Technology research & development decision based on Relative Advancement Degree of Difficulty in Large Project 基于相对难进度的大型项目技术研发决策

The paper investigates the Relative Advancement Degree of Difficulty (RAD2) problem to evaluate the feasibility and effectivity of the technology. Firstly, the study reviews concept of Technology Readiness Level (TRL), Earned Value Management (EVM). Then, an improved method was developed by integrating the impact on cost, schedule and technical performance to calculate the RAD2. With the result of RAD2 and acceptable RAD2 threshold, we can easily decide whether the technology is worth further investment. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the developed method.

Adaptive fault-tolerant control of automotive suspension with actuator saturation and L2-disturbances 考虑致动器饱和和l2扰动的汽车悬架自适应容错控制

Suspension is one of the important parts of automobile which has a great influence on the comfort of riding, the stability of handling and the control of vehicle's posture. With the simple two degree of freedom of a quarter of the simplified model of automotive suspension, we use the fixed-gain control and the adaptive control to design the controller. Making use of the MATLAB simulation, the scientific data shows that the adaptive control has a better effect.

Truncated predictor feedback for periodic linear systems with input delays with applications to the elliptical spacecraft rendezvous 具有输入延迟的周期线性系统的截断预测反馈及其在航天器椭圆交会中的应用

This paper considers stabilization of periodic linear systems with time-varying input delays. The truncated predictor feedback (TPF) approaches established earlier for time-invariant systems are generalized to the time-varying setting. By carefully investigating the solutions and properties to a class of parametric Lyapunov differential equations, it is proved the TPF controllers can indeed stabilize the concerned time-varying linear time-delay systems for arbitrarily large and bounded delays as long as the characteristic multiplier set of the open-loop system is within the closed unit circle. Both single input delay and multiple input delays are addressed. Moreover, the control matrices of the systems are not necessarily periodic. The developed TPF approach is then applied on the elliptical spacecraft rendezvous problem and numerical simulations validate the effectiveness of the established approaches.

In order to solve the problem of supervision, guard against theft and alarm for family and community, a guard against theft and alarm system is studied via telephone access, multiple access technique and KEELOQ technique. This system can carry out site monitoring: when catch the exceptional case, the system will alarm, meanwhile, the system will collect and record the spot picture, and deliver the information to the guarding against theft and control system in community server. This system still has some ways including network and cellular phone to notice the owner to look into the spot and alarm tracking record over long distances. This system has strong anti-interference ability, high performance and low dependence on hardware.

Distributed adaptive attitude consensus of networked spacecraft on directed graphs 网络航天器在有向图上的分布式自适应姿态一致性

In this paper, we address attitude consensus problem of multiple spacecraft in the presence of dynamic uncertainties and bounded constant time delays. The agents are assumed to interact on strongly connected graphs. The consensus objective is achieved via the construction of the reference systems, where the quaternion-based nonlinear inner coupling of the attitudes is utilized as the reference control input such that the attitudes of the reference systems are driven to synchronize asymptotically. Then, based on the reference systems, we perform the quaternion-based adaptive controller design to achieve consensus of the networked spacecraft. The convergence of consensus errors is proved with energy-based analysis structure and Lyapunov stability tool. Finally, simulation with networked spacecraft is included to validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

Attitude navigation for deep space explorer based on mission planning 基于任务规划的深空探测器姿态导航

In deep space exploration, unknown environment require the real-time controlling on an explorer, however the time delay of communication and signal blocking by stars make it impossible for the explorer to achieve real-time controlling. In order to solve the real-time attitude controlling problem for deep space explorers, the characteristics of complex system structure, coupling constraints, and parallel computing were considered. This paper used a method based on status and timeline to describe the deep space exploration domain knowledge, proposed a mission planning method based on multiple constraints satisfaction to realize the automatic generation of the on-board attitude maneuver missions. Including several kinds of geometrical constraints, dynamic constraints, and kinematic constraints, the constraints existing in the attitude maneuver process of an explorer has been considered and an attitude maneuver planning approach was used, which guaranteed the safety of the explorer system in the maneuver. Mission consequences could be generated from the mission planning approach as the high level commands for the attitude controlling system on-board, which could guide the attitude controlling system to complete the attitude maneuver missions automatically and safely in the mission level.

Transmission data compression of remote networked control systems via model reduction method 基于模型约简的远程网络控制系统传输数据压缩

This paper proposes a new approach to reduce the data transmitted in networked control systems (NCSs) via model reduction method. Based on the controllability and observability of the remote controlled plant, the “unimportant” information of system states vector is truncated by balanced truncation method (BTM) before sending to the controller via network. The exponential stability condition of the truncated NCSs is derived via linear matrix inequality (LMI) forms. This method of data truncation can usually reduce the time delay and further improve the performance of the NCSs. Furthermore; the optimization of NCSs is discussed by utilizing this fact. The simulation validates the correctness of the results.

Research of immune algorithms for reconfiguration of distribution network with distributed generations 分布式代配电网重构的免疫算法研究

The structure of traditional distribution network is changed from a single supply radial network to a more power ring network when grid is connected with distributed generations (DG), and island phenomenon occurs higher in the process of reconstruction, which becomes uncontrolled and high risk operation and increased the difficulty of distribution network reconstruction. The improved immune genetic algorithm introduced the principle of biological immune mechanism into standard genetic algorithm is put forward, the problem of genetic algorithm premature convergence in distribution network calculation is overcome, constraint conditions of preventing islanding phenomenon in the reconstructed model is added, encoding method based on the loop is used. The calculation results show that, in the case of a distributed power supply, the loss of network can be decreased and voltage quality is improved by using this method, what is the most that island phenomenon is avoided. IEEE33 node is an example to prove the feasibility of the method.

Variable universe fuzzy control based on intelligent control technology is proposed in this paper for the hypersonic flight process of nearspace vehicle (NSV) with severe changes of aero-dynamic parameters and susceptibility on the external disturbances. And the contraction-expansion factor of the fuzzy control is given to modify the scale of universe and reduce the computational cost. By adopting fast fuzzy terminal sliding mode with variable universe in the slow loop controller which is suffering the disturbance, its robustness, the speed of anti-disturbance and control accuracy are enhanced with the adaptively modified fuzzy universe. A demonstration with the Lyapunov function is given to proved that the errors of system could converge to zero in finite time.
针对气动参数变化剧烈、易受外界干扰的近空飞行器高超声速飞行过程,提出了基于智能控制技术的变全域模糊控制方法。并给出了模糊控制的收缩-膨胀因子,以修正全局尺度,降低计算量。在受扰动的慢环控制器中采用快速变域模糊终端滑模,自适应修正模糊域,提高了慢环控制器的鲁棒性、抗干扰速度和控制精度。用李雅普诺夫函数证明了系统误差在有限时间内收敛于零。

A visual saliency detection algorithm based on channel selecting in transform domains 一种基于变换域通道选择的视觉显著性检测算法

A transform domain algorithm using channel selecting is proposed for visual saliency in this paper. This algorithm is able to improve the accuracy of the traditional transform domain saliency detection while preserving their advantage of fast processing speed. Based on the image signature algorithm, we select the channels by calculating the correlation values between each channel. Then, the selected channels, instead of all of the channels, are combined for the final saliency map according to the corresponding combination rule which we designed. The experimental comparison between the proposed and original approaches demonstrates that our method is higher in accuracy while maintaining high processing speed.
提出了一种基于信道选择的变换域视觉显著性算法。该算法既能提高传统变换域显著性检测的精度,又能保持其处理速度快的优点。在图像签名算法的基础上,通过计算各通道之间的相关值来选择通道。然后,根据我们设计的相应组合规则,将所选择的通道组合成最终的显著性图,而不是所有的通道。与原始方法的实验比较表明,该方法在保持较高处理速度的同时,具有更高的精度。
