Decision support system using decision tree classification can be used for stock trading technical analysis. Technical analysis is a stock analysis method which solely based on interpreting stock's price chart movement or trend. Historical stock prices and volume are used as variable input. The system is built based on financial market technical analysis indicators (Exponential Moving Average, Moving Average Convergence Divergence, Relative Strength Index, Money Flow Index, and parabolic Stop and Reverse). The proposed method is arrange indicators set into decision tree based on stock trading rules and it create buy, hold, and sell classes which represented decisions in trading. Decision classes then are analyzed for their profitability, geometric mean return, and cumulative wealth index. Furthermore sensitivity analysis is added into profitability analysis to obtain more positive value trading in decision making. The research purpose is to enhance decision making in technical stock trading. Compared to the single indicator decision tree multiple indicators offers 20% enhancement in decision making.

Development of information technology had significant contribution to the improvement in education field that is the emergence of e-Learning. As e-Learning implementation become a common practice and the imminent needs for open access toward high quality education become a vivid realization, thus arise a concept of Open Education. Open Education basically is an e-Learning, with core philosophy of learning anywhere, anytime, and for anyone. One of the main issues in the development of Open Education service is the existence of quality assurance. Accordingly, this research aim to propose a metric to measure the quality of Open Education service implemented, which also can served as guideline for developing the service. Based on literature study regarding indicator of high quality learning and e-Learning, along with observation of existing Open Education service, an Open Education Metric can be formulated. Please note that this publication contains only the preliminary idea and effort of our current work for developing such metric.

The aim of optimal power flow is to discover an operating point that minimizes the generation cost while satisfying multiple operating constraints. Over the years, several techniques have been introduced to solve this non-linear optimization problem. In this paper, genetic algorithm deploying optimum non-uniform mutation rate and elitism has been used to solve this problem. After implementation of this algorithm in MATLAB, the data of IEEE 30-bus practical power system and NTDC 32-bus test system of Pakistan have been solved for optimal power flow and results have been compared with the previously used techniques such as; simple genetic algorithm (SGA), linear programming (LP), ant colony optimization (ACO), differential evolution (DE) and artificial bee colony algorithm (ABC). It has been established that the proposed solution proves to be more cost effective than previously used techniques. The proposed technique offers annual cost saving of $6061630.92 for NTDC 32-bus test system. The capital thus saved can be utilized to pay back circular debt and hence the problem of load shedding in Pakistan can be alleviated.

Photovoltaic (PV) technology, as one of renewable energy resource with green technology characteristic, has a great chance to develop in Indonesia since this country has tropical climate. This paper proposed the other method to control of maximum power point tracker for stand-alone photovoltaic system using fuzzy sliding mode control. A DC-DC Cuk converter was chosen to regulate the DC voltage from the PV module. To obtain optimum PV power, duty cycle of Cuk converter was controlled by the 'MPPT_Fuzzy Sliding Mode (MPPT_FSM) controller. PV voltage and current values at the Maximum Power Point (MPP) point, as controller references, were obtained using Perturb and Observe algorithm. It can be concluded from the simulation results that by using MPPT_FSM controller, Cuk converter was able to optimize the PV power, in accordance with its MPP point at V vs. P characteristic curve. In constant load tests, with the input radiation and temperature constant and varied, it was seen that the MPPT_FSM controller was capable to eliminate overshot and reduce oscillations (harmonics) due to the ripple factor of 60%.

A camera rig operator of stereoscopic camera system mostly adjusts a pair of camera manually when trying to make a 3D video that has good image depth. However, the process of this cameras positioning is cumbersome and time-consuming. In this paper, in order to solve those problems we develop a semiautomatic stereoscopic camera system; different from other works where a microcontroller, which considered low-cost and affordable, is employed to handle automation process of the system. Nevertheless, the camera rig operator is still required to carry out some manual processes such as inserting required parameters. In this system, the object distances approach is utilized; some object distance parameters, which obtained by a laser range finder, are entered into mathematical expressions in order to obtain correct positions of two cameras.. Based on experimental results, our proposed system enhances the process of the video capture process. In other words, it reduces the time required for every single scene capture process.

This study investigated the electrical properties of polyaniline nanofiber with molarity dopant variation. The electrical property observed on the polyaniline nanofiber was carried out by using High Precision LCR meter. Polyaniline nanofiber in this study is synthesized by the interfacial polymerization method in 0.32 M Aniline into Toluena with 4mmol APS into HCl solution with molarity between 0.6 M to 2.4 M. The synthesis results were also observed further by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the increase in dopants molarity give effect to the increment of conductivity and diameter fiber of the material.

A photovoltaic (PV)-Grid System integrates electric energy generated by PV modules and a grid. A Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) is required due to PV characteristic. It will force the PV modules produce maximum power in the DC voltage. It is needed an inverter to convert DC into AC voltage and to match the grid voltage. A standard inverter topology used in active filtering is functioned to inject harmonic and reactive power components but it must be able to transmit active power component in PV-Grid System. Instantaneous power concept is often used to control an active power filter due to its simplicity. In this paper, a control method for a three-phase three-legs inverter is proposed. This is based on inverse Clarke Transformation. The inverter is implemented by Voltage Source Inverter (VSI) that is operated as a controlled current source by using a current controller. Inverter output currents will be compared to references produced by inverse Clarke Transformation. To achieve power equilibrium, the voltage of the DC-link is kept constant. The obtained results have proven that all the power generated by the PV modules can be transmitted into the grid.

The work support technology using augmented reality has been researched in the field of manufacturing. It is the technology that can present appropriate instructions to a worker. Thereby, the worker performs a task requiring an advanced skill even if she/he is not an expert. In this technology, most of work instructions are presented while the worker is working. However, there are many manufacturing tasks that is difficult to be retried when it fails. In order to deal with such tasks, a training support technology that a worker can train tasks beforehand using augmented reality is proposed. This technology can present simulated task results according to the motion of the worker. As a simulation result, for example, the worker can see internal state of the work object. And she/he can train as many times as she/he wants. Therefore, her/his skills can be improved through trial and error. In this paper, a concept of task training support technology is introduced. To realize the concept, the pouring task in casting process is selected as a target task and the prototype system is constructed. Then, the evaluation results of pouring task training using the prototype system are reported.

One example of the problems that affect many people's lives is urban regional land planning. Required a collaboration mechanism which based on the ability of decision analysis in determining the spatial policy of the use of the land. This paper contains an individual decision model by using Analytical Hierarchical Process-AHP technique. The model is applied to the case of the selection of the best location Green Open Spaces Samarinda City. Among the eight criteria, namely C1 (land area) is the criterion with the highest weight (0.208), followed by C3 (population=0.152) and then C2 (land prices=143) and so on. Location of Citra Niaga is the most suitable to serve as a green open space, followed by the Ex Kaltim, Mahakam edge, the port area and the around warehouses.

In this study, to evaluate the reliability of network distribution system at Gresik area, Loop Restoration Scheme method is applied. This method is used to control the distribution system on every feeder that has a function to increase the reliability of the system. After applying this method, the information of the reliability level can be obtained and hopefully it will make a good impact. With the LRS method implementation for the PLN distribution system, it will provide a good refinement to the value of reliability index and becomes key point for further application. The reliability index values during normal conditions of PT PLN configuration with the conditions after applying the method of LRS on the distribution system is compared and analyzed. From the result of applied system, it can be informed that the distance is quiet significant and has better results.
