One of the problems that is nowadays causing many people to refer to religious sources for receiving educational guidance is the irrational and unrealistic expectations of these sources. More clearly, today the multiplicity of jobs and the staggering diversity in human life has surrounded him so much that his approach to life has not only sought a worldview, but also in the context of the world, from quality to quantity and quantity. The character and personality in the field of education has gone out of proportion and the figures have declined. In such a situation, any inclination to adopt a value-conscious view in the context of education also tends to conform to the prevailing conditions of human life. Sheer detail and pure methodology, which seeks to achieve concrete and tangible results, have blocked the way to any gradual tolerance and acceptance, both in the realm of personality and inner self. This view is so dominated by aspects of life that it even interprets education in a very quantitative framework, in the form of processes with specific and operational data.

In Zimbabwe, ChiShona is a national language spoken language by at least 75% of the population followed by Ndebele which is spoken by up to 16.5 % and English only accounts for 3.5 % of the population (Hachipola, 1998). However, Zimbabwe has inherited a colonial language system which has seen positive attitudes towards English language more than indigenous languages like ChiShona. In the Zimbabwean social spheres, very few people are still very proud of speaking ChiShona without code mixing and code switching with English. Some of them may go to the extremes of confessing that they cannot read and write ChiShona efficiently because it is too difficult. For these and other reasons, indigenous languages like ChiShona have been relegated to the fringes of people‟s imagination since they are perceived as relatively unimportant in people‟s lives.

Museum also known as an entity that dedicated to public service and, consequently, their relationship with their audience is the core of interest. Moreover, museum commonly is classified into five basic types which are natural history and natural science, science and technology, history, art and a recent kind of museum is the virtual museum. Within this, many extensive researches have been conducted on museum audiences or visitors, their characteristics, needs and expectations (Classen, 2007; Smith & Tinio, 2008; Bickford, 2010). However, the way interface design towards new technologies in the museum environment impact museum audiences‟ experiences has only recently started to be covered.
