Studi Literatur: Potensi Tanaman Herbal Indonesia sebagai Imunostimulan dan Anti-stress untuk Pencegahan Covid-19 Berbasis Evidence-based Analysis 文献研究:基于不证分析的Covid-19的可行性草药防疫和抗压力

World Health Organization has declared COVID-19 as the global pandemic. Strategies to improve the immune system to prevent infection of SARS-CoV-2 virus need to consider physiological and mental health aspects. Many researches have been discovered that various active components in Indonesian herbal plants may have the potential as immunostimulants and anti-stress which can be used as functional foods. This literature study aims to analyze the strength of scientific evidence related to the effect of polar bioactive compounds in various Indonesian herbal plants on the immune system, cytokines activity and the cortisol hormone to decrease the COVID-19 disease risk. The method used was a systematic review (PRISMA) with evidence-based analysis. This study found 7 types of Indonesian herbal plants which have potential to increase the immune system (CD4+ T cell lymphocytes, CD8+, CD25+, CD68+, B cell lymphocytes, NK cells) and immunoglobulin activity (IgA, IgG, IgE, IgM), lower the activity of proinflammatory cytokines (IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12, IL-13, IL-1β, TNF-α, IFN-γ), help manage stress by suppressing the excessive secretion of cortisol and has anti-inflammatory as well as antioxidant properties.

Uji Determinan Motivasi Wanita Berwirusaha: Studi Empiris Pada Mahasiswi Di Kabupaten Klaten 女性动机导论测试:Klaten区的大学生实证研究

This study aims to test the model whether attitude towards, subjective norms, perceived behavior control in the theory of Planned Behavior have a positive influence on entrepreneurial intentions and behaviors of private university female students in Klaten Regency. The research design was carried out using a quantitative method which explains the causal relationship between one dependent variable which is influenced by three independent variables and one mediating variable. Hypothesis testing is formulated in the model using the multivariate test. The population in the research were all university students in the Klaten Regency area who had started the initial ultra-micro business. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling as many as 180 respondents of female students as initial business actors. The final result of the quantitative model test using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) shows that there is a positive influence on attitude towards entrepreneurship and perceived behavior control on entrepreneurial intentions and behaviors. Meanwhile, one variable in the form of subjective norms does not significantly influence it. Future research can expand the model through testing the antecedents of intention to behavior by developing research designs through experimental research.
本研究旨在检验计划行为理论中的态度、主观规范、感知行为控制是否对克拉登县民办大学女生创业意向和创业行为产生正向影响的模型。研究设计采用定量方法,解释了受三个自变量影响的一个因变量与一个中介变量之间的因果关系。假设检验是在模型中使用多变量检验制定的。研究对象都是克拉滕摄政地区的大学生,他们开始了最初的超微企业。采用有目的抽样的方法,对180名女大学生作为初始商业行为者进行了抽样调查。利用结构方程模型(SEM)进行定量模型检验的最终结果表明,创业态度和感知行为控制对创业意向和创业行为有正向影响。同时,主观规范形式的一个变量对其影响不显著。未来的研究可以通过实验研究开发研究设计,对意向行为的前因进行检验,从而扩展模型。

This study aims to determine the effect of foreign ownership on volatility, trading volume, and stock risk in companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period used was 2018-2020. Samples were taken using a purposive method and obtained a total sample of 21 companies. The data used are secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with a level of significance of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: Foreign ownership has a positive and significant effect on stock return volatility, foreign ownership has no significant effect on trading volume, foreign ownership has a positive and significant effect on stock risk.
本研究旨在确定外资所有权对印度尼西亚证券交易所LQ45指数上市公司的波动性、交易量和股票风险的影响。研究期间为2018-2020年。样本采用有目的的方法,获得了21家公司的总样本。使用的数据为辅助数据。数据分析方法为多元线性回归,显著性水平为0.05。研究结果表明:外资持股对股票收益波动率有正向显著影响,外资持股对交易量无显著影响,外资持股对股票风险有正向显著影响。

Perumusan Strategi Bersaing Pada Laboratorium Klinik Meditest Semarang 在memedist临床实验室的竞争策略制定

Along with the trends of healthy lifestyle in which many people are attentive with their own medical condition, public become more actively check their health. Especially there is Covid-19 pandemic in the present time. Medical check-up can be served by clinical laboratory. This research was performed in Meditest clinical laboratory, located in the city of Semarang. The purpose of this research aims to formulate competitive strategy for Meditest based on definition by Fred R. David. The data used on this research is primary type, gathered by interviewing those responsible to Meditest’s operational activity, such as owner of Meditest, manager, procurement division, marketing division, and lab analyst. Then, the data is processed, beginning from first step using external factor analysis and internal factor analysis, next steps are IE matrix and SWOT matrix, and the final step is QSPM. Result of the research shows that the suitable strategy that can be used by Meditest is market penetration. Marketing and promotion need to be more intense and frequently, especially using popular social media platform so that it makes Meditest to be more known by general public. Also, need to be considered to update several lab equipments that felt dated, replaced with equipments with latest technology, so that those will improve service quality to patients.

Efisiensi Pada Sepeda Listrik Dengan Dinamo Sepeda Sebagai Generator 电动自行车的效率,自行车发电机的发电机

This research refers to the advantages of a bicycle dynamo over an electric bicycle, namely its ability to save fuel. Because this type of vehicle only uses electric current as fuel. Their low prices and similar models of motorbikes ensure that there is no difference between an electric bicycle and a fossil fuel motorbike. Electric vehicles have developed, ranging from two-wheeled, four-wheeled, trains, to carts paired with electric motors that use batteries. The method is done manually and takes the essence of several related references then takes the supporting equations so that it becomes a research innovation in generating a research innovation. Do not forget to also conduct a comparative study of this research with previous research. Research optimization by adding a bicycle dynamo as a generator can save power up to 0.05 What a distance of 300 m. It is proven in research at a distance of 300 m, an E-Bike that uses a bicycle dynamo costs only Rp.4.14 / 300m, an E-Bike that uses a transformer costs Rp.4.2 / 300m. Electric power at a distance of 300 m with a bicycle dynamo consumes 271.59 W while electric power at a distance of 300 m with a step-down transformer consumes 295.02 W, and it is proven that bicycle dynamos are more efficient in consuming electrical energy.
