Analisis Kegagalan Material Pada Sayap Pesawat Terbang (Review)

This study aims to determine the mechanism of material failure analysis carried out on aircraft wings. The analysis was carried out in the form of visual inspection, macro-fractography, and SEM fractography. The analysis used composition assays with X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectroscopy and Oxford Instruments X-MET 5100, macroscopic analysis with a Nikon SMZ 1500 digital camera and stereo microscope, and higher magnification fractographic analysis was performed using the FEI XL40 SFEG SEM. Based on the analysis carried out, it was found that failure occurred in the components of the aircraft wing, intergranular cracks due to microstructure weakness, were the cause of material failure. Material failure analysis is very important to know and reveal the causes and countermeasures of the components that failure. The form of failure can be in the form of cracks, fractures, corrosion, and others .

CV sektor dengan menggunakan offset printing buku sehingga mesin cetak SM 74 ini menjadi mesin utama dan sangat diandalkan. Biarpun mesin SpeedMaster 74 telah di berlakukan reparasi perbulan nya, akan tetapi SpeedMaster 74 masih menghadapi breakdown saat jam kerja dan Downtime akan terjadi . Selama kurun waktu bulan Oktober 2021 s/d Maret 2022, tercatat telah terjadi sepuluh kali Breakdown dengan total waktu 19,5 jam Downtime. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu tentang efektivitas kinerja SpeedMaster 74. Overall Equipment Effectiveness merupakan pendekatan dalam pengukuran kinerja dan efektivitas mesin yang digunakan. Selanjutnya, untuk mencari penyebab kurangnya efektif akan digunakan perhitungan Six Big Losses, yang berguna untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan. Kedua pendekatan ini merupakan alat pengukur dalam keberhasilan diterapkan nya Total Productive Maintenance. Overall Equipment Effectiveness mesin SpeedMaster 74 bulan Oktober 2021 – Maret 2022 memiliki rerata 84,66%. Dengan Nilai tersebut < standar world class OEE yaitu 85%. Losses terbesar adalah Set Up dan Adjustment Losses yaitu sebesar 36,68% dan Reduced Speed Losses yaitu sebesar 35,24%. CV. HSN adalah perusahaan Garmen yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Karanganyar, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pada beberapa bulan terakhir ini, terjadi retur produk dikarenakan produk tersebut cacat, terutama Atasan Wanita Lengan Panjang. Jumlah produk yang diretur relatif banyak dan dibarengi dengan permintaan dari para customer yang meminta penggantian produk yang diretur tersebut. Dengan adanya kejadian ini perusahaan mengalami kerugian sehingga timbul keinginan untuk memperbaiki sistem produksi yang ada.Aktivitas pengendalian kualitas produk membutuhkan biaya pengendalian kualitas.. Jika terdapat produk cacat dan produk tersebut diperbaiki maka akan timbul yang namanya biaya rework. Biaya ini termasuk  hidden cost yang tidak disadari oleh perusahaan. Selain biaya rework terdapat biaya pencegahan kualitas, yaitu biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan untuk melakukan aktivitas pencegahab timbulnya produk cacat.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan besarnya biaya rework yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan sebesar Rp. 176.195.000. Sedangkan biaya pencegahan kualitas yang harus dikeluarkan adalah sebesar Rp. 64.730.500. Dan jika perusahaan memilih mengeluarkan biaya pencegahan kualitas untuk memperbaiki sistem produksi maka estimasi keuntungan yang didapat sebesar Rp. 825.588.000..

Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Pelayanan Jasa Reparasi Motor di PT Kemakmuran Jaya Mandiri 对PT Jaya Mandiri维修服务的服务质量分析

PT Kemakmuran Jaya Mandiri ialah sebuah usaha yang bergerak di sektor penjualan kendaraan roda dua Honda turut melayani jasa reparasi motor honda. Banyaknya pelanggan yang kurang merasa puas dengan kinerja mekanik dan ruang tunggu yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Dengan permasalahan yang ada perlu dilakukan analisa kepuasan konsumen agar perusahaan mengetahui atribut mana yang akan diperbaiki. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner yang berisikan 15 pertanyaan sebanyak 40 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis dan Lean Service. Importance Perfomance Analysis digunakan untuk mengetahui atribat manakah yang memiliki kepentingan tinggi. Lean Service untuk menghilangkan waste aktivitas yang tidak bernilai tambah. Hasil dari penelitian ini, berdasarkan pada diagram kartesius terdapat 3 atribut pelayanan yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang tinggi namun memiliki kinerja yang rendah. Atribut tersebut yaitu, dimensi daya tanggap, keahlian, dan empati. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dengan membuat usulan berdasarkan metode Lean Service dan penggambungan antara proses pengecekan motor dengan proses konsumen mendaftar serta menghapus pengecekan akhir.Importance Performance,  Kepuasan pelanggan Analysis, Lean Service

Optimasi Penjadwalan Produksi Menggunakan Metode Nawaz Enscore Ham Pada PT XYZ 使用PT XYZ的Nawaz Enscore Ham方法进行生产优化

At PT XYZ there are 19 types of production in a week which are completed with 3 shifts in 7 working days. Improper production planning made PT XYZ's production unable to meet production targets resulting in a lack of products requested by vendors, no scheduling revision efforts were made by PPIC with weekly MPP indicating that the production process was still running even though the number in the first week of the month there was a shortage of production which is so large that the production schedule that does not meet the target will be shifted to another schedule. thus causing production delays. The company's scheduled order of scheduling is Container GM5Z-3B PS, GM5Z-3B PS, Support FR Bumper Side RH, Support FR Bumper LH, T-Belt Cover Protector Base, T-Belt Cover Protector Cover, and Register Inst. Panel No.1 with a makespan value of 1545.76 hours. For this reason, PT XYZ is rescheduled in order to minimize the production completion time (makespan) of the production process. One method that can be used to overcome the problem of production delays which causes the production target is not to be achieved is using the Nawaz Enscore Ham method. The application of the Nawaz, Enscore, and Ham methods with the Shortest Processing Time (SPT) and Longest Processing Time (LPT) resulted in a decrease in mean flowtime and lateness of 1.56% and a reduction in makespan of 23.79 hours with LPT and SPT obtained the value of Efficiency Index ( EI) is 1.01563. From the Relative Error (RE) value, there is a difference of 1.56% which is compared between the NEH algorithm model in this study and the First Come First Service (FCFS) scheduling model.
