Morals and values exist in the entire culture and construct of human society. Similarly, values could occupy an indispensable role in society (Davidov, 2010:170). Therefore, this could imply that society cannot leave in harmony without a set of values, which act as intangible principles that govern human life. This paper demonstrates the roles of morals and values in schools with specific reference to ensuring positive learner discipline. The roles may include developing learners‟ character, positive citizenship, promotion of self-discipline and pedagogic discipline, values act as compliance measures with rules and regulations, and they encourage learners‟ self-achievement, dealing with the moral dilemma and the articulation of the spiritual self in learners.

Bees (Indus apis) are among the many insects that are beneficial to man. They are commonly called Honeybee, they belong to the kingdom Animalia, phylum Arthropoda, order (Hymenoptera), class (Insecta,) super family Apoide, family Apoidae, genus Apis. Okeme, Ekele and Anam (2014) stated that there are five main species in the genus Apis. They are Apisdorsata (the giant honeybee), Apislaboriosa (the darker giant honeybee), Apis florae (the dwarf honeybee), Apiscerana and Apismellifera. Honeybees are social insects that live in colonies of 10,000 to 60,000 bees (Kangave, Butele, Onzoma and Kato, 2012). A colony consists of a queen (fertile female) a few hundred drones (males) and thousands of workers. They pollinate flowering plants and crops. They also produce honey, beewax, beebread, royal jelly, propolis and bee venom which are useful to man and this can be achieved through beekeeping.

The main reason distance education can be implemented and operated in Greece is the existence of school-age children and adults who either did not start or have stopped attending secondary education and lack the ability to physically attend classroom education. As Vassala (2005) points out, "countries that started distance education had the common characteristic of isolated areas from where access to conventional school was difficult and in many cases impossible." Since then, distance learning was successfully introduced internationally in school education. In the national education system and in particular in secondary education, distance learning becomes necessary because each of us individually and collectively, being the cells of the educational organization, represent the ideal that education is the right of all people and they should enjoy it throughout their lives (Lionarakis, Lykourgiotis, 1998) and we must be consistent with that ideal.

A connection exists between public education and attaining the American dream. Education is the key to the American dream (Hochschild & Scovronick, 2003; Reardon, 2013). A diverse group of students are enrolled in the public school system in the United States with hopes of acquiring an education that will lead to success (Jones, Slate, & Martinez-Garcia, 2014). Unfortunately, however, the American dream is difficult to realize for some groups of students because of the color of their skin or the nation of their origin.
