There is currently a consensus around the link between research and scientific publications; academic journals are a device for disseminating and disseminating research findings; however, the task has become an intricate and exhausting process for the authors. Due to the above, this inquiry has been raised as a central objective to identify why some specialized journals in Latin America reject scientific articles to help improve the acceptance rates of researchers’ work. For this, descriptive research has been carried out with a quantitative, non-experimental, and cross-sectional design

Evaluación de mecanismos de incentivo para la generación de energía solar distribuida en San Juan, Argentina 评估阿根廷圣胡安分布式太阳能发电的激励机制

The province of San Juan in Argentina presents significant values of solar radiation that stimulate the development of distributed solar photovoltaic generation. Moreover, National Law 27.424 proposes Net Billing as an incentive mechanism for renewable energy sources. This work analyses the profitability of photovoltaic systems in the residential sector under current electricity costs and fare conditions. The analysis allows comparing the leveled cost to generate electricity through photovoltaic generation in contrast to the price of energy consumed from the grid. The results show that, on average, the leveled cost of photovoltaic generation is 20% higher than the average value of the fares for residential users. It is necessary to apply incentive mechanisms as proposed in Law 27.424. to achieve grid parity. In this sense, the impact of the Net Billing mechanism is analyzed and compared with the impact of the Net Metering mechanism. The results show, a priori, that the Net Metering mechanism would be more profitable or economically beneficial for owners of photovoltaic systems. However, this scheme could adversely impact the utilities’ incomes. Finally, discussions on incentive mechanisms are introduced to improve the profitability of photovoltaic systems and to assist the government in making decisions to promote these systems.

Análisis de R&R por atributos que valora cuantitativamente el desempeño de un sistema de inspección visual 通过属性进行R&R分析,定量评估视觉检测系统的性能

The present article proposes a system of a quantitative assessment of the ability of inspectors to make correct decisions, applying an R&R study by attributes, with the method of risk analysis, supported by contingency tables and the Cohen Kappa index. Additionally, it establishes a tool to simplify the required calculations and a proposed inspection method that seeks to reduce the variability associated with the inspection process. In this paper, a simulation study is made. We simulate several quality inspectors and three sceneries. Results show a quality level between 95% and 99% was obtained. It is possible to show that reducing the variability of inspection processes results through standardized methods, criteria equalization, and staff training improves the quality level process. The procedure presented and simulated in this article can be applied in the qualitative inspection, such as manufacturing processes as services processes.

Diseño de prototipo para enchufe inteligente de propósito general 通用智能插头原型设计

Due to the constant growth of global environmental pollution, the sectors related to the electrical industry have focused on finding solutions to achieve efficient energy consumption. Among the devices that have been incorporated to carry out improvements in electricity consumption are smart sockets. This paper presents a prototype for a general-purpose smart socket. The design considers the main components of a smart plug: measurement unit, control unit, processing unit, and communication interface. The prototype is based on free hardware, with easy access, low cost, and consumption. This work successfully developed a device capable of measuring, controlling, and monitoring the electrical behavior of equipment connected to the power grid. Additionally, it incorporates temperature, light, and humidity sensors to complement the electrical measurements. The prototype presented offers the possibility of developing many functionalities and services aimed at energy efficiency on the topic of the Internet of Things (IoT).

Diseño del sistema de compras aeronáuticas para consolidar los canales de suministro en la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana 航空采购系统的设计,以巩固哥伦比亚空军的供应渠道

Este artículo presenta el rediseño de un sistema de compras aeronáuticas para consolidar los canales de suministro en la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana, basado en una reingeniería de procesos que se enfoque en la simplificación de operaciones innecesarias mediante la aplicación de herramientas de ingeniería. El rediseño propuesto se desarrolla en dos fases: la caracterización de las operaciones logísticas del proceso de compras y el diseño de un sistema de inteligencia de negocios. Este planteamiento presenta mejoras considerables en cuando a la planeación y el seguimiento del proceso de compras, y en la reducción de tiempos en la entrega de material aeronáutico, entre otros.

La productividad de los cultivos está regida por complejas interacciones agroclimáticas. En ese sentido, el éxito productivo no sólo depende de la intensidad de los estímulos climáticos sino también de su secuencia temporal durante el ciclo de vida de los cultivos. Entre estos parámetros se encuentran la temperatura, la radiación solar y el agua en el suelo, que son los principales factores meteorológicos que regulan los procesos en las plantas. El objetivo de esta investigación consistió en determinar, a partir de un estudio agroclimático, los efectos de las variables climáticas (temperatura, precipitación y brillo solar) en el cultivo de fríjol (Phaseolus vulgaris) en el municipio de Sibundoy. La evaluación de las variables que inciden en este cultivo se hizo a partir del modelo de simulación Cropwat®. Se encontró que entre los años 2008 y 2011 no hubo cambios significativos en las variables evaluadas, en comparación con el 2014 en el que las condiciones climáticas empezaron a alterar de manera relativa estos cultivos, afectando su rendimiento y producción. Se puede concluir que existe una notable relación entre el clima y la productividad agrícola, debido al incremento de altas temperaturas, fuertes precipitaciones y la intermitencia de fenómenos climáticos; por tanto, los estudios agroclimáticos mediante las estimaciones de análisis computacional permiten inducir a la búsqueda de nuevas alternativas de adaptabilidad frente al cambio climático.

En ese sentido, el éxito productivo no sólo depende de la intensidad de los estímulos climáticos sino también de su secuencia temporal durante el ciclo de vida de los cultivos. Entre estos parámetros se encuentran la temperatura, la radiación solar y el agua en el suelo, que son los principales factores meteorológicos que regulan los procesos en las plantas. El objetivo de esta investigación consistió en determinar, a partir de un estudio agroclimático, los efectos de las variables climáticas (temperatura, precipitación y brillo solar) en el cultivo de fríjol (Phaseolus vulgaris) en el municipio de Sibundoy. La evaluación de las variables que inciden en este cultivo se hizo a partir del modelo de simulación Cropwat®. Se encontró que entre los años 2008 y 2011 no hubo cambios significativos en las variables evaluadas, en comparación con el 2014 en el que las condiciones climáticas empezaron a alterar de manera relativa estos cultivos, afectando su rendimiento y producción. Sistema de inferencia difuso para determinar el perfil de riesgo de los inversionistas en el sistema financiero colombiano 确定哥伦比亚金融系统投资者风险概况的模糊推理系统

Las entidades financieras determinan el perfil de riesgo de los inversionistas mediante encuestas que simplifican en exceso la complejidad en las preferencias del individuo, lo que limita la oferta de sus portafolios hacia sus clientes. De ahí surge la necesidad de emplear métodos alternativos para brindar una mayor pertinencia en los portafolios que ofrecen estas entidades. En ese sentido, se parte de la siguiente pregunta: ¿cómo estructurar un sistema para determinar de forma más adecuada el perfil de riesgo de los inversionistas? Como respuesta, esta investigación desarrolla una propuesta metodológica basada en la lógica difusa, según la cual los inversionistas se categorizan en escalas no discretas de riesgo, considerando la vaguedad y heterogeneidad en las características de cada individuo. Los resultados muestran que el sistema de inferencia difuso propuesto mejora potencialmente la clasificación del perfil de riesgo, capturando las particularidades del inversionista.
