The Grindulu Fault is a one of the fault that lies alongside the Pacitan Regency, East Java. This fault is a land geological structure that is potential to be the source of earthquake disaster. The structure interpretation is carried out using gravity data by performing spectrum analysis and derivative methods to get a better understanding of the Grindulu Fault. We used gravity data from GGMplus. Spectrum analysis is performed by using Fourier transform to the bouguer anomaly. This Spectral Analysis generates a depth estimation of Grindulu Fault Zone anomaly source. Analysis of derivative methods provides information regarding the location of the fault anomaly source and information about the type of fault. Based on the result of spectral analysis, Grindulu Fault anomaly source is estimated to be at the upper limit of 160 meters and the lower limit up to 2897 meters. The Grindulu fault is interpreted to be segmented into at least 7 parts which is consisted of normal and reverse fault segmentations.

A number of Spathoglotis plicata mutant orchids were derived from in vitro culture of X-ray irradiated seeds obtained from previous studies. This study aims to identify the physiological and molecular characteristics of the S. plicata mutant orchid. There were 4 groups of mutant orchids corresponding to the irradiation dose of 6, 12, 18 and 24 rad and 1 wild type group as a control. Observations on physiological variations such as the rate of photosynthesis, chlorophyll content, water conductance, transpiration, total protein and catalase activity were carried out. The chlorophyll content was measured using the Winterman and De Mots method, while the rate of photosynthesis and other related parameters were measured with a Li-Cord-6400 photosynthesis gauge. Molecular characterization was observed from the protein content and catalase activity. Protein content was measured using the Bradford method with bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a protein standard, while the catalytic activity of catalase was determined spectrophotometrically using the Lucks method. The results showed that the photosynthesis rate of mutant orchids tended to be slower but the chlorophyll content, transpiration rate, and water conductance between the mutant group and wild type showed no significant difference. The total protein content and catalytic activity in the two groups also showed no significant difference. These data showed that the mutations have not yet reached a level that affected the expression of genes that control photosynthesis, chlorophyll biosynthesis and catalase.

The Lorentz system is one of the model which can be applied to single line traffic model. This model was based on the distance deviation, velocity deviation, and time acceleration. In this paper, we would like to solve the mathematical model of traffic congestion with the Lorentz system. Modify Multistep Difference Transform Method (MMDTM) is used to solve the model. Modification on initial value and several steps time interval is applied in some traffic congestion parameters. Convergence solutions was analysed and compared with the results when using the Runge Kutta method. The results show that both of the Modify Multi step DTM and Runge Kutta solutions are similar.

The Farmers in agroecosystems generally do not know that the existence of fruit bats in agroecosystems is very important because of their function as pollinators for various types of horticultural crops with high economic value, such as durian and other plants that are chiropterophilic. The purpose of this paper is to determine the types of fruit bats (Family Pteropodidae), their role in the agroecosystem, and their role as durian pollinators and their economic contribution to Java. The procedure for preparing this paper, data is collected and selected from relevant literature with the subject matter of the study, then the data is analyzed descriptively-qualitatively-comparative, then the annual economic value is calculated from the durian production produced. It turns out that Java Island is inhabited by fruit bats of 8 genera and 12 species, namely Macroglossus minimus, M. Sobrinus; Eonycteris spelaea; Aetalops alecto; Chinorax melanocephalus; Cynopterus brachyotis, C. horsfiledii and C. titthaecheil; Megaerops kusnotoi; Pteropus vampyrus; Rousettus amplexicaudatus and R. leschenaulti. Five (5) types of which are found in the agroecosystem of Kokap District, Kulonprogo Regency, Yogyakarta. The positive role of fruit bats in the largest agro-ecosystem in Java Island is as a pollinator. Fruit bats have been shown to exclusively pollinate durian plants. On the island of Java, there is only 1 type of durian Durio zibethinus naturally found and in various areas different local durian cultivars are cultivated. The durian trade is very popular, especially during the durian season and starting in 2019 Indonesia does not import durian. If the price of durian at the farmer level is IDR 10,000 / kg, then in 2019, the economic value of durian in Java Island is at least more than 6 trillion rupiah / year), and in Kokap District, Kulonprogo Regency it is more than 10 billion rupiah / year. In conclusion, the annual local economic contribution of fruit bats in the agroecosystem is important, especially when the economic value of other chiropterphilus plants is added, such as petai, kapok randu. This information should be disseminated to agro-ecosystem farming communities to inspire their active roles in efforts to preserve the existence of fruit bats in their respective areas.
农业生态系统中的农民通常不知道果蝠在农业生态系统中的存在是非常重要的,因为它们是各种具有高经济价值的园艺作物的传粉者,如榴莲和其他嗜手性植物。本文的目的是确定果蝠(狐蝠科)的类型,它们在农业生态系统中的作用,以及它们作为榴莲传粉者的作用和它们对爪哇的经济贡献。本文的编制过程是,根据研究的主题,从相关文献中收集和选择数据,然后对数据进行描述分析-定性分析-比较分析,然后根据生产的榴莲产量计算年经济价值。结果表明,爪哇岛有果蝠8属12种,即Macroglossus minimus, M. The purpose of this paper is to determine the types of fruit bats (Family Pteropodidae), their role in the agroecosystem, and their role as durian pollinators and their economic contribution to Java. The procedure for preparing this paper, data is collected and selected from relevant literature with the subject matter of the study, then the data is analyzed descriptively-qualitatively-comparative, then the annual economic value is calculated from the durian production produced. It turns out that Java Island is inhabited by fruit bats of 8 genera and 12 species, namely Macroglossus minimus, M. Sobrinus; Eonycteris spelaea; Aetalops alecto; Chinorax melanocephalus; Cynopterus brachyotis, C. horsfiledii and C. titthaecheil; Megaerops kusnotoi; Pteropus vampyrus; Rousettus amplexicaudatus and R. leschenaulti. Five (5) types of which are found in the agroecosystem of Kokap District, Kulonprogo Regency, Yogyakarta. The positive role of fruit bats in the largest agro-ecosystem in Java Island is as a pollinator. Fruit bats have been shown to exclusively pollinate durian plants. On the island of Java, there is only 1 type of durian Durio zibethinus naturally found and in various areas different local durian cultivars are cultivated. The durian trade is very popular, especially during the durian season and starting in 2019 Indonesia does not import durian. If the price of durian at the farmer level is IDR 10,000 / kg, then in 2019, the economic value of durian in Java Island is at least more than 6 trillion rupiah / year), and in Kokap District, Kulonprogo Regency it is more than 10 billion rupiah / year. In conclusion, the annual local economic contribution of fruit bats in the agroecosystem is important, especially when the economic value of other chiropterphilus plants is added, such as petai, kapok randu. This information should be disseminated to agro-ecosystem farming communities to inspire their active roles in efforts to preserve the existence of fruit bats in their respective areas.","PeriodicalId":378773,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Research, Implementation, and Education of Mathematics and Sciences (ICRIEMS 2020)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133188800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aimed to analyze the differences in students’ learning outcomes covered curiosity (SC), responsibility (SR) and cognitive achievement (SCA) between students subjected to ICARE model at the experimental class (N=68) and the control class without ICARE (N=69). This research is an experimental study using the posttestonly group design. The SC and SR were measured using a questionnaire that consisted of 20 statements outlined from 7 criteria using Likert scale. The questionnaire was validated theoretically t by 3 expert judgments in the field of chemistry, education and evaluation to determine the appropriateness of the instruments. Therefore, SCA instrument was measured using 24 multiple choice questions that were validated empirically based on the ITEMAN program analysis. Research analysis results shows there were significant differences in students’ learning outcomes between the experimental and control class. Based on the t-test results of each research variables, a significant value obtained was <0.05. Overall, this research has proved that the ICARE learning model has an effect on students’ learning outcome, namely curiosity (SC) 13,6%, responsibility (SR) 6,2%, and cognitive achievement (SCA) 10%. ICARE can be used as an alternative for teaching-learning activities, so that students can learn independently and expand their knowledge by finding out what they get from learning activities and being responsible for what they have understood.
