The Integrated Service Post, known as Posyandu, is the front line in health services and other multifunctional services. However, at this time its existence has not been seen optimally, this is due to the lack of Posyandu implementers and managers in understanding the existence of Posyandu, so that reports on Posyandu activities that should be carried out in stages have not been carried out optimally, besides that there is still an assumption that Posyandu belongs to Health people. The objectives of the service activities are: Understanding Geber Madu Ayu, Joint Movement for Advancing Posyandu in Indramayu Regency. Methods: lectures, discussions and simulations. The results of the activity: All management of the Posyandu, Village Working Group, District Pokjanal and District Posyandu Pokjanal understand the importance of the Joint Movement to Promote Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu) in Indramayu Regency. Conclusion: The Joint Movement to establish a posyandu in Indramayu has been received and received a good response from stakeholders. Suggestion: Posyandu administrators at every level should increase their commitment to advancing posyandu by involving related elements, ranging from academics, business people, communities and media as well as advocating for regional/government heads.

This community service activity as a partner is a salted egg business group in the city of Tegal. This group is vulnerable to losses that are often experienced during the production process until the sale of salted eggs. This group only sells its product in the form of salted eggs without any product innovation. The losses experienced by partners were due to the product failing to sell due to cracked eggs during the boiling process. Another influencing factor is not having the creativity to use the failed product. PKM partners are also unable to see business opportunities by creating new high-value products from defective products. The purpose of this service program is to provide solutions to the problems experienced by partners. Lack of knowledge about menstruation can be the cause of long-term reproductive health problems and make young women unprepared for menstruation. Unpreparedness to face menarche causes adolescents to have negative responses such as shame, fear, and worry. Community service activities were carried out in July 2022. The activity was attended by 25 students of class V and VI SD Negeri Songkar. The implementation of community service activities used is the dissemination of reproductive health as a preparation for facing menarche. The method used is the lecture method using leaflets, question and answer method and games/ quizzes. Provision of knowledge about reproductive health to elementary school students needs to be done either as an additional subject or in the form of counseling outside of teaching and learning activities.

The world of education must be managed as well as possible in order to be able to produce quality human resources. But along with the progress of the times, the rampant circulation and abuse of drugs has affected the mental and education of today's students. It is feared that students will fall into drug circles, either voluntarily because of their curiosity, or as a result of pressure from outsiders that can arise due to promiscuity. This service activity aims to provide information to students related to drug prevention. The method used is lecture and discussion. The sample in this study were 80 students of SMKI Pharmacy Sumbawa consisting of students in class X-XII. The activity was carried out on July 28, 2022 for 1 hour 20 minutes. The series of events in this activity are opening, core material, discussion, and closing. The result of this activity is that students are active in receiving information related to drug prevention efforts provided by the speaker. So it is hoped that the school can provide lessons or material about drugs in existing subjects.

Analysis of the performance of the device requires a measure of performance based on results that are balanced to measure success in meeting goals and objectives. Performance measurement is based on the function of the work area and allowances is a useful tool in the effort to achieve the goal. Through the assessment process work areas and allowances can provide objective assessment in the achievement of the performance of the device, so it helps in management decision making. This type of research is quantitative by using a sample of 91 devices in Jetis Mojokerto. This source of research data obtained from the respondents' answers on the questionnaire were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the first hypothesis is empirically proven that working areas and allowances simultaneously significant effect on the performance of the device in Jetis Mojokerto. Further testing in partial work area has no significant effect on the performance of the device, but the office allowances significant effect on the performance of the device in Jetis Mojokerto. This has some consequences allowances have a dominant influence on the device performance than variable working area.

Indonesian School in Riyadh (ISR) was established in 1985 by Indonesian embassy in Riyadh in purpose to accommodate the students from Kindergarten to Year 12. The school educates students in three languages: Indonesian, Arabic and English (Setyono, 2016). The ISR has no selection system on students’ competencies for enrolment process like in the home country. The school is only one option for Indonesian children in Riyadh where students from various backgrounds are accepted. Online students’ help is design eLearning in purpose to improve students’ achievement. The school has 399 students and 21 employees, including four non-teachers and one librarian. The ISR has characteristics like public school in Indonesia where curriculum, policy and finance are supported by Indonesian government and parents’ committee partnership (Setyono, 2016). Based on the concept of No Children Left Behind (NCLB), the ISR need to give opportunities for students to continue to study at they preferred school or university in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.

The development of business circumtances that always changes, leads companies to have competitive advantages in efficiency and effectivity. PT. Djinawi is a self-focused contractor company in optimalizing its human resources assets by adapting the empowerment to be successful in market competition. Such adapting of empowerment is viewed from four psychological empowerment dimensions that had been introduced by Spreitzer. Those foour dimensions are meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. If all of these four dimensions, e.g., meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact is felt by employees, then the empowerment process will go through in good condition. This research used a holistic single case study, by using the technique of data collection by interview, direct-observation, and internal data of company. For the needs of mapping, a pra-case study had been carried out. From this research, it revealed that the adapting of empowerment can go through well, which viewed from the four dimensions, e.g, meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact that has been felt by employees. In line with it, from the triangulation may be obtained that the respondents also expressed some obstacles in project staff level. It can be concluded that if all of four dimensios, e.g, meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact could be felt by employees, then empowerment can go through well as well as make a company success in face against a tight of market competition.

Internet cafes is a place which provides internet access infrastructure with a variety of connections and using computer as access device so that users can access the Internet and acquire services in the field of information technology. The purpose of this study is to find factors that exist in the service quality cafe business and know the dimensions of service quality are the most influential in the Internet service industry. The method used in the analysis is descriptive analysis Statistik, T test and regression analysis. With the object of a study internet cafes in Malang. From the results of research to know If construct originally by parasuraman etall initially 22 items consisting of 5 dimensions constituent, on a case study in the cafe reduced to 9 items, Gaps on Internet services as measured by the concept servqual. Produce a measure of quality service at the internet cafe. In this study the gaps in the service quality dimensions sequentially from the largest value to the smallest value is Assurance (-1.1115), Empathy (-1.0732), Responsiveness (-0.7834), Tangible (-0.1847) and Reliability (0.0191). Value of r = 1 = 100% means that the quality of service on Internet service can be described by the five constituent dimensionsthat is, empathy, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and tangible. Standard error of estimate are at zero (0) proves that the regression model appropriate was used to predict the dependent variable or the quality of service.

The purpose of this study is to find factors that exist in the service quality cafe business and know the dimensions of service quality are the most influential in the Internet service industry. The method used in the analysis is descriptive analysis Statistik, T test and regression analysis. With the object of a study internet cafes in Malang. From the results of research to know If construct originally by parasuraman etall initially 22 items consisting of 5 dimensions constituent, on a case study in the cafe reduced to 9 items, Gaps on Internet services as measured by the concept servqual. Produce a measure of quality service at the internet cafe. In this study the gaps in the service quality dimensions sequentially from the largest value to the smallest value is Assurance (-1.1115), Empathy (-1.0732), Responsiveness (-0.7834), Tangible (-0.1847) and Reliability (0.0191). Value of r = 1 = 100% means that the quality of service on Internet service can be described by the five constituent dimensionsthat is, empathy, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and tangible. Salah satu cara penyebaran dan pengajaran agama Islam di Indonesia dilakukan oleh lembaga pendidikan yang dikenal dengan sebutan pesantren. Perannya sangat besar dalam masa-masa awal penyebaran Islam di Nusantara. Sebagai muslim tentunya kita mengetahui manfaat dari menghafal AlQur’an, dimana diantaranya terdapat beberapa keutamaan ketika seseorang menghafal Al-Qur’an. Maka dari itu kita sebagai umat muslim diharapkan untuk mengetahui dan memahami makna dari Al quran itu sendiri.
