VDMOS has the features of large input impedance, high switching speed and well heat stability. It has been applied widely to motor drive, switch power supply, automotive electronics and energy saving lamp and so on. Currently, the development of VDMOS in our country is still in the starting stage and the research on it is not mature. This paper aims to designing model and simulation study of VDMOS. About the design, it will be calculated from the formation and parameter. The dosage concentration of any parts of the device will be also devised on the basis of breakdown voltage that meets predicted design. Besides, the dynamic characteristics of VDMOS can be simulated through usage of MEDICI software.

Geomagnetic anomaly filed is a typical two-dimensional irregular dataset, and high-accuracy map is vital foundation of geomagnetic navigation. Traditional interpolating method could be classified into two categories, one is constructing smooth curve or surface through reference points, and another assign different weights on reference points to make estimation. ICSS (Interpolation and Correction step-by-step) method is proposed, which combine multi-fractal with the second category methods, and well improve their low-pass filter characteristic analyzed in this paper. Experimental results show that it could depict the singularity of small scale more accurately and improve mapping precision.
地磁异常场是典型的二维不规则数据集,高精度地磁地图是地磁导航的重要基础。传统的插值方法可分为两类,一类是通过参考点构造光滑曲线或曲面,另一类是对参考点赋予不同的权值进行估计。提出了ICSS (Interpolation and Correction step)方法,将多重分形与第二类方法相结合,很好地改善了本文分析的低通滤波器特性。实验结果表明,该方法能更准确地描述小比例尺的奇异点,提高了制图精度。

Elevator group control system (EGCS) is a complex decision-making system, which has characteristics of multi-objective, randomness and nonlinear. It is difficult to adopt precise mathematical models describing. This paper introduces a new elevator dynamic scheduling system based on reinforcement learning algorithm. We trade reinforcement learning algorithm as the way to learn the optimal strategy in the course of interacting with the environment. Average waiting time and average riding time are optimized indicators. Combine with the value iteration algorithm called Q-learning to construct the whole algorithm for elevator group scheduling. The simulation result shows great superior and feasibility for elevator dynamic scheduling system based on reinforcement learning algorithm.

With the development of pipeline integrity management, testing and evaluation of the oil and gas pipelines inner wall coating receives more and more attention. This system is designed based on the detection of the pipe wall coating, moving car carrying the control detection device in the pipeline for corrosion detection. The test car is designed permanent magnet adsorption, wheeled walking brushless DC motor drive. Mobile control and measurement systems, include hardware and software systems: the hardware control panel using STC12C5A60S2 master chip, carrying the host computer receiving module, driving wall-climbing robot to walk and coating thickness acquisition; the software system consists mainly of C # visual part of the host computer and the next bit microcontroller control program design. The system can achieve to carry corrosion detection device and the romote control module. Coating thickness measurement detection climbing robot can detect in a timely the coating thickness of the pipe wall. The position that the thickness of the coating is not up to requirement timely is positioned, coating thickness measurement detection climbing robot can minimize economic losses.

This paper studies the basic principle and theoretic model of the vibration measurement based on self-mixing interference, and analyzes the feasibility of self-mixing interference measuring micro vibration system theoretically. A self-mixing interference test system was designed and built which were tried. The test results show that the device can get a better self-mixing interference signal, and micro vibration measurement precision can reach 325nm.

In the cement grinding system, the quantity of raw material in the ball mill has an important effect on the cement production. Based on the quantity, the working conditions of the ball mill are divided into three states, the full state, the normal state, the empty state. Normally, it's hard to predict the working station of the ball mill and the precision is low. This paper, least square method and its improved algorithm is used as a new method to judge the working condition of ball mill. A parameter α is added to the finite impulse response model. Through the value of the ball mill working condition can be judged so the operator can change the parameters of the equipment in time and an on-line software is programmed by VC++. As a result, both the quality of the cement and the stability of the equipment are improved.

The S-transform is an very efficient time-frequency representation method. According to the contrast of the traditional methods, the S-transform has a progressive anti-noise property and time-frequency resolution. Making use of the advantage of the S-transform, the characteristic variables of the modulation signal can be gotten, which can be used to distinguish the different type of modulation signals. The simulation experiment results show that the S-transform can express the instantaneous frequency of modulation signals clearly. Through extracting the linear feature, this paper goes deep into scooping out the new characteristic and extracts the character vectors, which can be used to set up a classification and recognition model. It can be used to correctly classify the different type of modulation signals.

Image fusion can be performed at different levels: pixel, feature and decision-making levels. Pixel level image fusion refers to the processing and synergistic combination of information gathered by various imaging sources to provide a better understanding of a scene. The pixel level image fusion is the direct fusion in the original data layer, so the amount of information retained most. Almost all image fusion algorithms developed to date fall into pixel level. This paper provides an overview of the most widely used pixel-level image fusion algorithms and some comments about their relative strengths and weaknesses. Some performance measures practicable for pixel-level image fusion are also discussed. At last, prospects of pixel-level image fusion are made.

Aimed at improving the reliability, real-time and energy-saving of mine ventilator air volume control system. This paper put forward a double fuzzy intelligent control system to self-adjusting ventilator speed based on the result of logical operations, which conclude gas and dust concentration. This system has ARMS3c2440 processor as the core of the monitoring and alarming subsystem, real-time display the gas and coal dust concentration and communication with PC by Ethernet. The simulation and experiment prove that the control system can regulate speed of ventilator automatically and continuously according to concentration change of gas and dust. It saves energy obviously and has higher real-time and reliability.
