The causal agent of gray mould Botrytis cinerea is one of the main phytopathogenic fungi limitations in the production of roses. Therefore, it is necessary to apply cleaner products for an adequate disinfection of tools, appliances, equipment and surfaces and thus avoid its dissemination. The aim of this research is to evaluate three commercial disinfectant cleaners: Desogerme_Vegetaux®, Desogerme_Microserre® and PursueTM against B. cinerea in the production of roses. An in vitro assessment conducted determined that the three commercial disinfectant cleaners significantly reduce the growth of the phytopathogen. In fact, the first two disinfectant cleaners retard the growth of mould up to 120 hours and 72 hours respectively. An in vivo assessment conducted in rose stems determined that the product Desogerme_Microserre® presents an 95% efficiency against B. cinerea up to 6 hours after the product application consequently it was the best gray mould control in rose cultivation.

This article is based on the study, the applications of statistical control through the use of linear profiles in obtaining the capacity indexes in order to know if a process is capable and complies with the requested technical specifications, taking into account the tolerances required by the company and customers, as well as the possibility of improving the manufacturing process of a specific item. In this work, it is also sought to see if with the use of these linear profiles a better efficacy in the fungicide process was obtained. On having realized this analysis one concluded that by means of the index of traditional capacity none of the variables was expiring with the specifications needed by the process whereas with the simple method of linear profiles it was more efficient giving satisfactory results, having a centered process.

Currently in the city of Bogota, large amounts of solid waste of plant origin are generated, either by losses in the postharvest centers or by waste generated in commercial establishments, such as restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, among others; Many of these contain high levels of lignin, especially wood in the form of sawdust and shavings; or the bagasse and husks from fruit and vegetables, and waste from the preparation of coffee cups. These materials are optimal in the preparation of substrates, for the production of the fungus Pleurotus ostreatus; since this, presents great lignocellulosic capacity; On the other hand, this organism presents good nutritional and medicinal properties for human consumption, being a very effective means for the utilization of sub products of vegetable origin.
