The large structure of dataset for sharing for particular target or authenticate target but there are some other parties that can attack on data easily and use that data illegally and can claim that data ownership. Attacker can gain ownership on that sharing data. Due to this original data get modified and quality of data also reduced so this original data is not useful for any extraction information system, it gives irrelevant data or reduced data which is not useful for further processing. To avoid this we used a system Reversible Watermarking which protects data from attack of middle parties while sharing data and also preserve ownership of the data. It avoids data tampering and reduction of data. Quality of data also gets preserved. Feature selection in RRW uses all combinations of features to calculate importance (MI) of the features. Also RRW does not support non-numeric data. We introduced technique which works on nominal data and uses less features for calculation which enhance the speed and accuracy and performance of RRW. In supervised learning, feature's importance depends on co-relation between Feature and class variable, there is no need to consider all combination.

This paper presents the design and implementation of a solar-grid hybrid system that provides an economical and sustainable power supply to the dc loads. Integration of solar system with grid is quite complex and expensive. Yet with this proposed design not only a cheap and simple hybrid system can be achieved but also a reliable, efficient and cost effective one. A charge controller is designed with maximum power point tracking technique using perturb and observe method. The output of the charge controller is connected to one of the input of diode switching circuit. As the loads are considered to be DC only, the AC power supply from the grid is converted to DC by an AC/DC converter and this dc output is connected to the other input of diode switching circuit. This diode switching circuit decides what percentage of solar and grid current are to be delivered to the load. This incorporation of solar and grid system is analysed and observed to see to what extent we can reduce dependency over grid, to save energy and promote usage of green energy by implementing this simple hybrid system.

To select fair and balanced cluster head for cross layer protocol in wireless sensor network, a novel scheme is proposed in this paper. Because LEACH-C and its most of the variants select cluster head by considering energy and distance as a crucial parameter, it can reduce energy consumption of nodes but fail to create balanced cluster. According to the requirement of fair CH selection, we consider residual energy, number of neighbor nodes and one hop neighbor information. The proposed algorithm not only save significant amount of energy but also cover every region of the sensing area in a balanced manner. We evaluate our proposed protocol with two recent clustering approach, one is distributed and another is centralized approach. Matlab simulation result shows that the significant performance improvement over the related schemes achieved by proposed protocol in terms of First Node Death (FND), Last Node Death (LND) and energy consumption.

The study of mereology (parts and wholes) in the context of formal approaches to vagueness can be approached in a number of ways. In the context of rough sets, mereological concepts with a set-theoretic or valuation based ontology acquire complex and diverse behavior. In this research a general rough set framework called granular operator spaces is extended and the nature of parthood in it is explored from a minimally intrusive point of view. This is used to develop counting strategies that help in classifying the framework. The developed methodologies would be useful for drawing involved conclusions about the nature of data (and validity of assumptions about it) from antichains derived from context. The problem addressed is also about whether counting procedures help in confirming that the approximations involved in formation of data are indeed rough approximations?

Rapid urbanization and industrialization has resulted in a sustained degradation of environmental quality parameters. It is important to keep track of various environmental pollution indices so that realistic models can be developed and relevant public policies are created. Traditional methods for air pollution measurement are expensive and have a spatial constraint. With these limitations, air pollution monitoring in broader area is not feasible. However, use of modern low-cost sensors in conjunction with wireless sensor network (WSN) creates an opportunity to collect real time data from different locations and provide detailed pollution map. The main aim of this project is to develop a low cost multi-sensor node for air pollution measurement, and to develop WSN protocols for data gathering and data aggregation protocol. We have designed and fabricated such a board. To maintain data accuracy, calibration of each sensor is performed by comparing data transmission using any of the multiple radio technology with fault-tolerant topology control.

In recent years due to the update of relevant graphical technologies acquiring of 3D reconstructed images from 2D views is getting attention exponentially. Many researchers have therefore tried to develop robust as well as efficient methods to reconstruct 3D models from images. In this paper, we have proposed a method for reconstructing 3D view from multiple images. This approach is based on images which are being taken by calibrated camera. According to the study first we have generated a 3D view from a pair of images which is applicable for other pairs also. Then we have merged the point clouds which has been achieved form the pairs using famous iterative point cloud algorithm in order to gain the final 3D reconstructed view. We have performed several experiments in order to calculate the consistency of the study. For this we have used several databases mostly achieved from Princeton university computer vision group.

This paper proposes a model for an offline handwritten Khmer character recognition. We make use of two dimensional Fourier transformation for feature selection and feed-forward Artificial Neural Net as classification tool. The recognition system allows using the nature of Khmer writing, which is an example of alphasyllabary (Abugida) writing systems. The recognition of the normalized handwritten images has been performed for comparison purposes. The results suggest that the recognition rate increases with reduced feature set.

Continuous and rapid growth of nonlinear load increases the harmonics in power system. The harmonics of energy efficient loads are not discussed much on the performance of the devices in terms of power quality, during the operating condition. These harmonics can cause excessive heat in many appliances, and hence reduce the life span. This paper studies the harmonic impact of different energy efficient residential load. The total harmonics distortion (THD) of each load has been measured.

The increase in real power demand on the distribution side of power system affects the cost of power generation. The main objective is to schedule the total demand among all the units in a thermal plant with minimum fuel cost by applying an intelligent technique. There are many conventional and intelligent techniques which are in practice for the economic dispatch of thermal units. In recent days intelligent techniques are playing key role in many applications because of its simple application. The results obtained by applying Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to 3 and 6 unit test cases are compared to other techniques. PSO is one of the intelligent techniques and is simple in application when compared to other existing intelligent techniques.

Support vector machines (SVM) have become a gold standard method for the classification of brain signals. However, for highly nonlinear and non-stationary signals like Electroencephalography (EEG), conventional SVM is not sufficient to classify the different brain states associated with different cognitive activity. Brain state classification is a challenging task when using standard SVM. Thus, a Kernel-based SVM (k-SVM) has been undertaken in the present study for classification between non-meditation (controlled group) and meditation based EEG. The k-SVM is popularly known as a non-linear classifier. In the present work, a comparative study has been taken up to classify the resting brain state associated with Kriya Yoga meditation practice using SVM and Kernel-SVM (k-SVM). The EEG signals have been captured from ten non-meditators (control group) and 23 meditators group. The results of both SVM and k-SVM have been shown and compared in both the groups. Additionally, the average classification accuracy has been found to be 85.543% for SVM and 90.8259% for k-SVM. The obtained results show that the kernel-based SVM surpassed the conventional SVM in classifying the meditation and non-meditation allied EEG.
