This study was conducted to determine the role of the district Head in the guidance of village supervision in the rule since 2015 from removing the village funds until now. District in law No.23 of 2014 on Regional Government is part of the region of District/City. In this district law is a regional/city regional device that executes government affairs that become the authority of the region and also the administrative task. However, the existence of the district has been often regarded as a confusing government unit. The issuance of Law No.6 of 2014 on village makes the government should replicate the district role, whit the existence of the contemporarial government of whether the government is district only serve as a facilitator alone or still get authority to oversee village funds, from the results of this study the Koowerow District Government of Buluanop is work of activities (Kun-Ker) and evaluation which is a direct duration of the district, work visits and evaluation which is a regular activity of the district government in overseeing the implementation of village funds, conducted by coming to monitor as well as check the activities implemented by the village apparatus, administrative checks, liquid funds, the allocation of village funds, checking the construction of the village from measuring the land to the checking of the building. However, the supervision is only to monitor the village funds to the extent of the ones and do whether the completeness of the data is available, since there is no continuous surveillance of the district, subsequent supervision is directly done by APIP regency/city. The district government also performs indirect control checking the document-document of the village which is always reported to the district, both RPJMDes, RKPDes, BKK, and others, so indirectly the district also oversees the village finance through the reported document.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between employee well-being and remote work engagement and to develop a model depicting the relationship between employee well-being and remote work engagement. This study was conducted through a literature review of national and international journal articles published from 1983 to 2023 which were carefully selected, analyzed, and reviewed. The result of the literature review indicates a positive relationship between employee well-being and remote work engagement. Some factors that can improve employee well-being comprise of organizational support, workplace environment and atmosphere, emotional intelligence, and job demands. This study concluded that an employee that able to quickly adapt to workplace environment and condition changes (flexible working arrangement) will increase their well-being and lead to an increase in remote work engagement. The relationship model between employee well-being and remote work engagement developed in this study will serve as the basis for future research to empirically examine the causal relationship between these two variables.

One way to succeed in village development is to increase village income. The size of the village income is influenced by the strategy undertaken by BUMDES in managing and maximizing the assets in the village. The Village (BUMDES) is a business entity whose capital is wholly or most of the capital owned by the village through direct participation from village assets that are separated in order to manage assets, services, and other businesses for the greatest welfare of the village community. The research design uses historical qualitative research methods. The variables studied were the BUMDes strategy and the increase in village original income. Data collection techniques using study documentation, observation and interviews. Informants taken in this study were the Village Head, Director of BUMDes, and the village community of Bojonggede. This paper describes the management strategy carried out by BUMDES in increasing village income. The strategies carried out by the Bojonggede Prosperous BUMDES are strategy formulation, strategy implementation. The strategy was carried out by the BUMDES of Bojonggede Village both in the field of goods and services. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the management strategy that has been carried out by the prosperous Bojonggede BUMDes cannot run well because the prosperous Bojonggede BUMDes cannot increase the original income of Bojonggede Village in 2019.

This study is focused on knowing and understanding the phenomenon that occurs regarding participation of public society as a strategy to realize good governance in improving the development of educational infrastructure and what is the factors that affect the level of public society’s participation. According to the research focus, this type of research is descriptive qualitative, which provides a real description of public society’s participation. The data presented in this study are primary and secondary data, which were collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique of this research uses the Miles and Huberman technique, it is from data collection, data reduction or data processing, verification and then data presentation. The results of research and discussion, it is known that in improving the development of educational infrastructure in Cipinang Village, Rumpin District, Bogor Regency, there are still people who are not aware of the importance of participation. Community participation is carried out in 4 (four) forms from the stages of decision making, implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation, and utilization of development results. In its implementation there are inhibiting factors, namely the lack of socialization, cultural factors and economic factors. While the supporting factors are the availability of discussion forums and opportunities provided by the Village Government to the community. Various complaints and problems arising from the services made by the Population and Civil Administration Office of South Jakarta, the performance of the organization is still not maximally seen in the non-conformity of the standard time of completion of the service that has been set. The research method used is survey method with regression and correlation analysis approach. Samples consisting of 102 respondents who have been determined. The result showed correlation between organizational communication climate with organizational performance obtained by R Square that is equal to 54,5% and the rest 45,5% contribution by other variable, correlation between job satisfaction to organizational performance obtained by R Square that is equal to 53,5% and the rest equal to 46.5% contribution by other variables, the correlation between the organizational communication climate and job satisfaction together to organizational performance obtained R Square that is equal to 72.8% and the rest of 27.2% contribution by other variables.

Bureaucratic reform is a big job that requires large resources, earnest efforts and strong commitment from all levels of government management. Bureaucratic reform must be able to mobilize the full potential of the Indonesian nation, first of all we should clean up bureaucratic diseases, and if it is not immediately resolved it can cause the government not going well, because it reduces trust in the community. Therefore, the Government of Indonesia is currently carrying out bureaucratic reforms that must make corrections and retrace the ethics of the bureaucracy or public administration. Bureaucratic ethics related to the mentality and morality of the bureaucratic apparatus in carrying out government functions, because many cases of ASN in Indonesia involve problems related to bureaucratic ethics, the most common in Indonesia is corruption. Many cases of corruption prove that Indonesia's bureaucratic ethics is still weak and requires improvement in bureaucratic ethics. Apart from that, in government it is also known as administrative or bureaucratic neutrality. The neutrality of the bureaucracy is not a new thing, but with state administration as an organ of the bureaucracy in Indonesia it will definitely be neutral. According to Sondang P, the bureaucracy must be neutral, meaning that this principle is interpreted by saying that the government bureaucracy must continue to function properly, regardless of the influence of the prevailing political parties.

Bureaucratic reform must be able to mobilize the full potential of the Indonesian nation, first of all we should clean up bureaucratic diseases, and if it is not immediately resolved it can cause the government not going well, because it reduces trust in the community. Therefore, the Government of Indonesia is currently carrying out bureaucratic reforms that must make corrections and retrace the ethics of the bureaucracy or public administration. Bureaucratic ethics related to the mentality and morality of the bureaucratic apparatus in carrying out government functions, because many cases of ASN in Indonesia involve problems related to bureaucratic ethics, the most common in Indonesia is corruption. Many cases of corruption prove that Indonesia's bureaucratic ethics is still weak and requires improvement in bureaucratic ethics. Apart from that, in government it is also known as administrative or bureaucratic neutrality. The neutrality of the bureaucracy is not a new thing, but with state administration as an organ of the bureaucracy in Indonesia it will definitely be neutral. Many research in knowledge sharing has focused their attention on the roles of information and technology factor. Recently, there is a consideration that human factors such as social interaction, trust and leadership play keyroles in knowledge sharing behavior. This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting emplyees knowledge sharing within an organization by combining transformational leadership and trust as predictor of knowledge sharing behavior. This research used survey ethod, and take 99 employees of PT. Bina Karya Jakarta as sample. The instruments to get data was quistionnaire of Likert's Scale, that consisted of leadership scale, organizaional trust scale, managerial trust, co-worker trust scale and knowledge sharing scale. The research found that transformational leadership, organizaional trust, management trust and co-worker trust together have significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior with r=0,264. The regression coefficient also shows there is only the co-worker trust that have the most significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior. These findings ned to be discussed for futher research especially to gain understanding about the role trasformational leadership and trust on knowledge sharing that vary, depends on the situation and condition.
许多关于知识共享的研究都把注意力集中在信息和技术因素的作用上。近年来,社会互动、信任和领导等人为因素在知识共享行为中起着关键作用。本研究旨在结合变革型领导和信任作为知识共享行为的预测因子,探讨组织内部员工知识共享的影响因素。本研究采用调查法,以PT. Bina Karya Jakarta的99名员工为样本。获取数据的工具为李克特量表(Likert’s Scale),该量表由领导力量表、组织信任量表、管理者信任量表、同事信任量表和知识共享量表组成。研究发现,变革型领导、组织信任、管理层信任和同事信任共同对知识共享行为有显著影响,r= 0.264。回归系数也显示,只有同事信任对知识分享行为的影响最为显著。这些发现需要进一步的研究来讨论,特别是了解变革型领导和信任对知识共享的作用,这取决于情况和条件。

The qualitative approach wasused by examining various literature sources, namley: books, international scientific journals and research results. The literature review results were described transformational leadership model and servant leadership models, the difference between both leadership models and hot wo combine those models in leadership research area.
