Based on gyrator-C principle, a novel active inductor with high self-resonance frequency, high Q factor and independent adjustment of inductance is proposed in this paper. A varactor is added in parallel with the positive transconductor to improve the tunable range of inductance. A tunable resistor between positive transconductor and negative transconductor is used to generate negative resistance, thus enhance the Q factor. Furthermore, a feedback capacitor is also employed not only to generate negative conductance for enhancing the Q factor, but also to provide negative capacitance for achieving high self- resonance frequency. The results show that the self-resonance frequency is up to 12GHz, the peak Q factor is more than 1300. The peak inductance can be adjusted significantly between 25.1nH-84.8nH with the tuning range of 108.6%, whereas the variation of the peak Q factor is only 1.6%.

This paper presents the simulation of currentvoltage (IV) characteristics and analysis of III-V semiconductors, Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) and Indium Phosphide (InP) homojunction solar cell under standard illumination AirMass-1.5D (AM1.5D) spectrum using MicroTec-simulator. The IV characteristics curves signify the use of GaAs with 86.22% Fill Factor (FF) and 28.5% efficiency than InP with 82.48% FF and 24% efficiency in photovoltaic (PV) unit. The influence of change in doping profile and temperature of GaAs solar cell is simulated for improving the device performance. Due to the substantial increase in base doping concentration, increase in Maximum Power Output (Pm), FF and efficiency have been noticed. We have observed 0.684% per °C decrease in Pm along with 0.1% per °C decrease in efficiency from the GaAs photovoltaic cell.

Intestinal metaplasia is a precancerous lesion, gastric cancer is a very common malignant tumor, and many people die every year from stomach cancer. Early diagnosis of gastric cancer is critical to reducing patient mortality and overall medical burden. However, traditional endoscopic intestinal metaplasia on the gastric mucosa lacks specific performance. Consequently, subtle changes in precancerous intestinal metaplasia are not obvious limiting diagnostic accuracy. As a clinical computer aid in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer, a deep learning framework model called W-Deeplab was proposed for the identification and localization of intestinal metaplasia lesions. It achieves high-precision semantic segmentation of endoscopic images. As a computer aid to clinicians, it can improve the accuracy and efficiency of intestinal metaplasia diagnosis and reduce misdiagnosis.

This paper presents a miniaturized wide stopband planar lowpass filter (LPF) using novel stepped impedance hairpin resonators (SIHRs). By embedding a radial stub inside the stepped impedance hairpin resonator, the resulting resonator can achieve a miniaturized size and broad stopband simultaneously. To validate the designed approach, a microstrip LPF is implemented and tested. The filter features a dimension of 0.158 $lambda$ g $times$ 0.126 $lambda$g, where $lambda$g denotes the waveguide length at the -3-dB cutoff frequency of 1.9 GHz. The measurements demonstrate that the filter offers a 20-dB rejection stopband from 2.45 GHz to 16.3 GHz.

This paper proposes a regeneration and innocent treatment method based on ultrasound cavitation effect for decommissioned sulfur hexafluoride adsorbent. Compared with traditional methods, this method owns lower cost, higher efficiency and better effects. The proposed method mainly regenerates the adsorbent through ultrasound cavitation and conducts innocent treatment of desorbed substance in alkali solution to eliminate the harm to environment. According to this method, it is determined through the experimental study that the optimal treatment time of decommissioned adsorbent with ultrasound cavitation is 20min and the adsorption capacity of renewable adsorbent can be recovered to 85% to 90% which owns extremely high application value.

With the rapid development of internet and mobile internet, delivering ads on the internet has become the main channel for major advertisers. However, the accurate recommendation of online ads is a major problem which plagued advertisers and agencies. By analyzing the unstructured characteristics of online ads and search engine user behavior data, proposed a kind of personalized ads recommendation method based on User-Interest-Behavior model, which can extract the user’s interest preferences by the topic model and generate the recommended list of ads based on the nearest neighbor and user behavior. The experimental results demonstrate that the personalized ads recommendation method based on nearest neighbor and user behavior can recommend personalized ads and have a better performance than the content-based recommendation method.

The government promulgated the compliance policy of net contract vehicles, which raised the cost of drivers. In order to preserve the capacity of the platform, it is necessary to ensure the income of drivers. In order to determine the reasons for the low driver’s income, this paper analyzes the driver’s attributes, driver’s behavior, passenger’s behavior and platform factors, screens the characteristic indicators, and uses decision tree and logistic regression machine learning algorithm to judge the important influencing factors and their influence areas, so as to provide support for the follow-up strategy of enterprises.

Hermetic package technique is employed broadly for the applications with high reliability requirements. The package procedure may induce several effects to thread the performance and reliability of the electronic devices. Meanwhile, radio frequency ICs are sensitive to the electrical stresses due to the high performance. As a result, all the steps of fabrication, package, transportation and assembling are considered for abnormal stresses. Failure analysis of hermetic sealing process for a RF module is investigated in this paper. With the analysis of schematic and hermetic parallel seam sealing process, the optimization method with shorting the hermetic plate and the ground pads is proposed and evaluated. The product yield is improved notably, and also the performance of the module can be optimized with the shielding effect.

This paper discusses the impact of process variation on the accuracy of a digital smart temperature sensor which we designed based on a 0.35um CMOS process without employing any calibration techniques. It’s found that, if the sensor circuit is properly designed, the process variation of MOS transistors has little impact on sensor accuracy in a temperature range of $-40^{circ}mathrm{C} sim 120^{circ}mathrm{C}$, whereas the process variation of on-chip bipolar junction transistors and resistors produce considerable errors.

A LED visible light communication system is proposed based on frequency division multiplexing (FDM) technique. Which can transmit analog and digital signals by different channels with a single LED. The main idea of this system is to modulate above two signals with different frequency carriers, and then add them together through an adder to finally drive a LED. The receiving modulated light signals is amplified, filtered, reshaped, and finally demodulated to restore the original input signal.
