This study aims to determine the effect of the education level of local original income (PAD) workers and zakat funds on economic growth in the former Surakarta residency 2016-2021. This type of research is a quantitative method with an associative analysis approach. The population used in this study is data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) which contain the required variable data. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique, meaning that all populations are sampled. Data were obtained from secondary data obtained from the website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to obtain data on education and workforce levels. Data analysis technique was performed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that (1) the level of education has a significant positive effect on economic growth. (2) Labor has a significant positive influence on economic growth. (3) Regional Original Income has a significant positive influence on economic growth. This study aimed to examine the gap between customer service expectations and perceptions at gas station in SPBU 44.574.14 Klaten. The test of the model used Servqual Test. The research design was quantitative. The formulation of the hypothesis used the Cronin Taylor Importance Servqual Test formula. The consumer population were all consumers and a sample of consumers at this gas station were those who were adults when they had finished getting service at the gas station. The sampling technique was purposive as many as 95 consumers. The test results show that the responsiveness dimension has the largest gap value. Manajemen must improve the service which still provides the largest gap value followed by the next gap value.

In particular, this study aimed to test the value of the gap and efforts to close the gap through the Servqual test. The population in this study were housewives who had children under five receiving Posyandu (Integrated Healthcare Center) services. Sampling used purposive sampling of 20 respondents in the Posyandu area of Jogonalan Village, Klaten. Attributes in the service quality questionnaire included tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Quantitative tests carried out included item reliability validity test, Servqual confirmation test. The test results show that the confirmation value has a positive value with the lowest positive value on the tangible dimension. Improvement efforts must continue to be made with the emphasis on improvement on the value that has the lowest positive dimension followed by the next positive value. The increasing quality of Posyandu KB (Family planning )services in Jogonalan Village leads to community satisfaction so that it can become a stronghold against cases of stunting infants under five years of age in urban areas.

This research aimed to test whether the learning model obtained by Undergraduate Psychology students at Unwidha through entrepreneurship education can strengthen attitude variables, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control of interest in entrepreneurship. The research design used quantitative methods that explained the causal relationship between one variable and the other variables tested. The hypothesis test was formulated in a model using the Structural Equation Model multivariate test. The population in this research were all undergraduate psychology students at Unwidha who had a strong interest in entrepreneurship. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling of 40 student respondents. The results of the analysis found that entrepreneurship education as a moderator can strengthen student entrepreneurship motivation and the overall model in the SEM fit test. The results of the research can be used as a basis for making a quality entrepreneurial learning model by adding aspects of real entrepreneurial practice for students of Psychology Unwidha in the future.

This study aimed to determine the significant effect of emotional intelligence and communication on employee performance CV. Indonesia Live Garment Districts Sragen both partialy and simultaneously. This research is quantitative research. Population in this study are all employess CV. Indonesia Live Garment Districts Sragen. The sampling technique that used is saturated sampling technique with 65 respondents. Primary data was obtained based on the results of the answer to the questionnaires distributed to the respondents. Analysis of the data in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that partially emotional intelligence and communication variables have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression coefficient value on variables of emotional intelligence (0,255) and communication (0,602) and t-value of the emotional intelligence variable (2,324) and communication (5,411). Simultaneously the variables of emotional intelligence and communication affect employee performance with F-value (30,512).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peta posisi desa wisata berbasis keunikan potensi lokal di Kecamatan Bayat Kabupaten Klaten dengan menggunakan uji multidimensional scalling (MDS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan dan masyarakat desa sekitar desa wisata yang berada di Kecamatan Bayat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner secara langsung pada tiap desa wisata dengan menggunakan media online yaitu Google Form dengan total 60 responden secara purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan alat bantu Multidimensional Scalling Program SPSS versi 26. Atribut dalam kuesioner meliputi daya tarik, pemasaran dan promosi, aksesbilitas, fasilitas, kelembagaan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, serta mitigasi bencana non-alam. Hasil penelitian telah terbentuk model positioning masing-masing desa wisata berbasis keunikan potensi lokal sehingga tercipta posisi keunggulan bersaing masing-masing desa wisata agar mampu menghadapi era pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif sektor wisata di Kabupaten Klaten di masa mendatang.

This study used a sample of 40 respondents. The sampling technique used is jenuh sampling or census where the sampling technique that takes all members of the population as a sample. A questionnaire is an instrument used to collect data. The test data in this study are validity, reliability, multiple linear analysis of the f test, t test and coefficient of determination. The data is processed using SPSS version 16. The results of the study found tcount > ttable calculation (4,150 > 2,028) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of District Service employees. tcount work discipline calculation > ttabel (4,887 > 2,028) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of District Service employees. thitung job satisfaction known to > ttabel (2,328 > 2,028) and a significant value of 0.022 < 0.05. This means that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of District Service employees. It is proven by the results of the F test that the F-value of the Fcount > Ftabel (125,053 > 2.84) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 means that motivation, discipline and work satisfaction together have a positive and significant influence on the performance of district office employees.

This research study aimed at revealing perception on public’s satisfaction index to the service quality of Indomaret Retail X Surakarta from the dimension of tangibles, reliabilities, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The population is all community members living in the Surakarta areas who have reported the research samples are 95 respondents that have been established using Cronin and Taylor’s Weighted Servqual formulation. The sampling applies the purposive sampling. The data are collected by means of quetionnaire with 6-scale of confirmation index to obtain the data of customers satisfaction index-tangibles, reliabilities, responsiveness , assurance and empathy each instrument has been examined and has fulfilled the validity and reliability standard through the Hoyt program, SPSS of 21. Servqual has started with the concept of services quality and has demonstrated the model of services quality gaps. This research tries to identify the most important dimension and perception of external customers towards the Indomaret Retail X Surakarta. The result shows that most servqual model factor, reliabilities are less satisfied than it should be

The sampling applies the purposive sampling. The data are collected by means of quetionnaire with 6-scale of confirmation index to obtain the data of customers satisfaction index-tangibles, reliabilities, responsiveness , assurance and empathy each instrument has been examined and has fulfilled the validity and reliability standard through the Hoyt program, SPSS of 21. \u0000Servqual has started with the concept of services quality and has demonstrated the model of services quality gaps. This research tries to identify the most important dimension and perception of external customers towards the Indomaret Retail X Surakarta. This study aims to determine the index of the Customer Satisfaction Survey (SKP) of public services provided by the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Merapi Klaten Regency in 2022. The method used in this study was a survey using a questionnaire to collect research data. The sample of this research is 400 customers. The sampling technique uses cluster and stratified sampling. Data analysis in this study uses the analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Survey Index (SKP). The analysis of the SKP index is carried out as a whole and per service element. The results obtained indicate that the index value of the Customer Satisfaction Survey (SKP) is 77.05. These results show that the service quality of PDAM Tirta Merapi Klaten Regency in 2022 is in category B, which means it has good service performance. In addition, the results of the SKP index analysis per service element, consisting of 9 service elements, show good service performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji model apakah nilai nilai pengetahuan kesiapsiagaan towards dan perceived behavior control dalam teori Planned Behavior memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap sikap kebencanaan ibu ibu di lereng Semeru Jawa Timur. Desain penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara satu variabel gayut dengan dua variabel bebas yang diuji. Uji hipotesis dirumuskan dalam model menggunakan uji multivariat. Populasi dalam riset seluruh ibu-ibu di lereng semeru. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling sebanyak 100 responden ibu-ibu di lereng Semeru. Hasil akhir dari model diperoleh identifikasi terdapat pengaruh positif pengetahuan kebencanaan dan perceived behavior control terhadap sikap kebencanaan.
