by users, and has a fast search facility and detailed search for users. The article discusses how to design and implement Knuth Morris-Pratt String Matching Algorithm in the Online Thesis Application that is able to handle the storage of thesis files on the server in the form of Portable Document format (PDF) which is converted into Flipbook form using Turn Js as a tool in making flipbook display. This system was developed using PHP, MySql, and HTML5. The results obtained are a Web-based Online Thesis Application that features a flipbook that can help library management in managing digital theses, knowing which pages visitors are visiting, theses that are often read, and knowing visitor statistics. The availability of the right raw materials is closely related to the number of products to be produced. Therefore the prediction of production must be adjusted so that the stock order of raw materials can be calculated correctly. Inventory problems are problems that are always faced by decision makers in the field of inventory. Supplies are needed because basically the demand pattern is irregular. Inventories are carried out to ensure that there is certainty that when needed these products are available. The problem in inventory is the difficulty in determining the amount of inventory that must be provided in meeting the number of requests to consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of drug purchases at Garuda Sentra Medika with the Mamdani method fuzzy inference system based on inventory data and sales data. This study uses three variables, namely inventory, sales and purchases by having two inputs, namely inventory and sales and one output, namely purchase. The results of the application of the fuzzy inference system Mamdani method can help the company to determine the amount of drug purchases with a success rate of 99.35869%.Keywords: Drug Sales, Fuzzy Inference System, Inventory, Purchasing.

In accordance with the regulations set out in a company in carrying out the promotion process, criteria are needed to determine who will be selected to fulfill the position especially in the sales manager division. In the process of determining this position a decision support system is needed. One method that can be used for Decision Support Systems is to use the Profile Matching method. In this study, a case will be raised, namely finding the best solution based on employee competencies in a company using the Profile matching method. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best candidates from a number of existing employees, in this case the intended candidates are employees who are entitled to occupy positions available based on the specified criteria. The research was conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute, such as examples of aspects of intellectual capacity, aspects of work attitudes, and behavioral aspects, then a ranking process was conducted that would determine the optimal alternative, namely the best employees.Keywords: Profile Matching, Competence, Promotion, Decision Support Sytem

Prediksi Angka Partisipasi Sekolah dengan Fungsi Pelatihan Gradient Descent With Momentum & Adaptive LR

School Participation Rate (APS) is known as one of the indicators of the success of the development of educational services in regions both Province, Regency or City in Indonesia. The higher the value of the School Participation Rate, then the area is considered successful in providing access to education services. The purpose of this study is to predict School Participation Rates based on Provinces in Indonesia from Aceh to Papua. The prediction algorithm used is the backpropagation algorithm using the gradient descent with momentum & adaptive LR (traingdx) training function. Traingdx is a network training function that updates weight values and biases based on gradient descent momentum and adaptive learning levels. Usually, the backpropagation algorithm uses the gradient descent backpropagation (traingd) function, but in this study, the training function used is using gradient descent with momentum & adaptive LR (traingdx). The data used in this study data on School Participation Figures for each province in Indonesia in 2011-2017 aged 19-24 years were taken from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The reason for choosing this age range is because at this age is one of the factors that determine the success of education in a country, especially Indonesia. This study uses 3 network architecture models, namely: 5-5-1, 5-15-1 and 5-25-1. Of the 3 models, the best model is 5-5-1 with an iteration of 130, the accuracy of 94% and MSE 0,0008708473. This model is then used to predict School Participation Rates in each province in Indonesia over the next 3 years (2018-2020). These results are expected to help the Indonesian government to further increase scholarships and improve the quality of education in the future..                                                                                                 Keywords: Prediction, APS, Backpropagation, Traingdx.

Smart home or smart home is a system that can facilitate and increase the comfort of the homeowner specifically in terms of controlling electronic equipment in the house so that it can reduce waste in the use of electronic equipment and provide security to the homeowner so that the electrical short circuit is used the owner is wet. Now days, The most needed of digital images is influenced by the people will that want to take a part of moment life into digital image. The good digital image has the big filesize, so it will need more space memory to saving more images. There is technique in image processing to decrease file size that is compression. By combine wavelet transformation method and Principal Component Analysis in developing application can produce the good compression technique.
