Objective: This research examines the reconstruction of the concept of criminal sanctions in the juvenile justice system with a focus on rehabilitative approaches and protecting children's rights. Theoretical framework: International scientific reports, articles, and publications served as the basis for the theoretical contents. Additionally, actual materials from criminal cases were used to explain the issue under investigation in a more thorough and objective manner. Method: Used to analyze the experiences, views, perceptions, and social context involved in the research subjects. This research involved interviews with legal practitioners, judges, social workers, and individuals related to juvenile justice cases, as well as collecting data from legal documents such as court decisions and related legislation. The data collection process begins with the selection of key informants who have knowledge and experience in the juvenile justice system. Results and conclusion: The research findings indicate that traditional criminal sanctions are less effective in changing children's behavior and may exacerbate their situation. Therefore, the recommendation is to change the concept of criminal sanctions in the juvenile justice system to prioritize rehabilitative, educational and social reintegration approaches. The need to respect children's rights, the principles of restorative justice, and community protection are also stressed. Comparison with the adult justice system shows that the juvenile justice system is more focused on rehabilitation and education. In conclusion, the concept of criminal sanctions in the juvenile justice system has a major impact on the effectiveness of the rehabilitation of juvenile offenders and the protection of their rights, with the importance of prioritizing rehabilitative approaches and children's rights in the application of criminal sanctions. Originality/value: The juvenile justice system is an important aspect of the legal system which aims to protect, educate and rehabilitate children involved in criminal acts. The concept of criminal sanctions in the context of juvenile justice has a very crucial role in achieving these goals. Children as a vulnerable group require a different legal approach to adults, considering their limitations in terms of experience, cognitive capacity, and physical and emotional development. In dealing with the complexity of juvenile crimes, it is necessary to adopt an approach that is more educational and supportive of children's development, rather than merely punishing.

Objective: The present study aims to investigate the transformative influence of social media usage on entrepreneurial opportunity, recognition and exploitation in the unique context of Manipur, a northeastern state of India. This research aims to offer valuable insights into the dynamics of social media and entrepreneurship in a region which is characterized by its unique opportunities and challenges, ultimately contributing to a deeper understanding of the role of digital technology in fostering entrepreneurial growth.
Theoretical Framework: This study is guided by seven hypotheses that lay the theoretical foundation, investigating the relationships among specific variables. The independent variable under study is the Social Media Usage (SMU) which is assumed to influence several aspects of entrepreneurial activity. Simultaneously, the study considers Prior Knowledge (PK), Entrepreneurial Alertness (EA) and Enhancing Social Networks (ESN) as intermediary variables, shaping the pathway from social media usage to entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and exploitation.
Method: The authors surveyed 185 entrepreneurs in Manipur, India. Our study applied quantitative approaches to process data through PLS SEM.
Results: The results of our study reveal that social media significantly enhances both entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and exploitation, as well as prior knowledge. However, Contrary to expectations, prior knowledge negatively influences entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and exploitation. Further, social media positively affects entrepreneurial alertness and has a significant impact on expanding social networks. However, the unexpected negative relationship between social networks and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and exploitation was observed.
Conclusion: In the context of Manipur, India, our study highlights social media’s pivotal role in boosting entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and exploitation, alongside positively affecting prior knowledge and alertness. However, the unexpected negative influence of prior knowledge and the surprising negative relationship between social networks and opportunities necessities further investigation.

Purpose: The discourse around inclusive education has garnered significant attention within the global education industry. The educational landscape for children with disabilities has undergone a transformation, transitioning from the practise of segregating them in inclusive education to embracing their inclusion within general education schools and classrooms .By reviewing the development of inclusive education as well as the development of China's education system and inclusive education, this study finds the problems of inclusive education in China and the necessity of developing inclusive education in China. Theoretical framework: Inclusive education is designed in a number of areas such as the improvement of the educational system, educational management, teacher performance, and teacher identity. Therefore, this study will also be related to human capital theory, identity theory, and SLR theory. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research methodology was divided into three stages. The first step was to collect and review existing literature and studies. Secondly. The literature was categorised and reviewed separately. The third step is to analyse and draw conclusions. This stage includes a detailed description of the research questions and the conclusions drawn. Findings: Inclusive education is a global concern, as it is in China. Although China's education system has made significant progress in recent decades, the development of inclusive education remains imperfect, and the Chinese government still needs to formulate policies to promote inclusive education. Research, practical & social implications: This study focuses entirely on analyzing the development of inclusive education in China while filling a gap in the systematic review of inclusive education in China. As China's education system continues to improve, it is crucial to study the development of inclusive education in China. Addressing this issue will help China build a more complete education system. Originality/Value: The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for Chinese scholars studying inclusive education. In response to the results of this paper, the follow-up effects include further research based on this. In particular, the issue of educational management of inclusive education is also an area where this study may have an impact. This study is also expected to become formalised discussion material for the field of university, and in particular, educational management research.
