Fake News Detection in the Framework of Decision-Making System through Graph Neural Network 决策系统框架下基于图神经网络的假新闻检测

The rapid growth of the number of fake news has become a serious threat to the credibility of the governments of many countries. The extensive use of social platforms contributes to the creation and dissemination of fake news. This is actualize the task of fake news detection. Much research has already focused on this. Modern methods of detecting fake news rely heavily on textual information, examining the extracted news content or writing style based on internal knowledge. However, intentional rumors can mask the style of writing, bypassing languages and text patterns. In order to combat the spread of fake news, methods of automatic detection based on artificial intelligence and machine learning were studied. In a world where millions of articles are deleted and published every minute, this cannot be done effectively manually. The solution may be to develop a system to provide reliable automated assessment systems or to assess the reliability of different publishers and news contexts using deep learning techniques, namely graph neural networks with an inductive structure.

Mathematical Model of the Reliability of a Computer System which is Functioning in the Residual Class System, Taking into Account the Reliability of Switching Devices 考虑开关设备可靠性的残差类系统可靠性数学模型

The article discusses the option of constructing of the mathematical model of the reliability of a computer system (CS), which is functioning in the residual class system (RCS). In contrast to the known ones, the proposed mathematical model of reliability, in terms of the probability of failure-free operation, takes into account the influence of the reliability of switching devices on the process of functioning of the CS in the RCS. The results of studies of the proposed mathematical model of the reliability of the CS and the results of the comparative analysis of reliability showed that the use of the RCS provides higher reliability of the CS with lower hardware costs) than the majority tripleting method of the CS, which is widely used in the positional binary notation. This is achieved due to the fact that in the considered version of the mathematical model of the CS reliability, such types of redundancy as: structural, informational and functional, the presence of which is due to the properties of the RNS, are more fully taken into account. This circumstance makes it possible to apply the appropriate backup methods. The article shows that a gain in the amount of CS equipment is achieved from 2.5 to 42%.

Model for Verification of Agent Commutations of Distributed Multiagent Systems 分布式多智能体系统中智能体交换验证模型

The development of multi-agent technologies and their widespread implementation in distributed computer systems is due to the properties of autonomy, mobility, intelligence and cooperativity, which provide power and flexibility in solving distributed, dynamic, fuzzy problems. At the same time, it is precisely these characteristic properties of multi-agent systems, that require special measures to ensure their operability and reliability of functioning, especially in the case of critical use. The proposed model for verifying the properties of dynamic communication is based on extended Petri nets and automata behavioral check and recognition experiments. Verification of two-tier and multi-tier communications of arbitrary spatial and temporal topology includes behavioral check of the mechanisms of conditions, preparation, transmission, buffering, broadcasting, taking into account probabilistic-temporal, group and concurrent characteristics. The verification model of agent commutation is designed to determine the conditions for analyze, check and recognizing of agent interactions in diagnostic methods for distributed multi-agent systems and allows to reduce the computational complexity of analysis, check and recognition of behavior of multi-agent systems.

Medical Database and Decision System for the Analysis of the Thyroid Pathologies 甲状腺病理分析的医学数据库与决策系统

The paper shows the possibility of using convolutional neural networks to solve the problem of diagnosing pathologies of the thyroid gland. The proposed system consists of two main parts: an online service for data collection and a decision support system for the classification of thyroid nodules. The online service for data collection is implemented in the form of a web application, which accumulates the results of ultrasound investigation of the thyroid gland, both in numerical and graphical form and the results of fine-needle aspiration biopsy (FNA).

Narrow Band Filtering on the Base of Tunable Magnetophotonic Crystal 基于可调谐磁光子晶体的窄带滤波

Problem of plane wave scattering on the gyrotropic 1D magnetophotonic crystal controlled by dc magnetic field is solved. Fundamental solutions of the Hill equation in periodic structure layers are obtained on the base of Floquet theory. The dispersion equation for unbounded magnetophotonic crystal is obtained. Analytical expressions for transmission and reflection coefficients are obtained in the case of bounded magnetophotonic crystal. Possibility of the narrowband filtering is shown in the case of surface waves regimes in periodic structure. Nonreciprocal phenomena allow using of the tunable magnetophotonic crystal also for angle filtering of the electromagnetic radiation.

Comparison of LTE Coverage Areas in Three Frequency Bands LTE三个频段覆盖面积的比较

This work the radius of the coverage area was determined for the LTE network in three bands, namely 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2600 MHz, for the known heights of the base station and subscriber station antennas, based on the use of the Okamuri-Khata radio wave propagation model. For the most common type of Alcatel-Lucent9926 d2U equipment, coverage areas were calculated at different base station antenna gain, base station antenna (BS) suspension heights, and mobile station (MS) antenna heights. Based on the calculations and graphs, we can conclude that the optimal height of the base station antenna suspension for the frequency bands 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2600 MHz will be 50 m and the receiver power is 18 dBi, because with increasing BS height, fading occurs when interference decreases and, accordingly, the attenuation also declines. Accordingly, with such parameters, it is possible to transmit a signal at a distance of up to one kilometer in the case of the 2600 MHz band, up to 2.5 km in the 1800 MHz band and more than 3 km for the 900 MHz band.

Comparison of the features of functioning of the hardware and software registrar of settlement transactions is carried out. Described a number of advantages that gives the use of SRST for entrepreneurs. The stages of the process of fiscalization of receipts when using it are given. The development of commercial SRST as an integration module for accounting systems has been carried out and the procedures to be carried out for its use have been described, which allowed to simplify the process of carrying out settlement operations.

Method of Hierarchical Protection of Biometric Information 生物特征信息的分层保护方法

This paper contains analysis of methods of increasing the information protection from unauthorized access using a multifactor authentication algorithm; figuring out the best, most efficient and secure method of scanning biometric data; development of a method to store and compare a candidate’s and existisng system user’s information in steganographic space. The urgency of the work is confirmed by the need to increase information security of special infocommunication systems with the help of biometric information and protection of this information from intruders by means of steganographic transformation.

The article discusses the features of building an individual learning pathway in intelligent training systems through the competence-based approach. The model proposed in the article makes it possible to increase the efficiency of training specialists in software engineering by choosing the optimal training pathway based on the reference model. It also introduces the method for formalizing the assessment of student competencies, where the initial data are data on the most popular technologies and programming tools in the IT labor market, their ranking, as well as the results of testing students.
