International experience of forming economic mechanisms of attracting small businesses to public purchases 形成吸引小企业进行公共采购的经济机制的国际经验

The problems of small business working in public procurement markets are discussed. Different approaches and tools developed by countries to solve common problems of small business in the field of public procurement are compared. A tendency to transfer the main weight from preferences to the removal of barriers impede small businesses to work on the public procurement market is identified. The measures of small business support are described during the pandemic COVID-19 period. © 2022 Author(s).
