Personalized Clinical Pathway for Heart Failure Management 心力衰竭管理的个性化临床路径

Heart failure clinical pathway, an evidence-based, multidisciplinary managing tool is introduced to ease the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with heart failure. Unfortunately, the clinical pathway systems used are still static, which do not have adaptability in any dynamic changes of patients' condition, lacks of real-time data and no connection with hospital information system. This paper aims to propose a dynamic, personalized clinical pathway system by introducing a data-driven, machine learning clinical pathway model. The methods discuss about the steps in developing the algorithm of the heart failure clinical pathway model by data mining and machine learning techniques using relevant data accessed from hospital information system.

Design and Implementation of A Low Cost Heartbeat Meter using Vibration Sensor, ATmega 16 Microcontroller, and Android Based Smartphone 基于振动传感器、atmega16微控制器和Android智能手机的低成本心跳仪的设计与实现

Measurement of heartbeat is very important to know the pathological condition of a person. Heartbeat can also indicate that a person is at high risk of heart disease. This paper describes on development of a prototype of heartbeat meter using DFR0052 vibration sensor, ATmega 16 microcontroller, and android based smartphone. It provides a real time heartbeat calculation and gives an alert if an anomaly occurs in the heartbeat. A vibration sensor which placed at the certain position will detect the heartbeat and send the data into the microcontroller. Furthermore, the heartbeat data is delivered to and displayed in an android based smartphone via bluetooth module connected to microcontroller output. The experimental results show that the proposed heartbeat meter is a good accuracy compared to the commercial heartbeat meter so called pulse oximeter. The average of error percentage is approximately 0.69 %.

Drug Abuse Identification based EEG-P300 Amplitude and Latency with Fuzzy Logic Calssifier 基于EEG-P300振幅和潜伏期模糊分类器的药物滥用识别

The difficulty in detecting drug users is one of the hindrances in overcoming drug abuse. The influence of the drugs on a person's nervous system mainly attacks the brain. If the brain is damaged, it will cause permanent disability and is difficult to repair. In this paper, a classification method to identify a drug user is developed. In the experiment, the drug picture is randomly flashed into the subject to stimuli the drug withdrawal. EEG-P300 potentials which quantified by their amplitude and latency is measured to reflects unique cognitive brain functions. The alteration of the brain activities which represented by amplitude and latency according to the given stimuli among of the selected area is used as a feature for classifier to detect a drug abuser. The recorded brain signals of thirty subjects (addictive, methadone treatment (rehabilitation), and control) were carry out. The classification results using fuzzy logic during withdrawal of drug have demonstrated increases in latencies and decreases amplitudes.

An Integrated Comparative Approach to Estimating Forest Aboveground Carbon Stock Using Advanced Remote Sensing Technologies 利用先进遥感技术估算森林地上碳储量的综合比较方法

Greenhouse gases in the atmosphere play a very important role in maintaining the temperature of the earth. Plants absorb carbon in the atmosphere in the form of CO2which is beneficial for photosynthesis which will produce O2 into the atmosphere. By utilizing remote sensing technology and field data integration, this research aims to estimating aboveground carbon reserves in the research area. The results of this research indicate that the above ground carbon stock resulting from estimation calculations using remote sensing data and field calculations using brown allometric are 103,397 TonC / Ha with an error rate of 1,8354. This error level indicates the size of the error in the estimated value of each pixel.

Goal Detection and Opponent Avoidance Algorithm for Wheeled Robot Soccer using Color Filtering and Contour Extraction 基于颜色滤波和轮廓提取的轮式机器人足球目标检测与对手回避算法

This paper proposed a goal detection and opponent avoidance algorithm for robot soccer using color filtering and contour extraction. The paper presented a robust and simple algorithm based on an image captured by robot soccer to recognizing and locating a goal and avoiding from the opponent. The proposed algorithm used a color filtering in the HSV color space to distinguish and detect goal from the background image. The detected goal was then extracted using contour extraction to ensure the detection result. To reduce the noise, the morphology filter was applied to the detected object. The opponent robot was also detected by using HSV color filtering. The opponent robot has a designation color team that is different with our robot team. In order avoiding from opponent robot after detecting its color, we used ping sensor to detect the distance between robots. In the certain distance, our robot could avoid collision with an opponent robot with moving to the left or right side of the opponent robot. The experimental result showed the satisfactory result in detecting goal and avoiding an opponent. The goal successfully was detected from 1.5 m until 8.5 m distance from our robot. The robot successfully avoided the opponent robot in the distance of 40 cm, The robot moved to the right, or left side depended upon the opponent position.

Inverse Kinematics Analysis for Motion Prediction of a Hexapod Robot 六足机器人运动预测的逆运动学分析

Mobile robot has widely applied in every aspect of human life, and for the application in an unstructured environment, the legged robot is considered having more strength and agility. One of the legged robots is a hexapod robot; this six-legs robot is very robust in motion stability since it still can perform its task well even if one or more legs are malfunctioned. The problem of the legged robot is that the modeling of the legs is also necessary, and creates more complexity. Therefore, a simple approach is by modeling the leg as a 2 DOF arm manipulator consist of 2 links and two joints. The forward and inverse kinematics analysis were performed and simulated in an open source and free software, SCILAB. The feasibility of the proposed method is proven by the simulation result. The error between the desired and actual position is 0 cm, 0.1 cm, and 0.14 cm for position in x, y, and z-axis respectively

IoT-based Gas Leak Detection Device 基于物联网的气体泄漏检测装置

LPG gas is one of the household things in daily life. The decree of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resource number 1971/26/MEM/2007 dated May 22, 2007 contains the requirement of the conversion from the petroleum (kerosene) into LPG as an effort to shift from the limited natural resources from fossil energy to the more abundant natural resources. However, LPG gas is highly flammable. There have been many accidents due to leakage of LPG gas. The trigger varies from the incorrect installation to the use of defective gas cylinders. This paper aims to provide a solution to this problem by building a device that utilizing sensors connected to NodeMCU. The device performs area monitoring continuously. The gas sensor provides data to NodeMCU, and then the results are displayed as a warning to the user via an Android-based smartphone device. Using this device, users will be able to prevent accidents that occur due to gas leaks so that accidents can be avoided.

A Seamless Secret Sharing Scheme Implementation for Securing Data in Public Cloud Storage Service 公共云存储服务中数据安全的无缝秘密共享方案实现

Public cloud data storage services were considered as a potential alternative to store low-cost digital data in the short term. They are offered by different providers on the Internet. Some providers offer limited free plans for the users who are starting the service. However, data security concern arises when data stored are considered as a valuable asset. This study explores the usage of secret sharing scheme: Rabin's IDA and Shamir's SSA to implement a tool called dCloud for file protection stored in public cloud storage in a seamless way. It addresses data security by hiding its complexities when targeting ordinary non-technical users. The secret key is automatically generated by dCloud in a secure random way on Rabin's IDA. Shamir's SSA completes the process through dispersing the key into each of Rabin's IDA output files. Moreover, the Hash value of the original file is added to each of those output files to confirm the integrity of the file during reconstruction. Besides, the authentication key is used to communicate with all of the defined service providers during storage and reconstruction as well. It is stored into local secure key-store. By having a key to access the key-store, an ordinary non-technical user will be able to use dCloud to store and retrieve targeted file within defined public cloud storage services securely.

An Application of Zero Cross QRS Detection Algorithm of ECG Signals with Various Subject Conditions 零交叉QRS检测算法在不同主体条件下心电信号中的应用

Interpretation of electrocardiogram (ECG) is one of the main research interests in bio-medical signal processing. The reason for the development of research on this interest are the growth in the heart health care all over the word, on the other hand the growth of digital technology makes it easier to detect disease from bio-signals. An application of support vector machine technique for ECG signals analysis is applied. To evaluate the proposed method, a practical experiment with two conditions of subjects (relax and typing) is conducted. With selected feature, the QRS detection average accuracy of 92.48% is achieved. It can be conclude that the applied method with various raw data provides a good results to diagnose pattern of cardiac arrhythmia disease.

LabVIEW Based Radiosonde Telemetry System in RF Communication 基于LabVIEW的射频通信探空遥测系统

Measurement of atmospheric parameters can be conducted using radiosonde for various purposes such as for weather prediction and atmospheric research. The radiosonde design working in real-time with high connectivity certainly can optimize device performance and data accuracy. This research aims to design radiosonde working at 433 MHz UHF frequency to measure the parameters of atmosphere in realtime. The designed radiosonde is using DHT11 as temperature and humidity sensors, BMP085 as pressure sensors and GPS to measure radiosonde positions and 3DR radio modules as data transmitter from radiosonde to Ground Segment (GS) devices. The designed radiosonde is able to measure data up to 4.9km height with parameters measured in the form of temperature, humidity and pressure with error rate of 82%. The data of temperature, humidity and pressure tend to decrease with the increasing of altitude in which matched with the atmospheric characteristics.
