PENGARUH DOSIS PUPUK UREA DAN UMUR PANEN YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP KANDUNGAN NUTRISI FODDER JAGUNG (Zea mays) HIDROPONIK 尿素剂量和不同作物龄对含水层玉米淀粉(Zea mays)营养成分的影响

Hijauan hidroponik dapat dijadikan teknologi alternatif untuk memproduksi hijauan untuk ternak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk urea dan berbagai umur panen terhadap kandungan Bahan Kering (BK), Protein Kasar (PK), Serat Kasar (SK) dan Bahan Organik (BO) hidroponik fodder jagung pada umur panen yang berbeda. Penanaman jagung secara hidroponik dilakukan di Green House Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Brawijaya, Desa Sumbersekar, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Analisis kandungan BK, BO, PK dan SK dilakukan di Laboratorium Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Brawijaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah percobaan dengan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial. Perlakuan utama berupa pemberian dosis pupuk urea yang berbeda yaitu P0 tanpa penggunaan pupuk urea, P1 (0,15 gram urea/L), P2 (0,3 gram urea/L), P3 (0,45 gram urea/L). Adapun perlakuan kedua yaitu umur panen 7, 14 dan 21 hari (L). Pada setiap perlakuan menggunakan 250 benih, setiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). Jika hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan perbedaan nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan (UJBD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa umur panen memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kandungan bahan kering, Bahan organic, Protein kasar dengan rata-rata, Serat kasar. Perlakuan dosis urea yang berbeda tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap bahan kering, bahan organik, serat kasar namun memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap protein kasar. Interaksi antara pemberian dosis pupuk urea dan umur panen yang berbeda tidak berpengaruh (P>0,05) terhadap kandungan bahan kering, bahan organik, protein kasar, dan serat kasar. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa perlakuan dosis urea hanya memberikan pengaruh terhadap protein kasar fodder jagung hidroponik. Sedangkan perlakuan umur panen berpengaruh terhadap BK, BO, PK, dan SK.
