MEKANİK ALAŞIMLAMA/ÖĞÜTME YÖNTEMİ İLE ÜRETİLEN Al-SiC KOMPOZİTLERİN İNCELENMESİ

Bu calismada, mekanik ogutme yontemiyle uretilen Al-bazli kompozit malzemelerin uretiminde farkli miktarlarda ilave edilen SiC ve ogutme suresinin mikroyapi, yogunluk ve sertlik uzerine etkisi incelenmistir. Calisma kapsaminda, aluminyum matrise farkli miktarlarda (%5, %10, %15 ve %20) SiC ilave edilerek 4 farkli surede (30, 60, 90, 120 dakika) mekanik ogutulmustur. Atritor tipi mekanik alasimlama cihazinda ogutme elemani olarak 6mm capinda celik bilya, 750 devir/dakila’lik ogutme hizi, 10:1 bilya-toz orani, islem kontrol kimyasali olarak %2 stearik asit kullanilmistir. Kompozit tozlarin uretimi argon ortaminda yapilmistir. Uretilen kompozit tozlar tarama elektron mikroskobu, EDS analizleri, optik mikroskop ve toz boyut analizoru kullanilarak karakterize edilmistir. Yapilan calismalar sonucunda, ilave edilen SiC miktari ve ogutme suresi arttikca toz boyutunda azalma gorulurken, sertlik degerlerinde artis gorulmektedir. Bununla birlikte ilave edilen SiC miktari arttikca da yogunlukta artis gorulmektedir.

DISCRETE AND CONTINUOUS DESIGN OPTIMIZATION OF TOWER STRUCTURES USING THE JAYA ALGORITHM 基于jaya算法的塔结构离散与连续设计优化

The Jaya algorithm (JA) which is very recently developed metaheuristic method is proposed for design optimization of tower structures. The distinctive characteristic of JA is that it does not use algorithm-specific parameters. The algorithm has a very simple formulation where the basic idea is to approach the best solution and escape from the worst solution. Continuous design optimization of 72-bar spatial tower and discrete design optimization of 244-bar spatial tower structure are used to demonstrate the validity of JA. The results show that the JA can obtain better designs than those of the other metaheuristic optimization methods in terms of optimized weight, standard deviation and number of structural analyses.
Jaya算法是近年来发展起来的一种用于塔架结构设计优化的元启发式算法。JA的显著特征是它不使用特定于算法的参数。该算法有一个非常简单的公式,其基本思想是接近最佳解并逃离最差解。通过72杆空间塔结构的连续优化设计和244杆空间塔结构的离散优化设计,验证了JA的有效性。结果表明,该方法在优化权值、标准差和结构分析次数等方面均优于其他元启发式优化方法。

COMPARING TIME SERIES FORECASTING METHODS TO ESTIMATE WIND SPEED IN KIRIKKALE REGION 比较时间序列预报方法估算基里卡莱地区风速

Due to the non-storable nature of electric energy, short-term and long-term electricity generation and consumption forecast are critical to keeping electricity market in balance. In addition, the production estimate of wind energy is parallel to the estimate of wind speed. Since wind speed forecasts includes seasonal and time-dependent trends, time series forecasting methods produce successful results in wind energy forecasting. However, choosing the most appropriate time series forecasting method for short-term and long-term production forecasts is of special importance. In this study, short-term and long-term wind speed estimations were made for the wind turbine at Kirikkale University by using Exponential Smoothing (ES) and ARMA (Auto Regressive Moving Average) methods. The most suitable methods for forecasting short-term and long-term wind speed have been determined with the obtained results.

Calismada ZA27 matris alasiminin grafen nanolevha ile takviyelendirilen nanokompozitler toz metalurjisi yontemiyle uretilmistir. Grafen nanolevha takviyeleri agirlikca %0-%1-%2-%3 oranlarinda katilarak kompozit toz karisimlari hazirlanmistir. Kompozit toz karisimlari bilyeli ogutucu kullanilarak mekanik alasimlamaya tabi tutulmustur. Mekanik alasimlama yapilan kompozit toz karisimlarindan 435°C’de 500MPa basinc altinda sicak preslemeyle nanokompozitler uretilmistir. Uretilen nanokompozitlerin icyapilari ve korozyon davranisi incelenmistir. Korozyon deneyleri %3.5 NaCl cozeltisinde potansiyel-dinamik korozyon unitesinde gerceklestirildi. Artan grafen nanolevha miktariyla nanokompozitin korozyon direnci artigi gorulmustur.

HİDROKSİÜRE TÜREVİ SCHİFF BAZI METAL KOMPLEKSLERİNİN ANTİMİKROBİYAL ÖZELLİKLERİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI 羟基脲衍生物裂碱金属配合物的抗菌特性研究

Schiff bazlari epoksidasyon reaksiyonlarinda katalizor, iletken polimerlerin eldesinde monomer, antifungal, antibakteriyel, antimikrobiyal ve bazi oksidatif radikal turlerine karsi antioksidan olarak kullanilmaktadir. Son yilllarda, bircok Schiff bazlari turevi sentezlenmeye devam edilmektedir. Bu arastirmada, hidroksiure turevi Schiff bazi Cu (L-Cu), Cd (L-Cd) ve Zn (L-Zn) metal komplekslerinin antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri in vitro olarak arastirildi. In vitro denemelerde mikrodilusyon broth metodu uygulandi.  Sonuc olarak in vitro calismada Hidroksiure Schiff bazi metal kompleksleri etkili bir antimikrobiyal aktivite gostermistir.

SIC TAKVIYELİ ALÜMINYUM ESASLI KOMPOZITLERIN MEKANİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN VE MİKRO YAPISININ İNCELENMESİ

Bu calismada, toz metalurjisi metoduyla aluminyum matrise agirlikca %0-30 arasinda degisen oranlarda SiC katkisi yapilmis olup takviye oraninin deneysel yogunluga, Vickers sertligine, basma dayanimina ve mikro yapiya olan etkisi incelenmistir. Uretilen kompozitlerin karakterizasyon calismalari icin X-isini kirinimi (XRD) cihazi ve taramali elektron mikroskobu (SEM) kullanilmistir. SEM-EDX (enerji dagilimli x-isini) spektometresiyle yurutulen karakterizasyon calismalarinda, SiC partikullerin homojen sekilde dagildigi gorulmustur. Mekanik testler neticesinde, uretilen saf aluminyumun Vickers sertligi 30 HV ve basma dayanimi 112 MPa iken; agirlikca %30 SiC katkisiyla Vickers sertligi 79 HV’ye ve basma dayanimi 221 MPa’a yukselmistir. Sonuc olarak, SiC katkisinin kompozitlerin mekanik ozelliklerine olumlu yonde katki yaptigi gorulmustur.

AISI 1040 ÇELİKLERİ İÇİN VİCKERS MİKROSERTLİK–UYGULANAN YÜK ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Bu calismanin amaci, Vickers mikro-sertligin uygulanan yuke bagimliligini incelemektir. Cunku mikro-sertlik olcum sonuclari uygulanan yuk degerleri artisi ile azalan veya artan degerler seklinde olabilmektedir. Bu olgu, iz boyut etkisi (ISE) veya ters iz boyut etkisi (RISE) olarak ifade edilir ve AISI 1040 celiginden martenzitik, 300-450-600 o C’lerde temperlenmis matenzitik numuneler icin incelenmistir. Incelenen numuneler icin mikro-sertlik olcum sonuclari, uygulanan yuk degerleri artisi ile artan degerler (RISE) seklindedir. Deneysel sonuclar ile Meyer’s yasasi, Orantili numune direnci (PSR) ve Modifiye edilmis orantili numune direnci (MPSR) modelleri karsilastirilmistir. Deneysel veriler ile en uyumlu sonuclar MPSR modeliyle elde edilmistir.

Cunku mikro-sertlik olcum sonuclari uygulanan yuk degerleri artisi ile azalan veya artan degerler seklinde olabilmektedir. Bu olgu, iz boyut etkisi (ISE) veya ters iz boyut etkisi (RISE) olarak ifade edilir ve AISI 1040 celiginden martenzitik, 300-450-600 o C’lerde temperlenmis matenzitik numuneler icin incelenmistir. Incelenen numuneler icin mikro-sertlik olcum sonuclari, uygulanan yuk degerleri artisi ile artan degerler (RISE) seklindedir. Deneysel sonuclar ile Meyer’s yasasi, Orantili numune direnci (PSR) ve Modifiye edilmis orantili numune direnci (MPSR) modelleri karsilastirilmistir. ELEKTRİK TESİSAT VE KOMPANZASYON MODÜLER EĞİTİM SETİ TASARIMI VE UYGULAMASI

Gelismis ulkelerde, yuksek oranda bilgi ve beceri iceren mesleki kalite seviyesine sahip insan gucunun ve ileri teknolojilerle donanmis sanayinin ilk siralarda yer aldigi gorulur. Hizli teknolojik gelismeleri takip edebilen elemanlarin yetismesinde ise mesleki teknik egitimin temel oldugu bilinen bir gercektir. Yapilan calismada elektrik egitiminde; ihtiyac alanina, kullanici istegine gore degisebilen moduler yapiya sahip tesisat ve tasinabilen kompanzasyon egitim duzenekleri tasarlanmis ve imal edilmistir. Sonuc olarak, pratik ve kullanimi kolay olacak sekilde tasarlanmis ve yapilmis olan moduler elektrik egitim araclari sayesinde, laboratuvar uygulamalarinin sinif ortaminda da yapilmasi mumkun olmustur.

THE EFFECTS OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES ON VOLTAGE STABILITY 可再生能源对电压稳定性的影响

Power systems are exposed to significant structural changes in recent years. One of the main reasons for this is the integration of renewable energy sources into power systems. Today, especially renewable energy sources such as wind and sun are densely connected to power systems at various points. As a result, changes occur in the structures of the power systems. These structural changes also affect the parameters of power systems. One of these parameters, voltage stability, is considered as an important criterion in terms of the quality of electric energy and the continuity of electric energy. In this study, the voltage stability analysis of the power system was made by adding the renewable energy sources to various points on six bus power system. The review focuses wind power plants heavily used in renewable energy sources. Various scenarios have added renewable energy sources at various levels to the consumption points of the power system. As a result of these scenarios, stability limit values of the power system are investigated. The study was performed through the Power World simulation program. In addition, the P-V curves of the buses are plotted with continuous load flow. According to the results obtained, it is observed that the system has improved stability limits, voltage and power.

Bu calisma; Universitelerde saglik egitimi alan ogrencilerin girisimcilik ozelliklerinin incelenmesi, girisimcilik egilimlerinin belirlenmesi, demografik ozelliklerinin girisimcilige etkisi ve karsilasabilecekleri sorunlara yonelik cozum uretebilme yetilerinin olcumu amaciyla yapilmistir. Calismanin hedef kitlesini, devlet ve vakif universitelerinin, saglik meslek yuksekokullarinda tibbi goruntuleme teknikleri programinda ogrenim goren 189 ogrenci olusturmustur. Ankete katilan saglik ogrencilerinin 141’i (% 74.6 ) kiz, 48’i (%25.4) erkektir. Bu calismada girisimcilik alt boyutlarinin okul turu ve ailenin kendi isinin sahibi olmasi arasinda anlamli farkliliklar bulunmamistir. Arastirma bulgulari ogrencilerin genel anlamda girisimcilik ilgilerinin dusuk duzeyde oldugunu gostermektedir. Saglik egitimi veren on lisans mufredatina girisimcilik dersinin eklenmesi ve bu derslerde girisimcilik ilkelerinden yararlanma konularina yer verilmesi saglik alanindaki problemlerin cozumune onemli derecede katki saglayacagi dusunulmektedir.
