Objective: This article aims to assess Generation Z's entrepreneurial activities in the context of ESG principles and their contributions to sustainable development. It investigates how Zoomers' engagement in various sectors aligns with ESG factors and explores the challenges they face in promoting sustainability within the rapidly changing socio-economic landscape. Methods: A qualitative analysis approach is employed to evaluate the ESG aspects of Generation Z's entrepreneurial behaviors and their impact on sustainable development. Scientific works and data revealing the motives that challenge young people to start and run business are analyzed. The study employs methods of systemic, structural, functional and comparative analysis and synthesis, theoretical modelling and forecasting. Results: The reasons why employable young population does not involve into business activities were put under analysis, at the same time popular trends for entrepreneurial activity of youth are highlighted. The analysis is grounded in the scientific, statistical, regulatory, methodological and empirical materials that reveal the motives and algorithm of business management by representatives of Generation Z. Conclusion: Generation Z's entrepreneurial endeavors, rooted in ESG principles, are pivotal drivers of sustainable development. Their steadfast commitment to environmental responsibility, social inclusivity, and effective governance reflects a dynamic force for positive change. However, they face formidable challenges such as competition from digital ecosystems and limited access to financing. To capitalize on their innovative potential and ensure a sustainable future, fostering an ESG-friendly environment and addressing these hurdles is imperative.

Purpose: The study aimed to demonstrate general governance study development leading to collaborative governance related to youth football development to map the position of collaborative governance studies for youth football development Theoritical framework: This study used the general governance concept leading to the collaborative governance concept related to football development. The correlation is that experts consider collaborative governance to be the exit of chronic social issues (Muslim et al., 2021). Although Indonesian football is not a chronic social issue, minimum national achievements with the resources are ought to have serious measures. Moreover, the public’s expectation for national football achievements is astronomical. Method: This Study Literature Review (SLR) will use the Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) method. It aimed to summarize scientific evidence available concerning the research topic, identify gaps in related studies, and recommend future studies regarding the objective and results of various articles. For substance analysis use Nvivo 12, which was described in the form of a word cloud and cluster analysis. Research mapping was conducted using the Vos Viewer analysis to display the research map of football governance and its interrelationships. Results and Conclusions: The study results showed that football governance studies are abundant in developed football countries, particularly Europe, and mostly focused on club governance, competition governance, and involvement of parties leading to football as an industrial commodity. In Indonesia, football publications merely emerged in 2000, discussing football technical issues and recommending the importance of governance studies. Further governance study development mainly discusses the relationship between the government and the federation. Thus, it is often observed from the conflict perspective. Research implications: There are plenty of opportunities to conduct research with various study focus or concern. Several studies are recommending implementing more extensive involvement and suggesting the importance of various parties in football governance, i.e., conceptually, such studies continuously shift to be closer to the collaborative perspective. Orginality/value: There is no study on youth football development collaborative governance. From the institutional aspect, relationships between related parties are often observed from the conflict perspective. Thus, prioritizing the collaborative governance perspective is urgent.

Objective: The objective of this study is to analyze the shared responsibility of the community, state, and government in ensuring the growth and development of children, especially in the context of challenges posed by the pandemic. The study aims to explore the legal framework and regulations in place to protect the basic rights of children, emphasizing the importance of providing an environment conducive to their future growth and development.
Method: This research adopts a normative juridical approach, focusing on the analysis of legislation and relevant secondary data. The study examines existing laws and regulations pertaining to the protection of children's rights, with a particular orientation toward understanding the legal frameworks established by the government. The method also involves studying regional regulations and academic initiatives such as forming task forces and providing psychologist counseling.
Result: The research reveals that the government, both at the national and regional levels, has implemented laws and regulations to ensure the growth and development of children. These legal frameworks encompass various aspects, including education, social support, and psychological well-being. Additionally, the study identifies the establishment of task forces and counseling programs as proactive measures taken to address the challenges faced by children, especially in the academic field. These initiatives reflect the government's commitment to providing comprehensive support to children, even amidst the disruptions caused by the pandemic.

Objective: The research aims to clarify the natural factors of the Tanjero River Basin. The Tanjero River Basin is located within the complex region in terms of topography in northeastern Iraq, eastern Iraqi Kurdistan region, and southwest of Sulaymaniyah Governorate. It is bordered on the eastern side by the Shahrazur Plain, the Sourin Mountains, and the Kweiza and Azmar Heights. On the western side, it is bordered by the Bernan mountain range, and on the northern side it is adjacent to the starting point of the Doula Rut Heights and Birah Mah Karun Mountain, and it is surrounded from the south by Darbandikhan Lake administratively. Methodology: The current research relied on the descriptive and analytical approach in describing the phenomenon and analyzing it spatially, and the systematic approach in revealing the geographical factors causing the variation in water volume in the Tanjero River Basin and diagnosing the factors affecting it positively or negatively. Results: By presenting the problem, reviewing the data, as well as linking it to the results, it becomes clear to us the clear influence of natural factors on the variation and diversity in the natural characteristics of the Tanjiro Basin in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, and this proves the validity of the study’s hypothesis. Conclusion: The results show that the hydro-climatic budget in the Tanjiro Valley Basin is represented by the Khanaqin and Sulaymaniyah stations, which express the hydro-climatic characteristics in the Tanjiro Valley Basin, as the results of the water budget appear. According to table (1), the basin region is witnessing a water surplus because the effective amounts of rainfall exceed the amounts of evaporation and transpiration in the months “October, December, January, and February.” This surplus is within the Sulaymaniyah station, which represents the feeding area of the Tanjiro Basin. In the north, it was recorded the highest in January at (39.8) mm, while Khanaqin station witnesses a water deficit for all months and does not record any water surplus in its monthly characteristics, which represents the southern region of the basin’s extension range, and for this reason the water flow was described as the northern region in Sulaymaniyah is the recharge area and the southern area with a climate similar to Khanaqin station is the water drainage area of the basin.

The study also emphasized on main diversity dimensions as: diversity climate, organizational justice, identity, values, schema and communication practices in higher educational institutions. Theoretical Framework: This study which deals with the dynamics of diversity in higher educational institutions in Ethiopia is based on the taxonomy of work place diversity used by Tailer (2011). Methods: The study is conducted using descriptive research design and mixed approach. The researchers describe the gender diversities and infer something based on the empirical evidences available. The Universities were selected using convenience sampling and self-administered questionnaires were distributed to respondents. Results and Conclusion: Diversity is one of the buzzwords of our contemporary organizational realm as lack of diversity affects their performance in different perspective. Gender, marital status, age, religion and educational status were the diversity dimensions considered to see the dynamics of diversity. The analysis indicated that Ethiopian higher educational institutions are diversified in terms of the indicated variables and especially are advised to focus on gender and religion diversities. The diversity taxonomy result indicated the following: availability of inclusive climate, fair treatment of employees and hence, they perceive as they are part and parcel of their organization. Furthermore, employees are not subject to stereotyping at work and availability of a clear communication system in Ethiopian higher educational institutions. Finding and Implication: Diversity can manifest in many ways and it is expressed as the differences in race, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, upbringing, and philosophical views are just a few ways in which people can be diverse. Hence, leaders of Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) in Ethiopia thus need to create an environment where people with diverse attributes work together to achieve enhanced organizational performance.

Background: After the 1998 reform, the amendments to the 1945 Constitution which were carried out, have brought about changes in the Indonesian state administration, the recognition, respect and protection of Human Rights (HAM) has become an important change clause in the NRI constitution. Several legal instruments related to protecting women from sexual violence, the latest legal product being Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence, demonstrate this commitment. Objective: The aim of this research is to analyze legal norms in various court decisions regarding the protection of women victims of sexual violence in Indonesia. Next, to look for a comprehensive concept of protection for women victims of sexual violence in national legal policies in Indonesia. Theoretical framework: This article will discuss and analyze the changes brought about by the 1945 Constitution after the amendments, especially regarding the protection of women against sexual violence. The extent to which the amendments to the 1945 Constitution have changed regarding the protection of women victims of sexual violence. There are contradictions regarding the condition of national criminal law regarding protective legal norms and sexual violence. This research proposes that there should be synchronization and harmonization efforts in national criminal law policies, in line with the 1945 Constitution which has been amended to ensure that the protection of women victims of sexual violence can be strategic and effective in Indonesia. In general, it provides benefits to help Indonesia carry out legal arrangements or reforms related to national criminal policies in line with the 1945 Constitution. Method: In this research, normative legal research methods are used to solve the legal problems being faced. This research to use several statutory approaches, a conceptual approach, a historical approach, a comparative approach and an analytical approach.

Objective: This study analyzes the development of global human resources and green economy diplomacy in the Indonesian context and their impact on Global Environmental Governance, focusing on the renewable energy sector and the environment. This research highlights important issues related to environmental sustainability and the Indonesian government's efforts to promote sustainable practices through Global HR development and green economic diplomacy. Methods: The research methodology involves a theoretical analysis and literature review. The HR Global Environmental Competency Model and Green Economic Diplomacy serve as the conceptual frameworks for the analysis. Data collected from various sources, including academic journals, books, government reports, and relevant publications, are systematically analyzed. Results: The analysis reveals the Indonesian government's commitment to sustainable development and the implementation of policies and programs supporting renewable energy, investment in the renewable energy sector, and environmental protection. The HR Global Environmental Competency Model and Green Economic Diplomacy play crucial roles in enhancing human resources and promoting sustainable practices. These initiatives contribute to the strengthening of Global Environmental Governance in Indonesia. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the Indonesian government's efforts in developing global human resources and implementing green economic diplomacy have a positive impact on Global Environmental Governance. However, this research has limitations in terms of its focus on Indonesia's renewable energy sector and the lack of empirical analysis. Future studies should involve empirical research, engage various stakeholders, and conduct comparative studies with other countries to gain a more comprehensive understanding of best practices and challenges in Global Environmental Governance.

Purpose: Religious (Islamic), state and customary laws in Indonesia offer the same concept with different indicators. Islam offers the aspects of religion, descent, wealth, and beauty as elements to be considered. The state adds the aspect of age as a physical and psychological consideration for couples facing marriage. Customary law accommodates all of them by requiring the requirement of customary social strata in marriage. The praxis dialogue of the three laws above in Sasak tribal society is the object of study in this research. Theoretical Framework: Equality in marriage is a religious teaching, some of which is also constructed in local cultural values. The meeting of religious and cultural values sometimes does not go hand in hand, and gets resistance from the community. Conflict theory, social change, and Islamic methodology are used as basic theories. Method: The research used qualitative descriptive-analytical method, by observing the words, actions, and feelings of the informants in the research. Documentation and interviews were used to find the deepest things object of the research. Results: The study found that the equality required in the Sasak traditional marriage system aims to maintain descendants well and intact. However, the social strata requirements imposed in Sasak society have an impact on injustice on the female side and ignore the value of equality between humans. Marriage with mandatory equal conditions in social strata is widely ignored and resisted by the community. Social changes that cover the education system, economy, politics, communication, culture, technology, and other elements of novelty are a trigger for dialogue and resistance to the mandatory requirement of equality in social strata in Sasak traditional marriage. Religion and the state safeguard the legal needs of the community based on equality, justice and partiality. Conclusions: In principle, both religious law (Islam), customary law and state law aims to protect citizens and help them to achieve the goals of marriage. However, the meeting of the local values of a particular culture with the universal values of religion and the state is often not in harmony. Local culture values are still restrained by the old culture (feudalism), while religious and state laws tend to be open. With the opening of access to education, the mindset of the community has changed, which is also in line with the accelerated development program in Lombok.

Purpose: The study aims to investigate how knowledge management (KM) practices impact JS among Moroccan employees, while also exploring the mediating role of organizational commitment (OC) in this relationship.
Theoretical framework: The study draws upon established theories in KM, job satisfaction (JS), and OC. It suggests that effective KM practices can enhance JS and that OC acts as a mediator in this relationship.
Design/Methodology/Approach: This study employs a deductive approach and quantitative research design to explore the relationship between KM practices and JS in Moroccan SMEs. Data from 175 respondents were analyzed using linear regression with the assistance of the SPSS statistical software.
Findings: Effective KM practices positively impact job satisfaction (JS) in Moroccan SMEs. Additionally, organizational commitment (OC) acts as a mediator between KM practices and JS. Implementing successful KM strategies and fostering employee commitment can enhance JS in Moroccan SMEs.
Research, practical & social implications: The study's implications highlight that implementing effective KM practices in Moroccan SMEs can have far-reaching benefits, including increased JS, enhanced productivity, improved talent attraction, and positive contributions to socio-economic development, emphasizing the significance of KM for organizational success and broader societal advancement.

Objective: This study endeavors to investigate the influence of psychological safety and availability on the engagement levels of administrative staff in national universities in the Western province of Sri Lanka, in the backdrop of employee mental health challenges exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: Employing a quantitative approach, primary data was gathered through the administration of a questionnaire via Google Forms to the targeted sample, achieving a 55.3% response rate from a sample size of 132. Results: The analysis revealed that self-consciousness did not significantly impact employee engagement, whereas self-efficacy exerted a substantial positive influence. Research Implications: The findings shed light on the crucial role of self-efficacy in fostering employee engagement amidst global health crises, extending the discourse on psychological determinants of employee engagement particularly in an academic administrative context. Practical Implications: The results advocate for higher education authorities to initiate measures aimed at enhancing the skills, competencies, and abilities of university administrative staff to bolster engagement levels and, by extension, the overall productivity and effectiveness of administrative operations within the university setting. Social Implications: Enhanced engagement among university administrative staff could potentially lead to a more conducive learning environment, thereby indirectly contributing to the broader educational ecosystem. Originality/Value: This investigation, situated in a unique socio-geographical and organizational context, enriches the global narrative on employee engagement and psychological well-being, especially amidst unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
