علاقة وتأثير تقنيات إدارة علاقات الزبون في جودة الخدمة: دراسة استطلاعية في دائرة بلدية الدورة 客户关系管理技术对服务质量的关系和影响

يهدف البحث الى تسليط الضوء على طبيعة استخدام تقنيات إدارة علاقات الزبون ومعرفة تأثيرها في جودة الخدمة المُـقَـدَمة من دائرة بلدية الدورة الى المواطنين. اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عبر أداة الاستبانة وقد تم التوصل الى العديد من النتائج، كان أهمها أن لتقنيات إدارة علاقات الزبون تأثيراً واضحــاً على جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها البلدية. وكانت عينة الدراسة عشوائية تتألف من (194) فرداً من العاملين البالغ عددهم (437) فرداً في الإدارات والتخصصات المختلفة (الإدارة العليا والوسطى والتنفيذية)، (الإداريين والمشرفين على الانشطة الخدمية في اقسام البلدية كافة). وتم اعتماد الادوات الإحصائية (معامل الفاكرونباخ، والوسط المرجح، والانحراف المعياري، وتحليل الارتباط، فضلاً عن تحليل الانحدار) وكانت اهم نتائج التحليل الى ان تقنيات إدارة علاقات الزبون لها التأثير الملموس في جودة الخدمة المقدمة للزبون، ويؤدي العمل بها إلى تحسين واضح في كفاءة وجودة الخدمات التي تقدمها الدائرة البلدية. ومن استنتاجات البحث وُجِدَ ان البلدية تعاني من عدم توفر البرمجيات واليد العاملة المختصة بالعمل التقني الخاص بخدمة الزبون على الرغم من توفر الاجهزة المطلوبة، واهم ما تم الايصاء به هو تطوير نظام العمل للنهوض بجودة الخدمات التي يتم تقديمها من خلال تدريب العاملين بصورة أكثر تركيز فضلاً عن الاستفادة من اليد العاملة بصفة أجير يومي الذين هم من ذوي التخصص الإداري التقني.
这项研究的目的是突出说明使用客户关系管理技术的性质,并了解这些技术对课程市政厅向公民提供的服务质量的影响。通过分辨率工具进行的描述性分析研究取得了许多成果,其中最重要的是,客户关系管理技术对市政府提供的服务的质量产生了明显的影响。这项研究的随机抽样包括不同部门和学科(高级、中级和行政管理)的437名雇员中的194人(行政人员和市所有部门的服务活动监督员)。采用了统计工具(vcronbach系数、加权中间值、规范性偏差、相关性分析以及回归分析),最重要的分析结果是,客户关系管理技术对客户服务质量产生了显著影响,并明显提高了市政服务服务的效率和质量。研究结果发现,尽管有必要的设备,但市政府仍然缺乏软件和客户服务技术工作的劳动力,其中最重要的建议是发展劳动制度,以通过更加集中的培训提高所提供的服务的质量,并利用具有技术管理专门性的日薪工人。

يهدف البحث الى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين نظام الذكاء التسويقي والاستراتيجيات التنافسية، وتبرز مشكلة البحث في الاجابة عن التساؤل هل تعتمد الشركات السياحية على نظام الذكاء التسويقي في جمع البيانات عن البيئتين الداخلية والخارجية وعن تحركات المنافسين وتحديد احتياجات الزبائن في تقديم الخدمة؟ ما مستوى اهتمام الإدارة العليا للشركات السياحية بالذكاء التسويقي؟ وقد جرى اختيار عينة من شركات السفر والسياحة العاملة في بغداد والبالغ عددها 123 شركة، وقد استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للقياس واعتمد المنهج التحليلي الوصفي في تحليل اجابات افراد العينة والبالغ عددهم 146 فرداً من المديرين والمسؤولين في شركات السفر والسياحة قيد البحث وقد جرى معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS V.25) وقد توصل البحث الى جملة من الاستنتاجات اهمها وجود علاقة اثر وارتباط بين نظام الذكاء التسويقي وبين الاستراتيجيات التنافسية لشركات السفر والسياحة العاملة في بغداد، كما اوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات كان اهمها ضرورة قيام الشركات السياحية بتطبيق نظام الذكاء التسويقي وتوفير قاعدة معلومات تخص الزبائن واذواقهم وتطورات السوق فضلا عن رصد تحركات المنافسين من اجل توفير المعلومات التسويقية اللازمة لمساعدة المديرين في اتخاذ القرار الصحيح في تطبيق الاستراتيجية التنافسية الملائمة من اجل البقاء والاستمرارية في السوق السياحي.

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور التسويق الڤايروسي في تعزيز ثقة الزبون في قطاع شركات الاتصالات في العراق، باستخدام تقنيات حديثة حول الاتصال والتواصل مع الزبائن، وانطلقت الدراسة من مشكلة تم التعبير عنها بعدد من التساؤلات الفكرية والتطبيقية ، الفلسفة النظرية والدلالات الفكرية للمتغيرات التي تناولتها الدراسة (التسويق الفيروسي وثقة الزبون)، وتعّد من الأطر الفكرية الحديثة على البيئة العراقية، وتم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على شركة آسياسيل للهاتف النقال في العراق، ومن خلال عينة قصدية متكونة من (50) منتسباً يشغلون مناصب إدارية، وقد تم اعتماد المنهج التحليلي الوصفي من خلال تصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات اللازمة، وبرزت أهمية الدراسة من حداثة المتغيرات التي تناولتها، وقد كان اهم النتائج ان هناك تأثيراً للتسويق الڤايروسي في ثقة الزبون، وبناءً على ذلك تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات، التي كان أهمها ضرورة التوجه الى التسويق الالكتروني عبر مختلف الشبكات، ولا سيما ما أظهرته البيئة العراقية من نمو متزايد ومتسارع في استخدام هذه الشبكات، مع ضرورة الاهتمام بالهيكل التنظيمي للشركة عينة الدراسة، الذي يتوجب عليه إدارة الحملة التسويقية عبر موقع الشركة الالكتروني.

The Impact of Information Technology Integration on the Decision-Making Process 信息技术集成对决策过程的影响

In the last decade, information technology tools have witnessed enormous development. Nowadays, they are used in all daily human tasks. Organizations and companies have recently started using information technology tools in all sectors. For example, the decision-making process is an essential task in all organizations. By using information technology components, companies can create a decision-making system that produces more accurate results with less time, effort, and cost. In this paper, the authors describe the role of information technology tools in the decision-making process. The impact of using information technology in the decision-making process was studied at a telecommunications company in Iraq. The authors use a descriptive-analytical method to describe this impact. They adopt a questionnaire to collect information and answer it. The analysis of the answers is done using SPSS. The findings indicate a link between using information technology tools and making sound decisions.

Image Encryption Using Lorenz Chaotic System 基于洛伦兹混沌系统的图像加密

In the age of the Internet, a lot of images are circulated among users, and some of these images contain financial or personal information that requires confidentiality. Encryption algorithms existed for a long time, and the data used was focused on the text data, while the multimedia data was neglected for a long time. In addition, there are significant shortcomings in 3D image coding techniques. This paper proposed a method for image encrypted and decrypted electronically using the Lorenz chaotic system, the supposed algorithm was developed by using the three equations of the Lorenz system, before that, the image pixels are destroyed using reversible shifting and rotating processes to increase the randomness of the encrypted pixels and thus the difficulty of cracking the cipher. Then he supposed technique gave the following results: The average entropy calculation was (7.285) before image encryption and (7.9974) after image encryption with an average NPCR of (99.65%) and UACI was (30.35%) this confirms that the proposed method is reliable and applicable. Moreover, the suggested technique gives the best outcomes when compared to other similar works.

Encryption algorithms existed for a long time, and the data used was focused on the text data, while the multimedia data was neglected for a long time. In addition, there are significant shortcomings in 3D image coding techniques. This paper proposed a method for image encrypted and decrypted electronically using the Lorenz chaotic system, the supposed algorithm was developed by using the three equations of the Lorenz system, before that, the image pixels are destroyed using reversible shifting and rotating processes to increase the randomness of the encrypted pixels and thus the difficulty of cracking the cipher. Then he supposed technique gave the following results: The average entropy calculation was (7.285) before image encryption and (7.9974) after image encryption with an average NPCR of (99.65%) and UACI was (30.35%) this confirms that the proposed method is reliable and applicable. Assessment of Haematological Parameters in Drug-Resistant TB 耐药结核血液学参数的评估

Mycobacterium tuberculosis causes tuberculosis (TB), the world's deadliest infectious illness. In addition to the lungs, bone marrow is also impacted by tuberculosis. Significant haematological abnormalities can be found in TB patients. This means that these haematological markers can be used to assess a patient's diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment outcome. The goals of this study are (a) to assess the hematological characteristics of TB patients, and (b) to examine the impact of rifampin (RIF) resistance on the prevalence of mutations in the whole rpoB gene of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Fifty people participated in the study after being chosen through a systematic random sample process. From each participant, about 4 milliliters of blood were taken from a vein and estimated for the haematological parameters like Hb, WBC, Lymphocyes, neutrophils, Erythrocyte sedimentation rate and platelet count.  Fifty tuberculosis isolates had their whole rpoB genes sequenced so that we could analyze the positions of the codons and the frequency with which they occurred. When compared to healthy controls, the values of hemoglobin and other blood indices were significantly lower or abnormal (p<0.05). ESR values were alarmingly increased in the subjects along with platelets (P value < 0.05).  All of our 25 isolates exhibited four types of mutations at four RRDR positions (codons 510, 516, 522 and 526). We found codons 526 showed a high level (92%) of RIF resistance or mutations when compared to other positions. An easy and affordable way to forecast the progression of the illness and keep track of complications in underdeveloped nations is to test the haematological parameters of tuberculosis patients. RIF resistance is linked to certain mutations in the rpoB gene that may impact how RpoB and RIF interact. These results may be used to create new antibiotics and create cutting-edge diagnostic tools for TB medication resistance.

Nanocomposites for Prosthetic Dental Technology: A Systemic Review 纳米复合材料修复牙科技术:系统综述

In order to obtain the desired outcomes, nanotechnology employs approaches to control shape, size, and texture of elements in the necessary nano scale. It was previously used primarily in the areas of substance chemical productions and physics; however this has changed through the advancement of new technologies. Over time, biological scientists became aware of its numerous benefits and investigated them in their respective fields.To assess current knowledge about nanocomposites and their applications in prosthetic dental technology.On this topic, an electronic systematic review was conducted in various databases (Google Scholar research, Science Direct reports, PubMed studies, and Web of Science data), as well as a hand search of the scientific literature. From 2014 to 2022, published work was collected, analysed, and relevant articles were chosen for inclusion in this review. Nanocomposites and their applications in prosthetic dental technology have been reported in several studies. More than 36 papers were chosen for this review based on their applicability.The findings suggest that current knowledge was adequate to recommend nanocomposites and their applications in prosthetic dental technology for routine laboratory use, with improvements in each of the current nano materials and procedures for prosthetic dental technology.Because of their physical and chemical properties, polymer nanocomposites were suitable for prosthetic restorations; however, careful processing methods, nano materials, laboratory skill, and a strict protocol for prosthetic restoration are required to improve the mechanical and physical properties.

Single Objective Optimization Methods in Electrical Power Systems: A Review 电力系统单目标优化方法综述

Although the scheduling of maintenance tasks for generators is not a new issue, it has recently attracted new attention due to the significant rise in demand for expanding power system size in modern power systems. Generator Maintenance Scheduling (GMS) is a nonlinear optimization problem, highly dimensional and constrained, and determines when power-producing units must undertake well-planned preventative maintenance. The objective function includes binary variables to indicate whether a generator is undergoing maintenance at a given time and is subject to several restrictions described in this paper.  However, the biggest concern of GMS is to produce a precise timetable for preventive maintenance of generating units with low cost and high reliability. Despite that, regrettably, a large volume of research works has accomplished solutions towards a model of GMS with the consideration of either maximizing system reliability or minimizing operation costs as an objective of their research work. This is called Single-Objective Problem (SOP), which involves one objective function that needs to be optimized. SOP is solved by Single-Objective Optimization Method (SOOM). The primary purpose of the research is to present a review of SOOM methods used in solving GMS problems.

The accompanying article manages the undertakings confronting the educator with current information and the arrangement of fundamental abilities, the conceivable outcomes of imaginative instructive advancements in their securing of new information, and the improvement of skill and individual characteristics. Figuring out how to see the impact of these media on the idea of the parts of the enlightening cycle and the positive effect. The problem is to find the best use of Information and Communication Technology media and applications in the management of Educational Institutions at the lowest cost, effort, and time. The purpose of the research is to learn about the impact of Media use of Information and Communication Technology in improving the quality of the teaching process in the classroom (interactive classroom / interactive learning). The methodology used in the research uses the slide program presenting them through a data show device using video, audio, images, and texts, With Which was measured by the results obtained from the tables. As well as the design of an interactive video channel on YouTube and editing using the (Camtasia Studio 9). The large and organized educational process implementation thing the response of the channel's participants was measured by students from the Institute of Technical Trainers in the Department of Electrical Techniques for the first phase of the computer applications and four Classes in the computer lab. By analyzing the results obtained found that the participation rate in the educational program exceeded 74.6% around the rate of watching and interacting with the scientific subjects reached 82.6% Program and channel for the last 60 days.
