This article was made to explore the relationships between Peronism as a philosophy and political practice and other philosophies. It seeks to establish differences among prevailing ideologies in the world -if still anyand the actual actions taken from such ideologies to identify those that are proper of Peronism and their relationship with neoliberalism. A leader of the historical Peronism selected for his background was interviewed to perform a critical analysis of his discourse. It was found that despite the attempts of capitalism to destroy ideological concepts that create intellectual ties among people to turn them into consuming individuals, yet there are social actors who try to achieve equity and harmony among citizens. This finding tends to redeem human values of fraternity and collective fulfillment destroyed by hegemonic mass media of global manipulation that isolate members of a society in order to manipulate them emotionally and block off critical thinking. El presente trabajo pretende centrarse en el análisis profundo del silencio y la poesía como herramientas didácticas. Con ello busca apuntar las razones que hacen de la enseñanza del silencio y la poesía materiales muy valiosos que podemos usar los educadores a la hora de mostrar otros modos de vida más ecológicos, colaborativos y respetuosos con uno mismo y con los otros. Esto es así porque al cultivar el silencio y la lectura de poemas se desarrolla una mirada centrada y atenta, un deseo de cuidado y un profundo respeto hacia aquello que es observado al intentar ser comprendido. Se esbozará asimismo una breve propuesta didáctica de líneas generales a través de la cual se propone introducir en las aulas la práctica del silencio y la lectura/escritura de poemas. Todo ello incidirá en una mayor atención en nuestros procesos humanos, buscando con ello una mejor y más cuidadosa relación de uno consigo mismo, con los otros y con el mundo.

Este documento intenta mostrar que si bien el miedo a que la democracia se convierta en un sistema "mayoritario" es racional, no siempre es realista debido a las inconsistencias inherentes a la idea de "cohesión comunitaria". La noción tradicional de comunidad, constituida por la unidad de raza, religión, cultura o casta, ha sido seriamente cuestionada por el surgimiento de sociedades multiculturales de "ensaladera" que comprenden una variedad de razas, culturas y religiones. Aun cuando las trayectorias de las democracias modernas parecen poner en primer plano la etnicización de su política, no equivale a una etnicización completa de las comunidades en general. Una comunidad completamente unida, si hay una, parece real solo en el ámbito de la imaginación.

This article shows the results produced by going back to the economic model based on loans from the International Monetary Fund and its recommended policies. It covers Argentina's political and legal background as from 1956, when economic policies highlighting foreign capital as a development gateway, prioriziting the market and relegating the State from the economic process began, to the current socio-economic state including the technical and legal tools used for the model's conception and execution in the different periods Argentina joined the IMF. Finally, it argues, in the light of the current economic indicators, the advantages and disadvantages of the neoliberal model for the different sectors of society.

This paper describes experiencing the state of transitional awareness that facilitates the ongoing psychotherapy process within borderline states of concern. The paper focuses on the utilization of the transitional states of awareness so that a person's existential experience of the borderline situation can be transformed. The particular ego-self deficits of the borderline situation are elaborated from an existential self -object relations viewpoint. The borderline concern is profoundly existential and ontological. The transitional space of awareness is the doorway into our embodiment of the field of Being which is the field of Self.

In the present study I describe and analyze two objectives, the first is about opposition and equivalence of the Voynich manuscript coding algorithm with the known in medieval period methods of ciphering. According to the results of my innovative research of the Voynich manuscript was written in medieval Galician (Galician-Portuguese). Its coding algorithm was influenced by the substitution cipher of using a polyalphabetic cipher for the most part of its text, as well as it was definitely influenced by transposition cipher for double ciphered alchemical text. However, it should be mentioned that there are significant differences between the codes that were used in the medieval period and the encoded algorithm of the Voynich manuscript. For the reason that made deciphering more complicated over the centuries, substitution encryption of a polyalphabetic cipher was used partly and simultaneusly with monoalphabetic cipher in addition to uncoded text at all. Therefore the main thing to take into consideration is that the second objective of the most interest in this particular article are parts of the Voynich manuscript texts – marginalies– that were not encrypted at all and their reading.

The Argentine political field of the 21st century has developed in the light of social and cultural modifications both globally and in the local particularity. In line with the above, this century is the scene of the emergence of a new political conformation: Republican Proposal (PRO). Said group is presented with a making and communicating politics´logic different from traditional forms. In this sense, I wonder about the ideological framework and the social values on which the PRO builds a new electoral base. In this way, I seek to investigate the social cohesion of those represented by said political party, focusing on the republican spirit as a builder of a new identity. To do this, I take as a source of study the latest publications of the main political consultants of the mentioned political group, Jaime Duran Barba and Santiago Nieto. Based on the content analysis of their latest publications, as well as conducting an interview with the second consultant, I will seek to account for such political construction. From the aforementioned, I understand the relevance of these lines of research, as it is a proposal postulated as overcoming the divisions of traditional politics. Then, being a new electoral base of ordinary citizens who do not question certain state policies, but who vote convinced a project of a republican country and respectful of a valuation fee. In this way, I seek to contribute to the field of political sociology in Argentina today, as well as to its articulation with spiritual transformations.
