The purpose of this research is to design and develop an Android-based learning media application for the Fire Fighting Equipment course at the Diploma Three PPKP Study Program, Palembang Aviation Polytechnic. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). This stage of research is 1) Potential and problems; 2) Data collection, 3) Product design, 4) Design validation; 5) Design revisions; 6) Product trials; 7) Design revisions; 8). Usage trials; 9) Revision of the final design; 10) Mass products. User satisfaction questionnaires are used in product success analysis to determine user replies. Responders responded strongly to the response interval of 71-80 people (82.6% - 93%) of the 86 answers, a scale of 4 with the category Very Good (A). The expected benefit is that this learning media can be one of the tools in the lecture process at Palembang Aviation Polytechnic. This research is in the form of a Research Results Report and Intellectual Property Copyright.

Sistem proteksi kebakaran merupakan persyaratan teknis yang harus dipenuhi sebagai upaya pencegahan bahaya kebakaran pada suatu bangunan. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan dan pelatihan sistem proteksi kebakaran merupakan salah satu materi yang harus diambil dalam kurikulum di Program Studi PPKP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh maha peserta didik Program Studi PPKP dalam metode pembelajaran jarak jauh. Perlu dikembangkan media pembelajaran praktis berbasis aplikasi android untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development dengan proses pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). Tujuan penelitian berupaya mengembangkan dan menghasilkan aplikasi media pembelajaran praktis yang valid untuk dilaksanakan berdasarkan penilaian dosen dan maha peserta didik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi yang dilakukan diperoleh rata-rata persentase penilaian sebesar 83,85% dengan kategori valid. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi media pembelajaran mobile berbasis android ini valid untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Pencegahan dan Proteksi Kebakaran di Program Studi PPKP.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang negative yang artinya berbanding terbalik antara beban kerja yang di alami seorang ATC dengan pemberian pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan dua analisis penelitian, pertama dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan regresi, pertama dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan atas tingkat pengaruh variabel beban kerja terhadap variabel pemberian pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan dan kedua, dengan menggunakan Nasa-TLX guna mengungkap lebih dalam terhadap tingkat beban kerja subyektif para controller yang meliputi tuntutan mental psikis, tuntutan fisik, tekanan waktu, kinerja, tingkat frustrasi, dan usaha kerja. Hasilnya didapatkan bahwa koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,628 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 39%, yang artinya bahwa pengaruh beban kerja personil ATC terhadap pemberian pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan adalah sebesar 39% dan selebihnya ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak masuk dalam bagian penelitian.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi safety management system (sms) di Bandar Udara Internasional Radin Inten II Lampung pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana peneliti melakukan pendalaman implementasi safety management system di Bandar Udara Internasional Radin Inten II Lampung pada masa pandemi Covid- 19, kemudian melihat tanggapan personil terkait efektifitasnya di bandara. Faktor pendukung yaitu: Kebijakan Perusahan yang mendukung perlindungan dan keselamatan karyawannya, Penyediaan sarana dan prasarana dalam penanganan virus corona. Pemanfaatan inovasi melalui penyediaan aplikasi berbasis teknologi, pelaksanaan sosialisasi keselamatan dan kesehatan di dalam dan daerah sekitar bandara. Faktor penghambat yaitu: Struktur organisasi yang masih sederhan ditambah dengan adanya pembatasan jam operasional penerbangan, masyarakat yang belum terbiasa dengan pelaksanaan protocol kesehatan, meningkatnya potensi hazard di saat pandemi terutama musim hujan. Implikasinya adalah perusahaan agar selalu melaksanakan pelatihan tanggap darurat demi mempersiapkan personil yang siap di masa pandemi covid-19.

Palembang has abundant water sources; the city of Palembang is traversed by one of the longest rivers in Indonesia, the Musi River. However, population growth is increasing over time, as is the need for clean water. Projections of the amount of clean water demand in the future are needed; apart from anticipating water shortages, water demand projections are required to construct clean water facilities and infrastructure. This research was conducted using statistical calculations to calculate the population in the next ten years. The population of Palembang in 2030 is projected to increase to1,898,221 inhabitants. The results of this population projection are used in calculating the total water demand in 2030. The total water demand is obtained from the calculation of domestic, non-domestic, fire hydrant, and water loss needs. In 2030, the total amount of water needed is 6,816 L / second.

This research aims to analyzethe hazards that exist at the end of runway 24 at Juwata Tarakan Airport.Then how to reduce the risks that exist in the area.The method that used for this research is the qualitative method. the data collection has been gained by observation, attendingdirectly into the field to analyze the hazards that exist at the end of the runway 24, depth interview with key informant, and document study on the accident historical data of the airport, respectively. Furthermore, the data was analyzed by risk management standardizationof AS/NZS 4360. Theresult show thatthe runwaypositionis near withthe road so it couldendanger motorists who pass on the highway. Moreover, therisk of jet blastbursts might cause an accident. After this research was carried out, a solution was obtained to reduce the existing risks by implementing a system of opening and closing traffic on the highway. In addition, it can also be done by diverting the flow of traffic on the highway.

The design made has the aim of simplifying the tasks of all technicians and field coordinators in monitoring the operation of VHF Transmitter conditions, so that they canbe controlled anywhere. The background of this research is based on a case that has happened at Perum LPPNPI Kulonprogo Branch, where the VHF Transmitter Building is far from the technician's standby room. When a problem occurs, the technician cannot immediately find out. Therefore, the authors are interested in conducting research with the type of Research and Development (R & D) that uses qualitative research methods. This study resulted in the conclusion that with the main control of the microcontrollerand using a sensor to extract the voltage value from the alarm LED voltage line, so that this design can work and function properly according to the author's expectations.

Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport has been an important hub airport in Indonesia for decades, connecting traffic between west and east Indonesia as well as functioned as international gate in East Indonesia along with Sam Ratulangi Airport. Analysing characteristics of historical traffic data pattern, determining factors affecting past behaviour and building the best-fit model to forecast future traffic are critical for airport operator. Several forecast techniques are employed including Holt-Winter, Decomposition Method and Econometric Model. Moreover, trend, seasonal event and irregular phenomena from past data are observed to analyse traffic behaviour. Passenger traffic data from 1995 up to 2015 is utilized to predict future traffic until 2020. Validation of selected forecast model is conducted by implementing backtesting method which shows that the model successful foretell annual passenger movement with estimation average deviation around 0.5%. Some potential risks and opportunities as well as potential route expansion are identified to fortify future challenges.

Analysing characteristics of historical traffic data pattern, determining factors affecting past behaviour and building the best-fit model to forecast future traffic are critical for airport operator. Several forecast techniques are employed including Holt-Winter, Decomposition Method and Econometric Model.
