Inovasi dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat: Memecahkan Tantangan Pajak Lokal 社区服务创新:解决地方税收难题

Community service is not just charity, but also includes innovative efforts to improve community welfare. This article identifies and analyzes the main challenges in local tax management by local governments, which can hinder community progress and prosperity. Factors such as a lack of efficiency in the tax collection and monitoring process, a lack of public understanding, and an outdated tax system are the main focus of the analysis. Based on the data and information obtained, this article conducts qualitative analysis to understand existing practices and literature. The ever-changing global context demands innovative and sustainable solutions from local governments. Therefore, community service through innovation in local tax management is imperative. Several innovations are proposed, namely digitalization of local taxes, tax education for the community, performance-based tax, citizen participation in tax decision making, partnerships with the private sector. By using these innovations, local governments are expected to be able to create a tax system that is efficient, fair and sustainable. In an era of social and technological change, innovation in community service is a relevant strategy for achieving sustainable development and equal distribution of prosperity. This article summarizes the key role of innovation in addressing local tax challenges, shaping an inclusive local tax future and supporting sustainable economic growth.

Real Work Lectures (KKN) is a form of student service to society and is one part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This KKN activity was carried out in Kalisemo Village, Loano District, Purworejo Regency. One of the work programs of KKN activities is socialization, here the KKN Team provides efforts to the community of Kalisemo Village, Loano District, Purworejo Regency in the form of transferring knowledge about the use of live apothecary plants (curcuma xanthorrhiza) by carrying out outreach activities to improve public health through innovations in processing live apothecary plants (curcuma xanthorrhiza) into ginger pudding. Pudding is a dessert that usually has a sweet taste, in contrast to curcuma which predominantly has a bitter and pungent taste. Using curcuma xanthorrhiza as pudding has various benefits, including increasing the body's immunity and increasing appetite. The target achieved from this activity is that the community is able to innovate in the use of live apothecary plants (curcuma xanthorrhiza) into a product that can increase entrepreneurial opportunities.

Sexual violence against children and women is a serious problem in the social realm that often occurs in Indonesia regarding community development. This affects the well-being of individuals and society at large. This study uses qualitative methods, in the form of (1) Observations of PKK women in Kalisemo Village as mobilizers of women in Kalisemo village, Loano as well as subjects in this research (2) Women's empowerment socialization activities with psychology student resource persons. This study analyzes forms of sexual violence against children and women, the characteristics of children when they occur and are identified, the impact of sexual violence, factors that cause sexual violence, and forms of preventing sexual violence. The importance of awareness of sexual violence against children and women requires comprehensive action from various parties, including the government, non-governmental organizations, the general public, and family support to prevent this problem effectively.
针对儿童和妇女的性暴力是印度尼西亚在社区发展方面经常出现的一个严重的社会问题。这影响到个人和整个社会的福祉。本研究采用定性方法,其形式为:(1)观察卡利塞莫村的库尔德工人党妇女,她们是洛阿诺卡利塞莫村妇女的动员者,也是本研究的受试者;(2)与心理学专业学生顾问一起开展妇女赋权社会化活动。本研究分析了针对儿童和妇女的性暴力的形式、发生和发现性暴力时儿童的特征、性暴力的影响、导致性暴力的因素以及预防性暴力的形式。要有效预防针对儿童和妇女的性暴力问题,需要政府、非政府组织、公众和家庭支持等各方采取综合行动,认识到这一问题的重要性。

Increasing student creativity the field technology and automation is very important in facing rapid development of technology. Training using Arduino as a tool learning that can be used as one of the effective methods increase student creativity. This training aims assess the impact Arduino training increasing student creativity the field of technology and automation. The community service team provides training on data communication systems utilizing Bluetooth HC-05 connection control an LED output via cellphone. The method used is providing a teaching module that is disassembled, direct practice on hardware and software by following the instruction manual using the teaching module. The results of training questionnaire instrument given participants in terms of understanding material instructions with C Compiler program 63.82% very satisfied, 25.53% satisfied and 10.63% quite satisfied. In terms of training facilities 80.85% very satisfied, 14.89% satisfied and 4.25% quite satisfied. In terms of increasing competence the world of automation 85.1% very satisfied, 2.12% satisfied and 12.76% quite satisfied. In terms of professional exposure or presentation material and media 74.46% very satisfied, 17.02% satisfied and 8.51% quite satisfied which was attended by 47 participants. This training shows the enthusiasm participants in recognizing technology and automation

The aim of this activity is to empower the youth of Gunung Megang village by promoting megalithic tourism culture and traditional food in Gunung Megang village by carrying out innovation and digitalization training. The community has a strong desire for entrepreneurship, so it needs to be facilitated to increase the productivity of crafts and the number of tourist visits. Efforts to increase these skills cannot be carried out independently by the people of Gunung Megang village, so the role of academics is to develop the traditional snacks and tourism industries. This activity has the urgency of encouraging a group of people to be able to adapt to technology. Currently, the people of Gunung Megang village have a lot of promotion of tourism attractions and local snacks, but the marketing of craft industry products and tourism potential has not been spread through advanced technology because it is still limited to direct information. Community service is produced as a result of more modern food packaging and social media accounts in the form of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, which are expected to become media for promoting tourism resources in Gunung Megang village.

Pelatihan Strategi Problem Based Learning (PBL) Bermuatan Karakter untuk Meningkatkan Keprofesionalan Guru 以品格为本的问题式学习(PBL)策略培训,提高教师的专业素养

This socialization activity program involved all Kaloy State Elementary School teachers in Kaloy Village, Tamiang Hulu District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh Province, totaling 18 teachers. Based on the evaluation in the implementation of this socialization and counseling program, it turned out that the participants who attended this program could be said to have met the target, namely 14 participants came from the 18 targeted participants. Apart from that, all the participants who came also represented classes at the Kaloy State Elementary School Integrated Private Islamic Elementary School in Kaloy Village, Tamiang Hulu District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh Province. The program for implementing this activity was designed using scientific discussion and question and answer methods. This socialization activity has run smoothly and as expected. The enthusiasm and satisfaction of the participants who attended this community service program were also felt by the presenters. This is proven by the number of participants who attended and there were no participants who were allowed to leave, so it can be said that almost all teachers as participants in this socialization and service activity took part in the entire series of events from the beginning to the end of the activity. Apart from that, the participants also seemed enthusiastic about listening/paying attention to the presentation of material from the presenters and also the discussion and question and answer interactions that occurred during the question and answer session were one indicator or special attraction of the participants towards the material presented by the presenters.

Based on the evaluation in the implementation of this socialization and counseling program, it turned out that the participants who attended this program could be said to have met the target, namely 14 participants came from the 18 targeted participants. Apart from that, all the participants who came also represented classes at the Kaloy State Elementary School Integrated Private Islamic Elementary School in Kaloy Village, Tamiang Hulu District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh Province. The program for implementing this activity was designed using scientific discussion and question and answer methods. This socialization activity has run smoothly and as expected. The enthusiasm and satisfaction of the participants who attended this community service program were also felt by the presenters. This is proven by the number of participants who attended and there were no participants who were allowed to leave, so it can be said that almost all teachers as participants in this socialization and service activity took part in the entire series of events from the beginning to the end of the activity. Adolescence is a developmental phase and transition period from childhood to adulthood that is characterized by accelerated physical, mental, emotional, and social changes. This development begins with growth, change, and the emergence of various opportunities and risks of problems in reproductive health. Adolescents must prepare themselves from the aspect of knowledge and attitudes toward achieving healthy reproduction. One of the reproductive health problems in adolescent girls is vaginal discharge. The impact of abnormal vaginal discharge is the occurrence of infection and can lead to infertility. The purpose of this counseling is to provide health education about vaginal discharge so that the knowledge of young women increases so that they can better understand how to prevent vaginal discharge and maintain the cleanliness of the reproductive organs. The counseling was carried out at the Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Hisbah Al Fatih Sintang with 16 participants. Counseling is done using lecture and question and answer methods, the media used are leaflets and PowerPoint slide shows. The measurement of participants' knowledge was carried out by conducting a pretest and posttest and processed by the Paired Sample Test. The test results show that there is a change in the level of knowledge before and after being given counseling with a Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion from the counseling was that there was an increase in participants' knowledge after given counseling. Counseling participants are expected to be able to apply a clean and healthy lifestyle to avoid vaginal discharge.

Wise literacy in social media is a critical aspect in dealing with the complexity of online interactions in the digital era. A deep understanding of social media-platform use and the ability to critically evaluate information is at the core of this literacy. Individuals who have wise social media literacy can filter out inaccurate information, understand the social, cultural and political impacts of the content they consume or share. The importance of wise social media literacy also involves responding to disinformation, where individuals can effectively avoid the spread of fake or manipulative news. Ethical aspects of communication are also a focus, with this literacy teaching individuals to promote healthy dialogue and respect diversity of opinion, forming a more positive and inclusive online environment. This research aims to find out how the pattern of community service is a manifestation of the tridharma of higher education related to aspects of community service. In implementing the community service program that has been prepared previously, the method used is increasing knowledge by means of counseling or socialization with the aim of providing understanding and wise skills in digital literacy from the extension team. Apart from that, wise social media literacy also considers online security and privacy risks. Users need to be able to manage and protect their personal information, avoid threats such as fraud, and carefully guard their digital identity. This is not only an individual skill, but also a contribution to the sustainability and security of the global digital environment. By mastering social media literacy, individuals can better navigate the complexities of social media, participate positively, and make informed and wise decisions in using these platforms. Overall, smart social media literacy is an important foundation for forming individuals who are able to interact wisely in an ever-growing digital world. By combining an understanding of content, communication skills, and awareness of security risks, wise social media literacy helps shape an intelligent, ethical, and empowered online society.

This dedication was motivated by a problem among the students of SDN Kedai Runding, namely that some students had difficulty in understanding the concept of science and the learning outcomes were still low. This happens because teachers only use lectures, questions and answers and assignments in learning, not moving students' enthusiasm to actively participate in learning. To overcome this, Apperpa is used in learning, because by using Apperpa students can be actively involved directly and discover for themselves the concept of science so as to help students who have learning difficulties. The approach or method that I use in this socialization, namely Participatory Action Researc (PAR) is a research approach that involves active participation of community groups that are the subject of research, this method aims to produce knowledge that is relevant, useful, and can be applied in everyday life. This activity was carried out at SDN Kedai Runding in Class V. With the Apperpa Science Props which contains experiments on heat transfer, students can easily understand the concept of heat transfer using teaching aids.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membekali orangtua dengan metode pengasuhan yang tepat dan baik untuk ditanamkan kepada anaknya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN Gayam 1 dengan subjek siswa kelas 1 hingga 6 dan wali murid. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa sosialisasi kepada orang tua mengenai pola asuh anak di rumah. Hal tersebut penting diperhatikan karena penanganan pendidikan anak tidak dapat terlepas dari penanganan sekolah dan di rumah. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yakni rendahnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan orang tua mengenai pola asuh anak khususnya bagi orang tua yang berpendidikan rendah; masih dijumpai orang tua yang anak terlambat berbicara tetapi dibiarkan saja karena tidak mampu memberikan stimulasi atau penanganan yang tepat. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membekali orang tua dengan keterampilan dalam mendampingi anak dan melatih simulasi stimulasi edukatif bagi anak sehingga orang tua memahami pola asuh yang tepat guna mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang anak.
