Information and Communication Technology as A Requirement for Successful Implementation of Education Managerial Functions 信息与通信技术是成功实施教育管理职能的必要条件

Working with information plays an important role in the management of any educational institution. The Deputy Director in carrying out information and analysis activities must process large amounts of material. The use of information technology helps make this job easier. This article describes the project on the use of information and communication technologies in the management of additional educational organizations for children and analyzes the main directions of informatization in the management of educational institutions. The effectiveness of the use of information technology in managerial activities based on the use of computer technology has been revealed. Managerial activities of the head include processing a large amount of information. For this information to really help make the right management decisions, it must be objective, arrive on time, and reflect the dynamics of change in management objects. In addition, we need technology that managers can use to process this information quickly and accurately, with minimal effort and time. However, in practice, a number of contradictions are revealed; between the need for computerized management of additional education centers and the ability of educational institutions the development management information systems; between the need to build a computerized management process based on scientific systems and their actual implementation through the development of individual areas - the constituent elements of the system (technical equipment, software, training, etc.), between the need to organize management using new information technologies and the level of training of teaching staff that is not adequate for working with modern software. The object of the study is ICT in the management activities of the leadership of an educational institution. The subject of the work is the process of informing the management of educational institutions. The aim of this work is to develop a variant of the management of educational institutions based on the use of information and communication technologies. This method of work. During the study, a complex of different methods was used: the object of research was studied by the method of systems analysis, the method of excluded and included observations, the study of documents governing the management of educational institutions, expert judgments, and sociological surveys. The practical significance of this work lies in the development of the project.

The purpose of this study was to find out how much contribution the application of the Independent Learning Activity Unit in the Semester Credit System to the Learning Achievement of Students at the Doyo Baru Adventist High School contributed. This study uses quantitative methods with a correlational research design approach. Based on the result of the study, there is a significant relationship between independent learning activity units in the semester credit system and learning achievement the is a correlation coefficient value (R) = 0.685; coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.469. The results of this study indicate the relationship between the application of the Independent Learning Activity Unit in the Semester Credit System and the Student Achievement of 46.9%. The remaining 53.1% contributed by other variables not examined in this study. The contribution of the Independent Learning Activity Unit from the Implementation of the Independent Learning Activity Unit in the Semester Credit System to the Student Achievement of 46.9%.

The fashion business today is one of the promised businesses. Thrity-One Collection Boutique is one of the business traders in the fashion sector that will be built in Karawang Regency. The purpose of this research is to develop a business strategy using the Business Model Canvas at Thirty-One Collection Boutique. The research method used is qualitative, data collection is done by interviewing fashion enthusiasts and fashion actors. This study analyzes the business model used by Thirty-One Collection Boutique using the Business Model Canvas, then analyzes each element using a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats). The results of this study are a business strategy to increase productivity and see the risks that may be faced by the Thirty-One Collection Boutique Store and to help business actors to minimize the risks that may arise and find out the potential that can be developed in the Thirty-One Collection Boutique Store business.

Face recognition is the biometric personal identification that gaining a lot of attention recently. An increasing need for fast and accurate face expression recognition systems. Facial expression recognition is a system used to identify what expression is displayed by someone. In general, research on facial expression recognition only focuses on adult facial expressions. The introduction of human facial expressions is one of the very fields of research important because it is a blend of feelings and computer applications such as interactions between humans and computers, compressing data, face animation and face image search from a video. This research process recognizes facial expressions for toddlers, precisely for kindergarten students. But before making this research system Comparing three methods namely PCA, Fisherface and LBPH by adopts our new database that contains the face of individuals with a variety of pose and expression. which will be used for facial expression recognition. Fisherface accuracy was obtained at 94%, LBPH 100%, and PCA 48.75%.

Brazilian and Foreign Education (A brief history of internationalization of studies in Brazil) 巴西与国外教育(巴西国际化研究简史)

: In this study, we propose a brief history of the internationalization of studies in Brazil, from colonial times to the present, and we try to glimpse the reasons for this phenomenon. By doing so, we show how the study abroad period is a deeply entrenched cultural practice among Brazilians and that can only be understood if we take into account the place traditionally occupied by foreigners in the reproduction process of local elites. During the development of doctoral research, we analyzed the trajectory of eight Brazilian students who are studying or have studied in France. This study allows us to glimpse at how the phenomenon of internationalization of studies, discussed in this text, from its macro-social perspective, is experienced on an individual scale. Certain stories also reveal that Brazilians traveling to study abroad are generally attracted to a valuable education and experience in Brazil, in the educational, professional and social markets, which does not necessarily mean better quality. Immersed in the process of dismissing diplomas, as a result of another process, namely the "democratization" of access to schools, they believe that staying ensures them a social distinction that can be mobilized in the search for good jobs and in the conquest of prestige, guaranteeing they belong to a class or even allowing them to climb a new social strata. It makes sense, because, in the suburbs, elite reproduction traditionally takes place overseas.

The objectives of the research conducted include; 1) Develop a Salary Distribution Information System to be applied in the process of disbursing the salary of diniyah teachers, 2) Develop a website application that can assist treasurers in the process of distributing salaries appropriately, and 3) Develop a website-based salary assignment application that can make it easier for treasurers to make salary transfer reports. . To obtain data as material for writing research and discussing problems, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, literature review, and design analysis, while in application development using the waterfall method. From the results of research and observations that have been carried out at the Education and Culture Office of Banda Aceh City, the following conclusions can be drawn; 1) With the web-based information system on the distribution of diniyah teachers' salaries at the Banda Aceh City Education and Culture Office and the work on making payroll is precise, and accurate, especially in the personnel department, and getting information about the teacher's salary becomes easier 2) Information system This is able to overcome the problems that often occur at the Education and Culture Office of Banda Aceh City, namely it is difficult to control and supervise employee data and salary preparation which can avoid delays and in making employee salary reports every year and a certain period, and 3) The creation of an information system program in order to obtain quality information.

Various information about college majors has been widely available in print media and on the internet so as to make it easier to get that information. However, the information provided only provides a general description, such as profile, costs, location, and other general information. This information has not fully helped provide input on majors that match the abilities, interests, and preferences of prospective students. the objectives of this research are; to determine the Decision-Making System for Selection of Departments in Higher Education Using the Certainty Factor (CF) Method for Web-Based High School Students, and design a prototype of the Decision-Making System for Selection of Departments in Higher Education Using the Certainty Factor (CF) Method which runs on various operating systems. Based on the results of research and testing on the design of the Decision-Making System for the Selection of Departments in Higher Education using the Certainty Factor (CF) Method for Web-based High School Students that has been carried out by the author, several conclusions can be drawn, namely; This study succeeded in making an expert system design for the selection of majors in higher education for high school students using the Certainty Factor (CF) method and this study succeeded in analyzing the results of the IF THEN ELSE calculation using Certainty Factor (CF).

Village Service Information System 乡村服务信息系统

The purpose of this research is to design and build a Village Service Information System in order to improve the quality of services for village officials and the use of services for village residents. At the application development stage using the Scrum software development method and the application used is Microsoft visual foxpro 9. The results of the research that can be concluded are; 1) The ability and skills of village officials in communicating are still low so that in providing services to the community it does not provide satisfaction for the community, 2) Based on the database and form creation process using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0, 3) Based on the database creation, the name of the database is db_pelayan, and the name the tables are tbl_kk, tbl_ktp, tbl_surat, 4) Based on the form using 7 forms, namely: Population Data Input Form, Family Input Form, Letter Administration Data Input Form, Search Form, Report Form, Login Form.
本研究的目的是设计并构建一个村庄服务信息系统,以提高村官的服务质量和村民对服务的使用。在应用程序开发阶段采用了Scrum软件开发方法,使用的应用程序是Microsoft visual foxpro 9。可以得出的研究结果有:1)村官沟通能力和技能仍然较低,在为社区提供服务时,没有给社区带来满意度;2)基于Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0的数据库和表单创建过程,3)基于数据库创建,数据库名称为db_pelayan,表名称为tbl_kk, tbl_ktp, tbl_surat, 4)基于表单使用7个表单,即:人口数据输入表格,家庭输入表格,信件管理数据输入表格,搜索表格,报告表格,登录表格。

Evaluation of Abulyatama University Website Quality With an Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Approach Based on Webqual 4.0 基于Webqual 4.0的重要性绩效分析(IPA)方法评价中山大学网站质量

The website plays an important role in academic activities such as filling out the Study Plan Card (KRS) and academic schedules. The Abulyatama University website also serves to convey the information needed by students from the university. Given the importance of the role of the Abulyatama University website, it is necessary to carry out an evaluation, especially to find out how the quality of the website is, evaluating the quality of the Abulyatama University website by using an Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach based on WebQual 4.0. The author will apply the Webqual 4.0 method to find out the difference (gap) between actual perceptions and ideal user expectations as measured by the dimensions of information quality, service interaction quality, user interface quality, and usability). Each of these variables will be used to define the purpose of the assessment of a questionnaire on the object of the questionnaire. Based on the research that has been done, several conclusions have been drawn, namely; the results of the analysis of the average value of the level of expectation or importance for the average value of usability on the Abulyatama University website is 3.68, information quality is 3.70, and on service, interaction is the result of an analysis of the level of importance and level of performance, the things that are prioritized for improvement are in quadrant I. quadrant I show the attributes that are considered important by students, but the website manager of Abulyatama University has not provided it optimally or well to students. These attributes are the display according to the type of website (U1), providing reliable information (IQ1), providing fairly detailed information (IQ4), and providing relevant information on the existence of a community atmosphere (SIQ4), and (SQI4), ease of attracting interest and attention (SIQ5), and ease of communication (SIQ6). From these attributes, the manager of the Abulyatama University website must pay attention to so that consumers feel more satisfied and loyal in accessing the information on the Abulyatama University website.

Web-Based Abulyatama Alumni Information System 基于web的Abulyatama校友信息系统

Tracer study is a study of tracer traces of graduates or alumni carried out to alumni after graduation. The obstacle faced by STMIK Abulyatama in conducting a tracer study is at the time of data collection, currently collecting data manually by distributing questionnaires and telephone interviews with alumni and companies. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a complete E-Tracer study service, which can provide information for higher education institutions for the benefit of curriculum improvements, trace alumni in detail and determine user satisfaction of college graduates. The research objectives are; (1) To find out the alumni information system using a web-based programming language, (2) Designing an alumni management information system using Data Flow Diagrams (DAD) and programming languages ​​such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON, PHP and MySQL as databases, and (3) To improve the existing system to be even better, by building an information system that can improve performance on alumni data collection at Abulyatama University. The stages in the research consist of; literature study, data collection, systems analysis, system development, and report generation. Based on the results of the alumni information system analysis, it can be seen that until now it is still done manually. The author can conclude several things, namely; (1) With a Web-Based Alumni Information System, it is hoped that it will make work easier and accurate and more time-efficient information can be obtained, (2) The use of a manual system has limitations in the data search process, because the data is still stored in archive form, ( 3) Difficulty in updating the latest data for publication to the public, and (4) With this application, it is expected to simplify and speed up the administrative process at Abulyatama University.
