This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kedaung Indah Can Tbk, Surabaya (2) the effect of training on employee performance at PT. Kedaung Indah Can Tbk, Surabaya (3) the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kedaung Indah Can Tbk, Surabaya. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. Kedaung Indah Can Tbk, Surabaya. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, which takes 224 samples. This study aims to determine whether Service Quality and Brand Image affect Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. This research is motivated by the emergence of many motorcycle repair shops which create a competition to attract and retain customers. The quality of service provided and a good corporate image is judged to increase each customer's satisfaction and is expected to be able to deduce loyalty in using the company's services. In this study the respondents used are regular customers, what is meant by regular customers are users of workshop services who have used service services more than twice at AHHAS MPM Motor Bojonegoro. The number of samples is determined by the calculation of Slovin formula and obtained as many as 110 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is path analysis, which has previously been tested for validity, reliability, and classic assumptions. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a direct effect on customer loyalty and indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. While brand image has no direct effect on customer loyalty, but brand image has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Shelter (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT. This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the interest of visiting agai to PD Taman Satwa Zoo Surabaya. This study uses independent variables (X) namely Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4), Person (X5), Process (X6) and Physical Proof (X7), and dependent variable (Y ) Visiting Interest again. The population is all visitors who make a Visiting Interest again to the Surabaya Zoo. Purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from this study indicate simultaneously the product variables, nutrients, promotions, places, people, physical evidence, and the process of influencing the variable of Visiting Interest again. Then partially only product, price, place, people, and process variables that influence Visiting Interest again. While the promotion variable and physical evidence do not affect for Visiting Interest again.
本研究旨在确定营销组合对再次访问泗水PD Taman Satwa动物园的兴趣的影响。本研究使用自变量(X)分别为产品(X1)、价格(X2)、促销(X3)、地点(X4)、人员(X5)、流程(X6)和实物证明(X7),因变量(Y)为再次访问兴趣。人口是所有再次对泗水动物园感兴趣的游客。有目的的抽样技术,共抽样100名受访者。采用的数据分析方法为多元线性回归分析。本研究的结果同时显示了产品变量、营养成分、促销、地点、人、物证和影响再访兴趣变量的过程。然后,部分只有产品、价格、地点、人员和过程变量会再次影响访问兴趣。而促销变量和实物证据对再次访问兴趣没有影响。
