The objective of this research is to investigate the correlation between the development of market knowledge and cross-functional marketing capabilities, along with the concept of marketing ambidexterity. It aims to evaluate the factors that impact marketing performance in the handicraft industry in Kediri, East Java. The research methodology employed in this study is quantitative research and a sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique using 102 samples. The findings of this study demonstrate that market knowledge has a direct impact on enhancing cross-functional marketing capabilities, market knowledge can drive direct marketing ambidexterity and marketing ambidexterity can drive marketing performance. Firms must possess the capability to execute ambidexterity practices and talents within their respective marketplaces to attain exceptional performance.

Decision making is an important element in a company because it concerns what will be faced in the future. Activities to buy or rent fixed assets are carried out to expand the business sector so that consumer demand can be met optimally. The aim of this research is to analyze appropriate decision-making alternatives to be made to add fixed assets to CV. Esamanta. This research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach by analyzing the facts that occur and the theories or regulations applied in the field. The research results show that CV. It is more profitable for Esamanta to choose the alternative of renting a vehicle compared to buying a vehicle. By renting a vehicle, the company can save costs of IDR. 44,609,850 in 2024 – 2028 or over the useful life of the vehicle according to company policy, which is 5 years.

This research aims to determine the influence of the need for self-actualization, personal control and interpersonal communication on work performance at the Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, North Sulawesi Province. Data collection carried out in this research used a questionnaire, with multiple linear analysis techniques. The questionnaire in this research is divided into two parts, the first contains information about the respondent's personal data and the second contains information about the research variables, namely Self-Actualization Needs, Personal Control, Interpersonal Communication, and Work Performance. This research uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this research uses a simple random sampling technique which is a random sampling technique. The results of this research found that self-actualization has a positive and significant effect on work performance, personal control has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on work performance.

This research aims to determine whether tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness and trust in the tax authorities have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying rural and urban land and building taxes (PBB-P2) in Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The number of samples used was 97 respondents using a sample collection method, namely probability sampling, using a simple random sample technique collected through a questionnaire (google form). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this research show that tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness and trust in the tax authorities have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes in Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency.

The aim of this research is to find out whether clarity of budget targets and decentralization have a partial and simultaneous effect on local government performance. This hypothesis was tested using the t test and f test. The research sample consisted of 31 employees, namely ASN in the Secretariat sector, Legal and Personnel Sub-Section, and Planning and Finance Sub-Section, and the Head of the Department of Industry and Trade. The research method uses a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis where the data analysis process is carried out using SPSS version 26 computer technology. The results of this research show that clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on local government performance, while partial decentralization has no effect on performance. local government; Furthermore, clarity of budget targets and decentralization simultaneously influence regional government performance.

This study aims to determine the panelists' preference for coffee packaged with edible film, the level of microbial contamination, and the characteristics of the edible film. This study is a quantitative study (experimental) using a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments with 3 replications, namely control, 5% pandan, 10% pandan, and 15% pandan. Parameters observed included hedonic tests (color, scent, taste, and texture), microbial contamination tests (Mold/Yeast), and Edible film characteristics. The data obtained from the results of this study were analyzed using SPSS software with the technique of analysis variance (ANOVA) followed by Duncan's further test. The results showed that the addition of 15% pandan extract was the most preferred edible film by panelists and the best treatment in inhibiting the growth of microbes on the edible film, as well as affecting the characteristics of the edible film (tensile strength, elongation, solubility, and thickness).

This research is classroom action research which aims to improve the learning outcomes of class XI students at ATPH SMKN 1 Mamasa. The independent variable in this research is a discussion-based learning method, while the dependent variable is the learning outcomes in the fruit crop agribusiness subject class XI ATPH Smkn 1 Mamasa. The population in this study were all students at SMKN 1 Mamasa, while the sample was 26 students, precisely in the ATPH class at SMKN 1 Mamasa. The research results show that discussion-based learning methods can improve student learning outcomes in fruit crop agribusiness subjects. In the first cycle the post-test average was 63.8%, while the second cycle post-test average was 80.7%. It can be concluded that the application of discussion-based learning methods can improve the learning outcomes of class XI ATPH SMKN 1 Mamasa students.

This research aims to examine and analyze Teacher Creativity Skills in Overcoming Limited Learning Facilities at SMP Negeri 6 South Halmahera. This paper was written using library research techniques. Reference materials used in this essay include published books and scientific publications. The purpose of this article is to learn how teachers at SMP Negeri 6 South Halmahera use their creativity to overcome classroom shortages. Findings According to research, 1) skills learning resources and infrastructure are inadequate; 2) the condition of the infrastructure is not good due to the age of the equipment; and 3) the teacher's creative attitude is shown by his ability to recognize problems and look for concepts in skills learning.
