Sparse representation is a hot research topic in the field of biometrics in recent years. Even though the image has different expression and illumination, as well as occlusion, most of the algorithms still have good recognition effect. However, when the image contains illumination and facial expression changes, sparse classification method does not have good robustness. In this paper, we present a method that combination the PCA feature extraction method and sparse representation, which is a simple and effective face recognition algorithm. Based on the sparse concentration index, we propose the index threshold. When the concentration index is lower than the threshold value, we need to choose five training samples which corresponding to the minimum residuals, then construct a new training sample dictionary, and use the reconstructed dictionary to classify the test samples. This method strengthening the verification of abnormal test samples and optimizes the classification strategy. Comparing with the traditional SRC method, the simulation results show that the improved method is better than the SRC classification.

Sinoatrial node field potential is an important electrophysiological signal in cardiac conduction systems. The field potential is highly sensitive to high glucose. With the different effect duration of high glucose, the frequency characteristics of the field potential changes remarkably. In this paper, prediction models were built by using partial least squares (PLS), least squares support vector machine (LSSVM) and back propagation neural network (BPNN) respectively to predict the effect duration of hyperglycemia on sinoatrial node field potential in different glucose concentrations. Meanwhile, the prediction results of the three models were compared. The results showed that the predictive capability of the LSSVM was the highest and the model is very suitable for hyperglycemia effect duration prediction.

Spectral emissivity has important research significance and application value in the fields of national defense and medical science. The network training is carried out on the test samples through the ELM modeling method in this paper, and the results show that the blackbody is band infrared radiation brightness model in the range of 3 ~ 5μm and 8 ∼ 12μm, used to calculate the different wavelengths of blackbody spectral emissivity. The comparison of the standard blackbody shows that the maximum relative error between the spectral emissivity and the actual spectral emissivity of the ELM network model is less than 1%, and the method is applied to the calculation of the target spectral emissivity of the aircraft skin.

In this paper, a modified adaptive fuzzy control with approximation-error-adaptive capability (MAFCAEAC) is proposed to improve dynamic performance of three-phase active power filter (APF). Firstly, the mathematical model of active power filter with parameter perturbation and unknown external disturbance is established. Then based on the direct adaptive fuzzy control structure, the compensation control term based on the fuzzy approximation error is designed to relax the dependence on the assumption that the fuzzy approximation error is square integrable. The adaptive estimation of the fuzzy approximation error is designed to avoid the high gain and chattering problem caused by the previous compensation items. The parameters are derived from the Lyapunov stability analysis to guarantee tracking performance and stability of the closed-loop system. Simulation studies in the MATLAB/SimPower Systems Toolbox demonstrate that the proposed control methods offer a good behavior in both steady state and transient operation during balanced and unbalanced load.

Aiming at the problem that the collision avoidance process of the UVA is the existence of local minima by using the artificial potential field method, a compound vector artificial potential field method is proposed based on the virtual structure and the leader-follower control strategy in the three-dimensional space, which can avoid the obstacle effectively and then track the motion target. The attractive force of the artificial potential field can guide the virtual leader to track the target. At the same time, the follower tracks the leader to keep the formation flight. The effect of the repulsive force can avoid the collision between any two UAVs and arrange the followers evenly distributed on the spherical surface. Moreover, the follower's specific order and position are not required. The collision path of the UAV formation depends on the artificial potential field with the two composite vectors, every UAV can choose the optimal path to avoid the obstacle and reconfigure the regular triangle formation flight after passing the obstacle. The simulation experiment verifies the validity and feasibility of the proposed the collision avoidance control algorithm and provides an idea for the collision avoidance of the Multi-UAV formation.

Aiming at the problem of maximum power point tracking (MPPT) of PV power generation, combined with the purpose of temperature adjustment of rural PV heating system, the MPPT method based on the model of adjustable load resistance matching is proposed. The output characteristics of PV cells and the principle of load matching are analyzed, and the MPPT of PV generation is realized by perturbation and observation (P&O) method. Regarding the heating equipment as the resistive load, a group of resistors with a wide range and small step length which can be controlled by the relay are designed to test. Finally, taking STM32 as the core processor, adjusting the step size and tracking the change of PV output voltage, the controller can track the change of the external environment accurately, that is, it can track the maximum power point of a PV power system effectively.

The exponential stability of the system under the unmeasurable premise variables is proposed. The corresponding controller design of the system is investigated. By using the Multiple Function method, the sufficient conditions for the exponential stability of the closed loop system are studied, and the corresponding design scheme of the switching law is given. The switching strategy satisfies the energy attenuation of the subsystem of the switching time delay fuzzy system in the switching time. Finally, the simulation results show the correctness and effectiveness of the research conclusions.

EM-KF algorithm is very widely used, such as blind source separation and so on. However, due to the lack of research on the more general state space model with input data, it is difficult to apply to the real industrial system. In this paper, the EM-KF algorithm is successfully improved for the more general state space model. A simulation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Aiming at the detection problem of blockage in urban water supply pipelines and drainage pipelines, also the problem to distinguish commonly used pipe components such as lateral connection from the actual blocking conditions. A method based on dual-tree complex wavelet transform and Safe Semi-Supervised Support Vector Machine for blockage recognition is proposed in this paper. The first step of this method is to decompose the acoustic signals obtained from the pipeline by the dual-tree complex wavelet transform, and then convert the acquired components into Sound pressure level. Secondly, the pulse factor and the average acoustic energy density are extracted respectively from the effective components as acoustical features. Finally, the S4VM classifier is applied to cluster and label the untrained data, furthermore the different degree of the blocking is able to identify as well as the pipe components.

This paper investigates mean field games for dynamic production competition. We first introduce a market of many firms with the sticky price and adjustment costs, where the price is disturbed by a Wiener process. By solving forward-backward stochastic differential equations subject to consistent mean field approximations, a set of decentralized strategies is obtained and further shown to be an e-Nash equilibrium.
