Impacto del Programa Aprendo en Casa en estudiantes del nivel inicial en el distrito de Corrales - Perú: Un análisis desde la perspectiva parental 家庭学习计划对秘鲁科拉莱斯地区初级学生的影响:家长视角的分析

The objective of the study carried out was to discuss the effectiveness of the Aprendo en Casa Program in the students of the initial level of the Corrales district from the perspective of the parent, this work was carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic, in which education was faced great challenges around the world. Initial education teachers have had to quickly adapt to remote classes to ensure continuity of learning for their students. In this context, the Aprendo en Casa Program has been implemented as a fundamental strategy to facilitate distance education and ensure that preschool-age children can continue to develop their skills and knowledge from home. The methodology used was non-experimental, quantitative, of a simple descriptive type. Data collection was carried out by applying a Likert-type questionnaire to 44 parents of children enrolled in the Santa Rosa de Lima educational institution in the Corrales district. The results obtained indicate that the Aprendo en Casa Program, according to the evaluation of the parents, obtained efciency levels such as Excellent in the objectives dimension with 55%, in the activity dimension with 80% and in the material dimension educational with 40%. It was concluded that the I learn at home program is an excellent and effective tool for remote classes.

The need for the constant preparation of teachers in accordance with the demands of the rapid scientic and technological development that contemporary times impose, constitutes for the education sector an unavoidable need in which researchers and teachers as a challenge are dedicated, to develop the teaching-educational process contextualized and with quality. The following review seeks to identify theteacher's competencies for handling situations of aggression among peers. It is concluded the importance of knowing the different cognitive, procedural and attitudinal actions to promote behaviors that allow the formation of attitudes and personal and social values in students.

Feminicidio en Mujeres Víctimas de Violencia durante la Pandemia en Perú 秘鲁大流行期间暴力妇女受害者的女性谋杀

The femicide in women victims of violence during the pandemic in Peru, aims to determine the increase in femicide during the pandemic. Femicide has been taking place for a long time, since this is an extreme point where many women have a violent death, this can be caused by their partner or ex-partner, and often by unknown persons with no link to the victims. Likewise, there are different types of victims and the typology of femicides. The sample was made up of all the women who were victims of femicide during the 2020 pandemic, a total of 137 cases of femicide in Peru, where they have been classied according to the place where the case occurred (macro-regions), their age (age group at they belong) and how the femicide occurred. The researchdesignisnon-experimentalwithaquantitative,descriptiveandretrospective approach. The search was carried out in information portals at the Peru level, thus nding that the INEI 2021 statistics book was the one that provided the most precise information regarding cases of femicide in Peru. In relation to the results obtained, a variation of cases of femicide during the pandemic in relation to previous years of -4% is observed. Being the most prevalent intimate femicide with ages from 18 to 29 years, thus stating that the victims suffered physical violence before the femicide was carried out.

Marketing digital en Agencias de Viajes y satisfacción de turistas en la provincia de Tumbes Tumbes省旅行社的数字营销和游客满意度

The objective of this study was to "determine how digital marketing is used in tourism intermediation companies in the district of Tumbes to achieve tourist satisfaction". A research with a mixed approach, descriptive type, and a non-experimental design was conducted. The main variables were digital marketing and tourist satisfaction. The sample included 202 tourists who used travel agency services, selected by simple random sampling and 18 managers from the province of Tumbes. As a data collection instrument, a Likert scale questionnaire was designed to evaluate the satisfaction of the respondents. In addition, structured interviews were conductedtocollectdataonhowdigitalmarketingisusedintourismintermediation companies. The ndings revealed that the most frequently used social networks for digital promotion are those that allow the publication of graphic and audiovisual content, and that have a greater reach and response from the community, such as Facebook and Instagram. It was observed that consumer satisfaction was especially meager in relation to variables such as the enjoyment of searching for information and making reservations through the company's website, coinciding with the assessment of the effectiveness of the communication of these companies' websites, obtaining a low level.

Factores de personalidad y consumo de alcohol en estudiantes universitarios de Ecuador 厄瓜多尔大学生的个性因素与酒精消费

Alcohol is one of the most prevalent addictive substances, both among young people and adults, and there is evidence that the most impulsive and extroverted consume more frequently and in high quantities. The purpose of this project is to analyze how personality traits are related to alcohol consumption patterns, the method is correlational, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, the psychological instruments that were applied are the Big Five Questionnaire and the Alcohol Consumption Disorders Identication Questionnaire (AUDIT) with a sample of 207 students, the process was carried out through the Microsoft Excel program for the analysis of the scores obtained. Among the most relevant results, they indicate that the personality factors that university students possess the most are extroversion and neuroticism, in the same way that it is related to high alcohol dependence.

Las Representaciones de la Comunicación Médico-Paciente en las Revistas de Salud Chilenas 智利健康杂志中医患交流的表现

Clear patient-physician communication is considered a critical ability to improve diagnosis, treatment, and patient satisfaction. Nonetheless, this skill is not regularly addressed in Health Communication Journals, to consider it a relevant topic. The present article aims to explore to what extent health and communication-related topics are covered within Health journals indexed in the SciELO database. Furthermore, this research focuses on the patient-physician communication models recurrently reported in Scielo health articles. Results revealed a poor coverageofcommunicationasaresourcefultopicinHealth-relatedJournalsandthe prevalence of the interactional approach as the main model to address the patient-physician interaction.

Introduction: The consumption of psychoactive substances has become a public health problem,having great consequences on the health, economy, academic performance, family, and socialcoexistence of the consumer.Objective: To determine the risk factors influencing the consumption of psychoactive substances inuniversity students during COVID-19.Materials and Methods: Research with quantitative correlational, cross-sectional descriptive type, witha sample of 272 university students of a University of Barranquilla of the Nursing program of fourth, fifth,sixth, seventh, and eighth semesters. The instrument used was a virtual survey divided into fivesections, comprising identification and sociodemographic data, individual, sociocultural, family, andpsychological factors.Results: In the statistical analysis, the predominant sex was female with 69%, and 74% of them aged17–20 years. Seventy-nine percent stated that they had consumed psychoactive substances, and 58%indicated that the type of psychoactive substance they had consumed for the first time was alcohol.Discussion: In contrast to a study conducted by Fernández et al, in 2021, it was found that thefrequency of consumption of psychoactive substances in the students of the Simón Bolívar Universitywas higher with a percentage of 74%, on the other hand the study in question only 41.8% consumedsome type of psychoactive substance (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).Through the research carried out, it waspossible to evaluate each of the factors that significantly influence the consumption of psychoactivesubstances, taking into account each of the variables evaluated (sociodemographic, consumption,individual, family, psychological, sociocultural) in times of COVID-19. Preferencias laborales de los estudiantes de Grado de Enfermería de la Universidad La Laguna 拉古纳大学护理专业本科生的工作偏好

Introduction: Several studies show that certain thematic-clinical areas arouse greater interest among nursing students than others, which has repercussions on the job preferences of recent graduates. This produces inequalities in healthcare organisations, making it impossible to cover certain services.Aim: To identify the job preferences of nursing students at La Laguna University according to clinical subject areas once they have completed their degree studies.Method: Observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study with an analytical component. The study population consisted of 3rd and 4th year nursing students at La Laguna University. Different sociodemographic variables were collected, as well as questions about the students' job preferences. A descriptive analysis and an inferential analysis (Pearson's X2 test or Fisher's statistic for qualitative variables and the Student's t-test for the comparison of means for quantitative variables) were carried out using the IBM SPSS v19 statistical programme in order to explore the association between the different variables.Results: The total sample was 153 students (n=153). The response rate was 53.50%. The most preferred areas were Emergency and Urgent Nursing (Mean=3.04±1.05) and General Nursing (Mean=2.54±0.96), while the least favoured areas were "Other Areas (teaching-management-research)" (Mean=1.10±1.22) and Operating Room and Anaesthesia (Mean=1.58±1.23). Conclusions: Nursing students showed a greater willingness to work in some areas than others. It is necessary to generate new strategies in order to improve the attraction of nursing students to particular clinical areas. Introducción: Diversos estudios reflejan que determinadas áreas temáticas-clínicas despiertan mayor interés respecto a otras en los estudiantes de enfermería, lo cual repercute en las preferencias laborales de los recién graduados. Esto produce desequilibrios en las organizaciones sanitarias, imposibilitando cubrir determinados servicios.Objetivo: Identificar las preferencias laborales de los estudiantes de Enfermería de la Universidad de La Laguna según áreas temáticas clínicas una vez finalicen sus estudios de grado.Método: Estudio observacional, descriptivo, transversal, con componente analítico. La población a estudio estuvo compuesta por los estudiantes de 3º y 4º curso de Enfermería de la Universidad La Laguna. Se recogieron diferentes variables sociodemográficas, así como cuestiones sobre las preferencias laborales de los estudiantes. Se realizó mediante el programa estadístico IBM SPSS v19 un análisis descriptivo y un análisis inferencial (test estadístico X2 de Pearson o el estadístico de Fisher para las variables cualitativas y la prueba de T-Student para la comparación de medias para las cuantitativas) con el fin de explorar la asociación entre las distintas variables.Resultados: La muestra total fue de 153 estudiantes (n=153). Adaptación cultural del Cuestionario de autocuidado en pacientes con asistencia ventricular definitiva 明确心室护理患者自我护理问卷的文化适应

Introduction. In order to achieve an optimal life, patients with permanent implantable left ventricular assist devices face complex treatment regimens; they require acquiring knowledge and developing skills to guide their care. This makes it necessary for the nursing professional to have tools that allow them to identify the self-care level as a starting point to promote positive behaviors that allow adherence to their new lifestyle. Objective. To determine the equivalent version of the self-care questionnaire for patients with permanent ventricular assistance in Colombia. Material and methods. Methodological study. The process was carried out in six stages to guarantee the equivalence of the adapted instrument through a first translation, synthesis of translations, reverse translation, review by the expert committee, trial of the pre-final version and presentation of the instrument to the authors. Results. Translation and back-translation of the instrument were performed. 77% of the experts mentioned that all the items were understandable and clear, but 33% reported that items 3,5,6,7,8,10 and 11 required form adjustments. Conclusions. The cross-cultural adaptation of the self-care questionnaire in patients with permanent ventricular assistance for the Colombian environment was obtained, preserving the experiential, conceptual, idiomatic and semantic equivalence of the original instrument. Con el fin de alcanzar una vida óptima, los pacientes con dispositivos de asistencia ventricular izquierda implantables de forma permanente se enfrentan a regímenes de tratamiento complejos; requieren adquirir conocimiento y desarrollar habilidades para orientar su cuidado. Esto hace necesario que el profesional de enfermería cuente con herramientas que permitan identificar el nivel de autocuidado como punto de partida para promover comportamientos positivos que permitan adherirse a su nuevo estilo de vida. Objetivo. Determinar la versión equivalente del cuestionario de autocuidado para pacientes con asistencia ventricular definitiva en Colombia. Material y métodos. Estudio de tipo metodológico. Se llevó a cabo en seis etapas, con el propósito de garantizar la equivalencia del instrumento adaptado por medio de traducción inicial, síntesis de las traducciones, traducción inversa, revisión por parte del comité de expertos, presentación del instrumento a los autores y prueba de la versión prefinal. Resultados. Se realizó la traducción y la retrotraducción del instrumento. El 77 % de los expertos mencionaron que todos los ítems eran comprensibles y claros, pero el 33 % refirieron que en los ítems 3,5,6,7,8,10 y 11 requerían ajustes de forma. Conclusión. Se obtuvo la adaptación transcultural del cuestionario de autocuidado en pacientes con asistencia ventricular definitiva para el medio colombiano, conservando la equivalencia experiencial, conceptual, idiomática y semántica del instrumento original.
