Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang ritel smartphone dan aksesoris yang berlokasi di kota Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. Setiap perusahaan pasti pernah melakukan kegagalan dalam layanan. Namun, yang penting bagi pelanggan, bukan seberapa besar kesalahan yang telah dilakukan, tetapi sejauh mana perusahaan bersedia memperbaiki kondisi itu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Bauran Pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap Volume Penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunkan objek Perusahaan TOPSELL Mojokerto.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kedaung Indah Can Tbk, Surabaya (2) the effect of training on employee performance at PT. Kedaung Indah Can Tbk, Surabaya (3) the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kedaung Indah Can Tbk, Surabaya. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. Kedaung Indah Can Tbk, Surabaya. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, which takes 224 samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient analysis, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial) which is processed using SPSS 20 for windows Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis that simultaneously shows that the independent variables of Training and Work Discipline have a significant influence on the dependent variable Employee Performance, as evidenced by the e. Partially shows that the training variable has a significant influence on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table. The Work Discipline variable partially shows that it has a significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the value of t arithmetic > t table. The variable that has the most dominant influence on Employee Performance is Work Discipline (X2) .

This study aims to determine whether Service Quality and Brand Image affect Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. This research is motivated by the emergence of many motorcycle repair shops which create a competition to attract and retain customers. The quality of service provided and a good corporate image is judged to increase each customer's satisfaction and is expected to be able to deduce loyalty in using the company's services. In this study the respondents used are regular customers, what is meant by regular customers are users of workshop services who have used service services more than twice at AHHAS MPM Motor Bojonegoro. The number of samples is determined by the calculation of Slovin formula and obtained as many as 110 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is path analysis, which has previously been tested for validity, reliability, and classic assumptions. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a direct effect on customer loyalty and indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. While brand image has no direct effect on customer loyalty, but brand image has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Shelter (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT. Shelter (3) the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Shelter. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. Shelter. The sampling technique used Probability sampling by using stratified random sampling and took 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study that Fcount namely H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that the independent variable is Compensation (X1), work motivation (X2), Work discipline (X3) has a significant influence on the Performance variable (Y) of PT. Shelter. Compensation tcount results namely H0 are accepted at a significance level of 5% so that the conclusion is partially the compensation variable (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The result of work motivation is that H0 is rejected at the 5% significance level so the conclusion is partially the Work Motivation variable (X2) has a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). while the results of the Work Discipline Tcount that is H0 rejected at the 5% significance level so that the conclusion is partially the Work Discipline variable (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).
本研究旨在确定(1)薪酬对PT. Shelter员工绩效的影响(2)动机对PT. Shelter员工绩效的影响(3)工作纪律对PT. Shelter员工绩效的影响。本研究方法采用定量方法。研究对象为PT. Shelter的雇员。抽样方法采用分层随机抽样的概率抽样方法,共抽取41名调查对象。使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归分析。根据本研究的结果,Fcount即H0被拒绝,H1被接受,因此可以得出自变量薪酬(X1)、工作动机(X2)、工作纪律(X3)对PT. PENGARUH HARGA DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP MINAT BELI SMARTPHONE SAMSUNG DI SAMSUNG STORE PLASA MARINA SURABAYA

Smartphone is a mobile phone that has features or high-level capabilities that are often in use like a computer. The presence of a smartphone can provide various benefits for its usersso that the public demand for smartphones is increasing and increasing. The purpose of thisstudy was to examine and analyze the effect of price variables (X1) and product variables (X2)on Samsung smartphone purchase interest variables (Y). This type of research uses descriptivequantitative approach. The population in this study is consumers who are interested and buySamsung smartphones at Samsung Store Plaza Marina Surabaya. The number of samplesdetermined was 100 respondents, the sampling method used was non-probability sampling bydetermining the sample using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection methodsthrough questionnaires. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression, with processingtools IBM SPSS Statistics 25. From the results of the study note that the price variable (X1) and promotion (X2)simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchase interest variable (Y) can be seen thatthe F-count (17,874)> F-table (3.09). Besides the price variable (X1) and promotion (X2) thereis also a partially significant influence on buying interest (Y). It can be seen that the pricevariable with a calculated value (4,405)> t table (1,985) and a promotional variable with acalculated value (t) 2,857)> t table (1,985).

This study aims to determine how the influence of E-Service Quality, Brand Image and Harga on Minat Beli Konsumen in Blibli.com Online Shop. In this case the researcher took a sample in the UPN "Veteran of East Java. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study is the Blibli.com UPN "Veteran" Consumer in East Java. The sample uses a purposive sampling method. the sampling technique with the characteristics of consumers who have made purchases at Blibli.com Online Shop 2-3 times. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis techniques per variable and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis using the t test, it is concluded that the E-Service Quality variable partially influences the variable of Minat Beli Konsumen then concluded the Price variable partially effect on Minat Beli Konsumen, Based on the results of the analysis using the F Test, the E-Service Quality, Brand Image and Harga variables were jointly and simultaneously influential and significantly affected the Blibli.com Online Shop Minat Beli Konsumen in the research case in the UPN "Veteran East Java consumer environment.

In this case the researcher took a sample in the UPN \"Veteran of East Java. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study is the Blibli.com UPN \"Veteran\" Consumer in East Java. The sample uses a purposive sampling method. the sampling technique with the characteristics of consumers who have made purchases at Blibli.com Online Shop 2-3 times. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis techniques per variable and multiple linear regression analysis. Human resources is one of the most important reasons which value and support the success of the company. This study is conducted to find out and analyze The Actual Impact Of Motivation And Compensation To Employee's Achievement Of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya This study is kind of descriptive and applied the quantitative research method. Population is all employees with a sample amount of 70 respondents. It uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and research methods using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Based on the results of analysis in this study, 1 there is a simultaneous impact between motivation and compensation to employee's achievement with value F Count > F Table (24.051 > 3.13). 2 There is partial impact of motivation to employee's achievement with result T Count > T Table (6.819 > 1.996). 3 There is partial impact of compensation to employee's achievement with value T Count > T Table (2.129 > 1.996).

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the interest of visiting agai to PD Taman Satwa Zoo Surabaya. This study uses independent variables (X) namely Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4), Person (X5), Process (X6) and Physical Proof (X7), and dependent variable (Y ) Visiting Interest again. The population is all visitors who make a Visiting Interest again to the Surabaya Zoo. Purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from this study indicate simultaneously the product variables, nutrients, promotions, places, people, physical evidence, and the process of influencing the variable of Visiting Interest again. Then partially only product, price, place, people, and process variables that influence Visiting Interest again. While the promotion variable and physical evidence do not affect for Visiting Interest again.
本研究旨在确定营销组合对再次访问泗水PD Taman Satwa动物园的兴趣的影响。本研究使用自变量(X)分别为产品(X1)、价格(X2)、促销(X3)、地点(X4)、人员(X5)、流程(X6)和实物证明(X7),因变量(Y)为再次访问兴趣。人口是所有再次对泗水动物园感兴趣的游客。有目的的抽样技术,共抽样100名受访者。采用的数据分析方法为多元线性回归分析。本研究的结果同时显示了产品变量、营养成分、促销、地点、人、物证和影响再访兴趣变量的过程。然后,部分只有产品、价格、地点、人员和过程变量会再次影响访问兴趣。而促销变量和实物证据对再次访问兴趣没有影响。
